当前高校计算机系列课程建设初探

掌握和应用计算机知识是培养新型人才的一个重要环节。本文主要针对当前高校非计算机专业计算机基础教学课程内容的改革进行探讨。     

Changing Ethical Attitudes: The Case of the Enron and ImClone Scandals*

Objective. We analyze the process of changing ethical attitudes over time by focusing on a specific set of “natural experiments” that occurred over an 18‐month period, namely, the accounting scandals that occurred involving Enron/Arthur Andersen and insider‐trader allegations related to ImClone. Methods. Given the amount of media attention devoted to these ethical scandals, we test whether respondents in a cross‐sectional sample taken over 18 months become less accepting of ethically charged vignettes dealing with “accounting tricks” and “insider trading” over time. Results. We find a significant and gradual decline in the acceptance of the vignettes over the 18‐month period. Conclusions. Findings presented here may provide valuable insight into potential triggers of changing ethical attitudes. An intriguing implication of these results is that recent highly publicized ethical breaches may not be only a symptom, but also a cause of changing attitudes.     

Gender Role Expectations of Juveniles*

This paper discusses the development of two five-item Likert scales that classify juveniles' gender role expectations as highly traditional to nontraditional. One is composed of behavioral expectations that juveniles define as traditionally feminine and the other is composed of expectations they define as traditionally masculine. With a sample of junior and senior high school students, correlational and factor analyses of scale items were conducted to assess the validity of the assumptions of bipolarity and unidimensionality common in theoretical conceptualizations of gender roles. The results suggest that feminine and masculine role expectations are not bipolar opposites and do not form a unidimensional continuum.

抗战时期 ,中共中央高度重视干部教育。敌后抗日根据地干部教育分为在职干部教育与学校干部教育。抗日根据地的干部教育具有鲜明的时代特点。干部教育的开展取得巨大的成就 ,也有一定的局限性     

The interruption and resumption phases of milieu treatment with children and adolescents

This article addresses the special issues of the interruption and resumption of ten-month day treatment with children. It reviews behavioral and dynamic responses to their changes of treatment status, and the use of positive reframing, as a technique useful to minimize regression and maximize consolidation of treatment gains.     

The Family‐Friendly Community and Its Life Course Fit for Dual‐Earner Couples

Much is known about family‐friendly workplaces. This article examines the less understood family‐friendliness of the communities in which dual‐earner couples reside. Using data from a representative sample of dual‐earner couples (N = 727) in upstate New York, we examine how individual, couple, and neighborhood characteristics are associated with perceptions of community family‐friendliness. Using a life course perspective, we find that couples with young children rate their communities more favorably than do other couples. Findings also indicate that for couples with children of their own, living in a neighborhood with many other families with children is associated with higher ratings of family‐friendliness. We term this match, between a couple's life stage and their neighborhood's demographic structure, life stage‐neighborhood fit.     

宋代"乡原体例"与地方官府运作

宋代文献中,"乡原体例"一类的词汇时有出现,其含义大致是一定区域内被多数人所认可的地方惯例.从其实际内涵来看,包含"民间"与"官方"两个面相.从"民间"的角度来看,"乡原体例"属民间的土俗、乡例,所反映的是民间社会自我组织的能力与形式;从"官方"的角度来看,被纳入法令条文的"乡原体例"就成为地方官府运作法则的一部分,体现了赵宋政权与民间社会的相互调适.大体而言,官府常在田租收纳、赋役征发、平决词讼、修建公共工程、灾荒赈济等情况下认可某些"乡原体例",只不过表现的形式有所不同.官府采纳民间既有的惯例、规约,既出于行政便利的考虑,也在于惯例本身的效力与权威.而究其根源,各种土俗、乡例长期运作的内在动能并非来自官府,其权威的来源有着更为深厚的自然与历史背景.
