论中外合作制学校的特征、优势与改进——基于新制度经济学视角

目前我国民办学校发展规模较大,其中中外合作制学校有较大的影响。为了研究民办学校的发展规律,本文从《中华人民共和国合作办学条例》分析入手,主要论述了中外合作制学校的主要特征、比较优势、主要问题以及中外合作制学校的改进关键。     

Rethinking mediated political engagement: social media ambivalence and disconnective practices of politically active youths in Hong Kong

Social media have been widely credited for facilitating young people’s political engagement, most notably by providing a conducive platform for political expression. There has been comparatively little attention, however, to the possible pitfalls for young people when they engage in politics on social media. In this study, we seek to redress the overemphasis on the strengths and connectivity of social media by attending to how young people negotiate their drawbacks and disconnectivity. Through in-depth interviews with young participants of Hong Kong’s Umbrella Movement, we examine the choices and motives regarding mediated (non-)participation among a group of politically active youths. Our findings revealed that these young people’s social media ambivalence emerged from the major participatory experience. Despite their active and open informational sharing and political expression on social media alongside their in-person participation during the eventful protest, many young participants became wary of such expressive use owing to their perceptions of de-energization, disconnectedness, and disembodiment. Instead of completely withdrawing from political activities on social media, these politically inclined and technologically savvy youths embraced “disconnective practices” – passive engagement (lurking), selective expression (moderation and exposure-limitation), and offline participation (embodied collective action) – to avoid the overwhelming, fractious, and inauthentic conditions of mediated participation.     

"三界"宇宙观与社会空间的建构——广西那坡县黑衣壮族群空间观念的研究

本文根据文化人类学社会空间建构理论对黑衣壮族群的空间观念加以分析,以民族志资料说明黑衣壮族群的宇宙观为社会成员对空间的划分和赋予意义的行为提供了认知基础,黑衣壮人通过房屋建筑的象征意义、空间方位的确定、生活空间和仪式场所的安排等途径表达出其族群文化中对空间概念的哲理思考。面对急剧的社会经济变迁,黑衣壮人传统的空间观念也在产生变化,体现出黑衣壮人对自身生存状态和文化变迁过程的反思。     

一种求解时变条件下有宵禁限制最短路的算法

在组合优化过程中,往往需要获得从起点到终点之间的最短路.由于道路、天气、交通条件等因素的影响,使得网络具有很强的时变特性.同时,对于网络中的节点往往有宵禁的限制.对时变条件下有宵禁限制并有到达时间限制的最短路进行了研究,建立了软、硬宵禁限制下的数学模型,给出并证明了时变条件下获得有宵禁限制最短路的最优条件,并设计了求解的多项式算法,通过此算法可以获得时变条件下有宵禁限制的最短路.同时,算法和模型还考虑了不同的起点出发时间,使路径决策者可以根据自身的情况,选择合适的出发时间和路径.最后给出了一个应用算例,分析了宵禁对于获得的最短路的影响.     

基于信号传递模型的风险资本退出的并购定价分析

运用信号传递模型分析了风险投资企业并购的分离均衡和混同均衡及其不同风险资本家类型条件下的并购均衡价格.分析结果表明,风险资本家的预期收益与信号传递成本、其他投资者对风险资本真实价值的判断及其获得并购收益后的后验概率,是影响风险资本并购博弈均衡价格的主要因素,完善风险企业的信息披露制度对解决风险资本退出中的逆向选择问题至关重要.我国两个不同类型的典型案例分析有力地支持了博弈分析结果.     

基于元胞自动机的航空市场竞争演化模型

为研究航空市场的竞争演化,本文分别建立了商务旅客和旅游旅客的元胞自动机模型,通过Matlab编程,以深圳-北京航线及深航在该航线的运营为例模拟了竞争演化过程,实证分析了票价、航班频率以及航空公司核心竞争力分别对航空公司市场占有率及盈利水平的影响。结论表明航空公司要在激烈的竞争中胜出必须依靠自身的核心竞争力,并使之不断得到提高,特别地,核心竞争力只有接近或超过行业标杆水平时方能发挥其重要的作用。     

杭州鸿雁电器有限公司创新能力提升机制调研报告

在全面创新管理理论的分析框架之下,本文对杭州鸿雁电器有限公司的创新情况进行了分析与总结,讨论了公司战略创新、技术创新、组织创新、市场创新、文化创新、管理创新、全时空与全员创新的进展.在此基础之上,本文分析讨论了鸿雁公司创新能力提升的相关机制,并通过能力矩阵表明了鸿雁公司创新要素与创新推动力间的协同关系.     

基于混合DEA模型的医药行业上市公司经营效率相对有效性评价

DEA模型作为一种客观的多指标决策方法应用十分广泛.但目前使用频率较高的两种通用模型C²R模型和C²GS²模型,在单独使用时都有比较大的局限性,评判结果往往无法令人满意;针对这一问题,本文提出构建混合DEA模型,并应用混合DEA模型对医药上市公司的经营效率相对有效性评价进行实证分析,阐述了混合DEA模型的使用方法,验证了评判方法的可行性和科学性.     

Looming threats to the intimate bond in hospice care? Economic and organizational pressures in the case study of a hospice

Hospice organizations are assailed by stiff competition, ever-rising costs, limited funding, and policy changes. Do such pressures stifle the high quality of care these organizations strive to provide? As a case-in-point, we draw from the mid-1990s accounts of caregivers at a nonprofit hospice in a Midwestern city in the United States. We maintain that economic pressures drive organizational restructuring, which then weakens working conditions and, thereby, weakens the staff-client relationship. We discuss effects upon worker behaviors, the worker-client relationship, and client care. This ethnographic case study signals the need to closely examine the threats that current economic and organizational pressures in the United States may pose to the quality of hospice care.     

Stakeholder Green Pressure and New Product Performance in Emerging Countries: A Cross-country Study

Despite the burgeoning literature on stakeholder green pressure, research is scarce on how it influences eco-product innovation and new product performance. This article examines stakeholder green pressures as antecedents of eco-product innovation and new product performance in firms operating in resource-constrained countries. Using data gathered from surveys in Vietnam (N = 183) and Ghana (N = 217), we find that the positive effects of stakeholder green pressures on new product performance are serially mediated by environmental sustainability orientation and eco-product innovation. Our findings contribute to ongoing efforts to clarify the mechanisms channelling stakeholder pressures into new product performance in resource-constrained environments.
