Therapist Personal Agency: a model for examining the training context

This study reviews the creation and testing of a model of Therapist Personal Agency during MFT training. A model including self-efficacy, trainee developmental level, supervisor working alliance, family of origin relationships, and psychological states was supported by data collected from a national sample of MFT students. The model supported by the data was consistent with much of the previous research regarding the correlates of therapist self-efficacy. Furthermore, the model accounted for 20% of the variance in therapist performance as measured by therapist reports of the working alliance. The results also highlighted the importance of attending to the relationships, interactions, and experiences that take place within the training environment and secondly, the added value that may accrue from focusing on the trainee's extended network of family relationships. A brief case example serves to illustrate the importance of tending to Therapist Personal Agency. In sum, this study provides preliminary support for holistic training methods that focus upon the whole person of the therapist.     

Equalities between OLSE,BLUE and BLUP in the linear model

We consider equalities between the ordinary least squares estimator ( $\mathrm {OLSE} $ ), the best linear unbiased estimator ( $\mathrm {BLUE} $ ) and the best linear unbiased predictor ( $\mathrm {BLUP} $ ) in the general linear model $\{ \mathbf y , \mathbf X \varvec{\beta }, \mathbf V \}$ extended with the new unobservable future value $ \mathbf y _{*}$ of the response whose expectation is $ \mathbf X _{*}\varvec{\beta }$ . Our aim is to provide some new insight and new proofs for the equalities under consideration. We also collect together various expressions, without rank assumptions, for the $\mathrm {BLUP} $ and provide new results giving upper bounds for the Euclidean norm of the difference between the $\mathrm {BLUP} ( \mathbf y _{*})$ and $\mathrm {BLUE} ( \mathbf X _{*}\varvec{\beta })$ and between the $\mathrm {BLUP} ( \mathbf y _{*})$ and $\mathrm {OLSE} ( \mathbf X _{*}\varvec{\beta })$ . A remark is made on the application to small area estimation.     

基于按排计费费用核算的城市生活垃圾付费模式研究

当前中国城市生活垃圾收费还是以人为单位进行核算,存在着征费率低、费用被占用、挪用现象严重等问题.为了彻底改变这种状况,必须要借鉴发达国家的城市生活垃圾按排付费模式,从经济刺激视角出发,运用边际成本理论,系统地分析按排计费费用核算中的固定费用和变动费用具体构成.同时,根据管理区域,基础设施状况、人口数量和人均收入的差别,设计出适合中国城市复杂多样性特点的按箱付费模式、按袋付费模式、按量付费模式和混合付费模式四种具体城市生活垃圾按排付费模式,并对这四种具体付费模式的实施维度进行比较分析.     

从脑科学的新发展看人文学问题

神经科学的发展已经形成了关于人文学某些经典问题的重新思考或认识。当前的神经科学发现显示： 我们的大脑和意识都是物质性的,意识的身心二元论是不能成立的,应该回归于大脑一元论。大脑很重要的一部分工作是无意识的,但却能很好地完成许多在常人看来需要意识去完成的工作,这种无意识的大脑运作过程也是大脑的一种客观属性。另外,常识心理学中所谓自由意志的存在是很可疑的,大脑在意识到自己作出决定之前已经作了决定,无意识的意志根据环境中发生的情况而作出瞬间的决定,其过程主要由大脑在发育期间所形成的工作方式以及由之后我们所学到的知识（记忆）决定。当然,自由意志是否存在这个重要问题的最终答案还应该来自于未来更多的科学实验。     

基于AT91SAM9261的步进电机S曲线加减速控制研究与实现

步进电机按照S型曲线加减速时不存在柔性冲击,适合于高速运动。采用了嵌入式ARM片上系统AT91SAM9261作为控制平台,研究了其脉冲产生机制,对S曲线加减速的算法及其曲线方程作了分析推导并研究了将曲线转化为脉冲的离散实现过程;然后列举了实际运动中可能出现的加减速情况并针对各情况分析了实时运动控制过程。最后通过脉冲测试证明,所提出的加减速算法及运动控制方法可行有效,能够适应各种不同运动参数,提高了步进电机的效率和稳定性。     

高效生态经济与低碳能力建设的耦合作用机制研究

在传统经济发展方式不可持续的前提下,低碳和高效生态经济成为各国的必然选择.高效生态经济系统与低碳能力建设系统之间通过微观、中观和宏观三个层面的耦合作用而相互促进、循环累积来保证经济的可持续发展.因此,厘清二者之间的相互作用机制和耦合发展机制对政策措施的可操作性、经济目标的可实现性和经济发展的可持续性具有重要意义.     

This Harlem life: black families and everyday life in the 1920s and 1930s

This article uses Probation Department files to reconstruct the lives of five ordinary residents of Harlem. It highlights what that black metropolis offered those outside the political and cultural elite, who have dominated historical scholarship, showing how ordinary blacks negotiated the challenges of life in northern neighborhoods, and drew on institutions and organizations, to establish and sustain new lives. We offer the kind of individualized perspective on everyday life that other scholars have provided for high culture, but which does not exist for other realms of existence in Harlem, even in early twentieth century sociological studies of black life. Where scholars seeking to distinguish the neighborhood from a slum have pointed to the prevailing pride and self-confidence of its residents, this article directs attention to more immediate, concrete supports that sustained and enriched life in Harlem. Relationships with spouses, children, siblings and cousins sustained individuals faced with the social reality of living in overcrowded, deteriorating, disease infested housing, subject to the racism of white police, politicians and employers; so too did friendships made in nightclubs, speakeasies, dances and movie theatres, and membership of churches, fraternal organizations, social clubs, and sports clubs and teams.
