关于城乡建设用地指标抵押流转之构想

重庆农村土地交易所成立,推行“地票制度”,是农村土地制度的创新。在“地票制度”的基础之上,提出城乡建设用地指标抵押流转的设想,以此释放农村富余的宅基地资源,实现农村土地资源的节约、集约利用,更重要的是,为实现经济欠发达农村地区提供合适的融资路径,促进城乡经济的一体化发展。     

“双师型”人才培养模式的构建与实践

“双师型”人才是师范院校培养的具有教师资格和能力又具备相关专业知识技能的应用型人才。笔者就“双师型”教师的建设培养途径、素质要求提出了看法。基于社会对专业“双师型”人才需求发展的需求,结合河北科技师范学院教学实践,指出了“双师型”人才培养模式的目标内涵,提出了“双师型”人才培养“主修＋辅修”、“理论＋技能”、“国内＋国外”、“校内教育＋校外教育”、“学年学分制＋完全学分制”为主体的人才培养模式。对“双师型”人才培养模式的教学体系建设也进行了探讨。     

真实与想象 ——中国古代易装文化的嬗变与文学表现

20世纪以前世界各国的易装文化都以女扮男装为主流,中国古代易装文化非常丰富,又有不同于欧洲的特点。历史上的妇女易装个案与战争、民族融合及科举制度密切相关。至明清时代,添加了反叛礼教和市民文化的色彩,又有遗民、边缘文人“女性化”心态的作用,加上文学上闺秀传统及才女“文人化”的形成,文学易装题材的创作达到高峰,尤以女作家所创作的叙事作品表现女性意识的崛起和追求个性解放、男女平等的理想,而显得意义深远。     

西方人类学电影史述评

在人类学理论史和纪录电影史背景下,本文对西方人类学电影的历史作了梳理。着重评价自活动摄影机诞生以来出现的人类学电影主要潮流及其代表性人物和作品,并且对摄影机技术的发展对影片制作和作品风格的影响给予关注。     

Playing With Time: Gay Intergenerational Performance Work and the Productive Possibilities of Queer Temporalities

This article examines the tendencies of LGBT intergenerational theater projects. By engaging with ideas of queer time, temporal drag, and the pervasive heteronormative imagery of heritability and inheritance, this article explores the possibility that LGBT intergenerational projects may generate some of the problems they aim to challenge. Through the lens of queer time, the article describes the normativity generated in LGBT intergenerational theater projects as a form of restrictive interpellation. The article explores the temporal complexities at play in such theater productions as The Front Room, a specific LGBT intergenerational theater project performed in the United Kingdom in 2011. The article concludes by noting some ways in which intergenerational theater projects might seek to work through the embodiment of the historical quotidian as a mode of resistance to normativity’s recirculation.     

加快推进现代农业发展对策的探讨

通过几年的探索,我市现代农业建设取得了明显成效。但我市发展现代农业还存在不少问题和薄弱环节,只有找准薄弱环节、克服不利因素、解决突出问题,才能够加快现代农业发展步伐,扎实推进社会主义新农村建设。     

IMPLICIT OPTIMAL AND HEURISTIC LABOR STAFFING IN A MULTIOBJECTIVE,MULTILOCATION ENVIRONMENT*

This paper presents a tractable set of integer programming models for the days-off scheduling of a mix of full- and part-time employees working α to β days/week (cycle) in a multiple-objective, multiple-location environment. Previous models were formulated to specifically schedule part-time employees working either two or three days per week. These models were intractable because they required complete employee schedule information. The new models are deemed implicit optimal since they are required to supply only essential information. While the number of variables in previous models is an exponential increasing function of β-α, the size of three of the new models is independent of α and β. The first three models developed here (as in [18]) deal with the trade-offs between idle time, the number of employees required to work at multiple “locations,” and the size of the total labor pool. The inherent flexibility of the implicit modeling approach is illustrated by the presentation of various modifications of the basic models. These modifications permit the use of preference weights on the number of employee work days/week (cycle) or the minimization of payroll costs where differential pay rates exist. These latter models may also be formulated such that idle time is ignored, constrained or minimized. The execution time for the implicit models (on a CDC CYBER 730 computer with commercially available software) averaged well under five seconds on 1200 trial problems for the type of application considered in [18]. A solution was obtained in less than 46 seconds of CPU time for a trial problem which would have required over 1.4 million integer variables with previous models. The availability of optimal solutions was invaluable in the development of two heuristics designed to deal with the trade-offs of [16]. In an experimental analysis a previous heuristic produced results which averaged from 74 to 508 percent above optimum across six experimental conditions. The comparable new heuristic produced results which averaged from 3 to 8 percent above optimum for the same experimental conditions. The paper concludes by developing a framework to integrate the results of this research with the tour scheduling problem and by identifying several other areas for related research.     

Un-imagining the local/future: cinematic engagement with the absence of hope

ABSTRACT

With reference to the 2014 Umbrella Movement and Hong Kong’s uncertain fate come 2047, I ask how one un-imagines the cultural future of inhabiting the locality. As people take prompts from the present predicament to cope with real possibilities about the future, they realize that a strong embodiment of local consciousness permeates the sociocultural space. I discuss how such engagement takes place through cinematic experience, and examine tactics of the spectator’s critique centring around the erosion of hope at the core of everyday, intellectual and affective imagination. I trace the ways in which postcolonial subjects engage with hope and with the shock of hopelessness in a lived social imaginary. Examining in detail three differently representative recent films, namely, The Midnight After (2014. Dir. Fruit Chan, The Midnight After Film and One Ninety Films), Overheard 3 (2014. Dir. Alex Mak and Felix Chong, Sil-Metropole, Bona Film and Pop Movies) and Ten Years (2015. Dir. K. L. Ng (‘Local Egg’, Boon-deh dan), J. Au (‘Dialect’, Fong-yin), K. Chow (‘Self-Immolator’, Jee-fun jeh), F. P. Wong (‘Season of the End’, Dong sim), and Z. Kwok (‘Extras’, Fau gua), Ten Years Studio), I depict the modes in popular imagination that invoke people’s engagement with the ‘local’, albeit in its affective state. Accordingly, in the context of ‘externalized’ social realities, I identify three interlocking modes of cultural engagement, which I characterize as figurative, performative and prefigurative, respectively. In their ‘future’ imaginary, I look for ordinary people’s ways to face the absurdity of the status quo and the performativity of local struggles with the self.     

The Children First Program: The Effectiveness of a Parent Education Program for Divorcing Parents

This study evaluated the effectiveness of the 2nd and 3rd editions of the Children First parent education programs for parents experiencing divorce or separation. Participants were 678 parents experiencing separation or divorce in 2 Midwestern counties. Changes from pretest to posttest on participants’ knowledge, attitudes, and likelihood of adaptive coparenting were assessed. Both editions of the program had a significant positive effect on all 3 measures of adaptive coparenting. The effect sizes from pretest to posttest for the 2nd edition were small, whereas the effect sizes for the 3rd edition of the program were nearly twice as large. Superiority of the 3rd edition might be due to an increased focus on explicit training on adaptive coparenting behaviors.
