论马克思主义哲学的终极关怀功能

哲学作为时代精神的精华,要服务时代,指导实践。然而,哲学智慧有寻根究底、追本溯源、反思批判的性质,哲学功能有超越时代、把握未来、终极关怀的特征。只有马克思主义哲学这种科学的世界观与方法论,才能开拓、发展人的精神世界,发挥其本体论承诺的价值目标、提升真善美的人生境界、为人类寻求精神家园的作用。

卢瓦尔河左岸5000米处的科松镇,矗立着法国最美丽的城堡--香博堡.气势磅礴,华丽秀美是所有人看到它的第一印象.整个城堡建在一片平原上,虽然不是建在山顶的那种高耸入云,但远远的,它便呈现在视野里,让人一览无余了.它的长度和宽度,再加上精准、和谐的比例,令不懂建筑的人也会发出惊叹.     

Parental monetary investments in children: A focus on China

In 1979, China began the one child per couple policy throughout the country. In spite of the controversial issues of voluntary participation, the one-child policy has substantially reduced Chinese population growth. How might the policy affect parents' investiment in their children? This article attempts to study paretns' monetary investment in their children in four provinces of China using two-stage least squares procedure based on a survey of 4,000 Chinese children collected in 1990. This study shows that (a) the more children there are in a family, the less the parents invest in each of them; (b) parents seem to treat boys and girls differently; (c) although parents in rural areas invest less in absolute yuan terms, they invest a larger share of their income in their children than do their urban counterparts; (d) the presence of grandparent(s) seems to increase parents' monetary investment in their children; and (e) sibling structure is an important determinant in parents' investment decisions. Last, but not least, it is necessary to use different measures of parents' monetary investment to reveal a more complete and less biased picture of parental investment in children.     

建设新时代中国特色健康事业

党的十九大确立了习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想作为党的指导思想,明确了以人民为中心的发展理念,是马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想在新时代的继承和发扬。在新时代中国特色社会主义建设历程中,人民健康受到高度重视,健康中国建设已经成为国家战略。文章在分析新时代中国特色健康事业特点的基础上,对健康事业所面临的挑战进行了深入剖析,并就推进新时代中国特色健康事业的发展,提出了四点政策建议:(1)转变观念,真正将健康融入所有政策;(2)强化保基本目标,落实政府的健康责任;(3)有效推进多元化发展,满足多层次需要;(4)完善社会保障网,促进健康公平。     

我国公立医院改革进展、问题及对策浅析

自2009年以来,各省市围绕体制机制改革、服务体系建设、便民惠民措施方案、调动医务人员积极性等重点方面,开展了城市公立医院和县级公立医院改革试点探索工作。总体来说改革取得了一定的成效, 但是改革中仍存在公立医院改革顶层设计不够清晰、深层次体制机制问题较少触及、医疗费用控制效果不够明显、改革中公立医院自身动力不足等问题与困惑。为了进一步深化公立医院改革,应从明确顶层设计,完善各类配套政策,加大政府卫生投入与补偿力度,深化人事薪酬改革,提升医务人员积极性等方面寻求突破点。     

基于多源数据云模型的城市更新后居民的福利水平评价

加快城市更新和城镇老旧街区改造是2020年7月国务院办公厅的重要指示.随着更新改造项目逐步增多,如何科学客观地衡量其实施效果已成为研究焦点.以居民福利水平为视角,构建多维度评价指标体系,突破传统研究数据的单一性,结合网络大数据平台,基于多源数据分析确定各指标的组合权重,并结合云模型计算指标的数字特征,得到评价云.应用评价云对重庆弹子石街道更新改造的福利水平进行评价,研究发现该街道的福利水平居于中位,深度分析其成因,并为提升改造地区的福利水平提出针对性建议.     

试论朱熹“省察”德育思想及其现代启示

在修身过程中重视省察自身,是朱熹道德思想的一个重要组成部分。他认为省察这一修身方法是“得为学之本”。省察的要义可归纳为：知明、自讼、改过,它的作用是明辨是非、善恶、克制人欲泛滥、促进人性完善。朱熹的省察思想对后世产生了广泛而深远的影响。这对于我们今天人格的完善有重要启示。     

Statistical Analysis of Non Linear Least Squares Estimation for Harmonic Signals in Multiplicative and Additive Noise

Abstract

This article concerns the stochastically constrained linear model under a biased assumption. We propose a quasi-stochastically constrained least squares estimator. Furthermore, we provide the expectation of this estimator, demonstrate its consistency and asymptotic normality. In the end of the article, the simulation study of the new estimator shows that it is superior to the least squares estimator, ridge estimator, and the linear constrained estimators under certain conditions by comparing the mean squared errors of these estimators.     

糖尿病肾病患者血清同型半胱氨酸、脂蛋白α、胱抑素C、超敏C反应蛋白检测的临床意义

目的 研究血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、脂蛋白α(Lpα)、胱抑素C(CysC)、超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)与糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)的关系.方法 测定检测192例2型糖尿病患者(DM)的24小时尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER),血清HCY、Lpα、CysC、hsCRP水平,根据尿白蛋白排泄率分为正常白蛋白尿(NA)组、微量蛋白尿(MA)组和临床蛋白尿(CP)组,统计各组UAER、HCY、Lpα、CysC、hsCRP水平;以120例健康检查者为对照组.结果 DM各组HCY、Lpα、CysC、hsCRP水平均高于对照组,DM各组间HCY、Lpα、CysC、hsCRP水平有明显差异(P<0.05);HCY、Lpα、CysC、hsCRP分别与UAER呈显著正相关(r=0.645,0.578,0.681,0.693,P<0.05).结论 DM组患者血清 HCY、Lpα、CysC、hsCRP水平随着UAER的增加而升高,可能与DN的进展有关,与UAER一样,都是诊断糖尿病早期肾损伤的有效指标,各项指标的联合检测对2型糖尿病肾病的诊断与评价具有重要临床意义.     

Pilot of a Computer-Based Brief Multiple–Health Behavior Intervention for College Students

Abstract

Objective: Given the documented multiple health risks college students engage in, and the dearth of effective programs addressing them, the authors developed a computer-based brief multiple–health behavior intervention. This study reports immediate outcomes and feasibility of a pilot of this program. Participants: Two hundred students attending a midsized university participated. Methods: Participants were randomly assigned to the intervention or control program, both delivered via computer. Immediate feedback was collected with the computer program. Results: Results indicate that the intervention had an early positive impact on alcohol and cigarette use intentions, as well as related constructs underlying the Behavior-Image Model specific to each of the 3 substances measured. Based on the implementation process, the program proved to be feasible to use and acceptable to the population. Conclusion: Results support the potential efficacy of the intervention to positively impact behavioral intentions and linkages between health promoting and damaging behaviors among college students.
