外资并购国有企业的法律管制问题

外资并购国有企业是投资的热点,但存在“超国民待遇”、国有资产流失、国有股利益和债权人利益的保护、平等竞争及反垄断等问题。要解决这些法律问题,我国应借鉴发达和发展中国家管理并购的经验;同时,从我国实际出发,制定相关法律,逐步对外资实行国民待遇,加强国有资产评估的监督,规范并购程序,保护债权人的利益。     

智能机器人机械图自动理解的研究

本文论述了智能机器人的机械图理解,这一理解过程包括机械图三维模型的建立,利用了人理解三视图的知识和三视图之间的对应关系,从组合体的三视图中提取出具有三维信息的基元体,并由基元体形成组合体的三维结构;零件图的理解和装配图的理解,整个系统采用了类似于专家系统的结构,对系统的改进可以实现加工机器人以及装配机器人的目标理解功能。

百年中国经历了农业社会、工业社会和信息社会的变迁。经济社会形态的演化不是简单的单线,远比我们想象的直线历史上升的过程要复杂得多。信息社会出现后,农业社会和工业社会仍在延续。中华民族多元一体格局所体现的文化关系,是在悠久的中国文明史进程中发展起来的,与近代以来中国的民族国家建设走过的特殊道路,有着难以分割的密切关系,也与世界的历史进程分不开。全球化过程中的“文化自觉”,指的就是世界范围文化关系的多元一体格局的建立,即全球范围内实行和确定“和而不同”的文化关系。

Internet Technology in Service of Personal Health Care Management: Patient Perspective

Internet technology has become an informational resource for most health care consumers. Online information, discussion, and support groups, in the form of message boards, listservs, and chat rooms are emerging as parts of virtual self-health-care network. This paper examines the extent to which participation in online health discussion groups was reported to be helpful in increasing medical knowledge and in enhancing the participatory patient role of health care consumers in interaction with health care service professionals. Data for this study was collected from 350 patients who participated in Internet discussion groups for cancer patients. The findings of the study indicated the important impact of Internet health discussion groups on health care management practices as perceived by health care consumers, including empowerment through knowledge and proactive participation in cancer care management. This research contributes to understanding the patient perspective and assesses the perceived importance of Internet groups by health care consumers.

Roma and the politics of double discourse in contemporary Europe

ABSTRACT

The article analyses the politics of ‘double discourse’ in relation to Roma that has evolved in contemporary neoliberal Europe. On the one hand, the double discourse promotes the integration, rights and equal opportunities of Roma, on the other, it denies recognition of, and ways to address, enduring structural violence and rising social insecurity. The article argues that the politics of ‘double discourse’, as a neoliberal approach towards Roma, is structured by two contradictory discourses that speak to different audiences, using duplicitous approaches to create anti-Roma consensus and maintain the critical difference and subordinated position of the racialised Romani populations in Europe. By studying the representation of Roma in the cases of so-called 'child theft' in Greece and Ireland, and in the recent ‘refugee crisis’, the paper identifies and discusses three dimensions of contemporary neoliberal double discourse: racialised de-Europeanisation, neoliberal undeservingness and (dis)articulation of citizenship.     

Implementation of Jefferson-d’Hondt rule in the formation of a parliamentary committee

Same parliaments, to form a committee of size $q$ , use a voting process like the following: every parliamentary member votes for one out of a fixed set of candidates, and those $q$ candidates receiving more votes are elected for the committee. Assuming total discipline of vote, this is a game form in which players are the parliamentary groups. We investigate, according to some natural hypotheses about preferences, the likely distribution of the members of this committee. The main results are: (a) when fractional votes are allowed, there is a complete agreement between the distribution among the groups of the elected candidates that are outcomes of a Nash equilibrium and the distribution that, according to the size of the groups, would compute the Jefferson-d’Hondt allocation rule, and (b) when fractional votes are not allowed, there is a near agreement for a majority of situations.
