高等院校毕业生职业道德教育调查分析

职业道德是影响高等院校毕业生就业的重要因素,加强职业道德教育的研究具有重要的现实意义与理论价值.调查发现,高等院校毕业生职业道德教育水平总体较好,但在许多方面仍需加强.而影响职业道德水平提升的因素包括社会背景、行业特点、高等院校职业道德教育体系不足和高等院校毕业生自身的局限性.从社会、企业和高等院校三个维度构建促进职业道德教育综合体系建设,是提升职业道德教育的必由之路,也是促进高等院校毕业生就业的有力保障.     

中美收入分配与金融发展比较分析

目前学术界主要关注收入分配对中国经济的影响,还没有人关注中国收入分配的失衡对中国金融结构、金融效率及金融发展的影响。可以基于历年中美两国资金流量表的相关数据比较,深入探讨中国的收入分配状况对中国金融发展的影响。通过这一研究,提出一个新的重大政策建议：要推动中国金融结构的不断完善,并进而刺激中国金融的有效发展,中国除了应在不断完善政府的政策措施、不断健全法治以及不断增加金融机构的种类或扩大金融市场规模等方面继续努力以外,还要大力改善中国的收入分配失衡状况。     

著作权首次销售理论的效力边界研究

美国著作权法倡导的首次销售理论是对著作权的一种限制,其效力限定于在美国制造的产品及在国外制造并在美国授权销售的产品.对于他人未经授权进口在国外制造的产品,著作权人有权禁止.当首次销售理论不能成为进口商的辩护理由时,它就有了自己的效力边界.我国是否遵循美国首次销售理论的效力边界制定著作权平行进口的法律规则,应当从灰色市场、消费者、制造业和就业以及作为进口管制工具的著作权的角度分析立法的潜在影响.     

陕西省农村老年人养老保障现状与需求分析

伴随着人口老龄化程度的提高和老年抚养比的增加,社会对养老保障的需求越来越高,农村地区表现得尤为突出.文章以陕西省为例,选择陕北、陕南及关中三大区域18个自然村65岁以上老年人开展实地调查,运用调研数据和相关官方统计数据,对陕西省养老保障现状进行评估.结果显示:目前阶段,居家养老仍是老年人最主要的养老方式,但是这种养老方式受到家庭经济供养能力和子女供养意愿的影响,面临巨大的需求缺失.文章在对缺失问题分析的基础上,进一步探讨了政府合理配置农村养老资源的重要作用.     

中国共产党舆论监督思想的新跨越——从十六大到十八大十年回望

把舆论监督难简单归咎于外部大环境不够宽松是不对的,党的新闻政策是舆论监督大环境的核心,党历来重视舆论监督,并不断创新舆论监督思想。特别是十六大以来,党的舆论监督思想有了重大创新,这些创新包括提升舆论监督的政治高度、明确舆论监督的体系定位、强化舆论监督的制度建设、细化舆论监督的操作原则、重视舆论监督的网络阵地。这些创新优化了舆论监督的外部环境,为加强和改进舆论监督指明了方向。因此,新闻媒体应该用好用足政策,切实搞好舆论监督工作。     

论社会主义和谐劳动的伦理准则

和谐劳动的基本原则是贯穿劳动过程,集中体现和谐劳动的指导思想,调整劳动关系以及与劳动关系密切联系的其他一些关系时所必须遵循的基本准则.从社会主义初级阶段的基本国情与劳动权利、劳动条件、劳动关系和劳动分配及其相关要素出发,社会主义和谐劳动应当坚持自主性原则、互利性原则、正义性原则和人道主义原则等基本伦理原则.     

汉字笔顺存疑——“丑、贯、再、里、单、讯”的笔顺问题讨论

“丑、贯、再、里、单、讯”等汉字都有横竖交叉笔画,调查结果显示,人们书写这几个汉字横竖交叉笔画的习惯笔顺是“先横后竖”.1997年国家颁布的《现代汉语通用字笔顺规范》与这一习惯笔顺相符合的只有“单、讯”两字,《现代汉语通用字笔顺规范》中“丑、贯、再、里”的横竖交叉笔画的笔顺是“先竖后横”,与人们习惯不一致.笔顺规范应该尊重大多数人的书写习惯,需要把“丑、贯、再、里”四个字的横竖交叉笔画的笔顺规范改成“先横后竖”,让规范符合绝大多数人的习惯.     

Couples’ Sexual Communication and Dimensions of Sexual Function: A Meta-Analysis

Research and clinical data have shown that couples with sexual problems report a lack of sexual communication. However, no published meta-analyses have evaluated the relationship between sexual communication and sexual function. This meta-analysis examines the correlation between couples’ sexual communication and dimension of sexual function across 48 studies. Sexual communication was positively associated with sexual desire (r = .16), sexual arousal (r = .21), lubrication (r = .17), orgasm (r = .23), erectile function (r = .19), less pain (r = .12), and overall sexual function (r = .35). The effect sizes for sexual desire (r = .21; r = .12) and orgasm (r = .26; r = .16) were higher for women than for men. For overall sexual function, studies with married participants (r = .47) had a larger effect size than studies with participants with multiple relationship types (r = .31) or than studies with dating participants (r = .11). Effect sizes were larger for studies conducted outside of the United States (r = .39) compared to studies conducted in the United States (r = .12). We discuss the importance of addressing the relationship between sexual communication and sexual function, as well as future directions for research in this area.     

Family Support in Nursing Homes Serving Residents with a Mental Health History

Using 2003 nursing home data from the Minimum Data Set (MDS) database, this study investigated the role of family support among nursing homes serving residents with a mental health history. Exploratory factor analysis was used to create and test a conceptual model of family support using indicators located within the MDS database. Families were found to be in regular contact with their relatives and supportive of their care. In nursing homes, daily contact, an ongoing relationship, involvement in assessment, and being responsible for the resident constitute the model family support. This study advances the understanding of family support in nursing homes and conveys information to guide practice through proposing ways to enhance family support and involvement in nursing homes.     

Conceptualizations of Family by Older Gay Men

SUMMARY

Gay lives challenge historically dominant understandings of family. Given that definitions of family have been heterosexually based, how do non-heterosexuals define and understand “family?” Drawing from the family life course perspective, we propose that contemporary cohorts of older gay men represent a strategic vantage point for understanding innovations in family life, and thus expand current understandings of a gay life course. We use data from an interview study of gay men over the age of 50 who talked about their family relationships. While providing diverse definitions of family, biological ties and closeness were two consistent dimensions for defining both positive and negative family relationships by these older gay men. Narratives of coming out were central to discussions of current relationships with parents and children. The findings from this study indicate that sexual orientation influences life trajectories and transitions and point to useful avenues for further research on contemporary family life.
