高校产学研合作教育的实践与研究

产学研结合是高校实现社会服务功能、增强社会服务能力的重要途径,是高等教育培养实用型、高层次人才的现实需要,也是建设现代化高等教育体制的必由之路。本文以江苏省高校产学研合作为实证,总结了高校产学研合作实践的成功经验,简要分析了高校产学研合作中存在的问题,对推进高校产学研合作教育的发展提出了对策建议。     

近二十年新疆回族史若干问题研究述评

近20年来随着中国回族史研究的发展,新疆回族史的研究也取得了不少成绩。尤其在新疆回族来源、回民起义、回族伊斯兰教、回族文化等核心问题研究中取得了显著的进步。总结成就,发现问题,有助于推动新疆回族史研究逐步形成自身体系,突出地域特色,在新疆社会稳定、经济发展和文化建设中发挥更加重要的作用。     

传媒社会责任的伦理审视

文章首先对责任的概念进行分析,并从伦理学的角度指出了传媒社会责任的缺失既受利益的驱动,又有理论内部混乱不清和传媒主体素质不高等因素的影响,并对传媒社会责任的重建提出了建议,以期抛砖引玉.     

Teaching Note—Teaching Intersectionality: Transforming Cultural Competence Content in Social Work Education

Intersectionality has been gaining momentum among social workers as a framework to allow a fuller understanding of the complexity of diverse social identities and the impact of social structures on power, privilege, and oppression. However, the application of intersectionality to teaching in social work education has been relatively absent in the literature. This article describes a 3-hour graduate-level classroom exercise designed to increase knowledge and proficiency of intersectionality. Critical self-reflections of the participants’ experiences are provided to illustrate the evolving growth and awareness that can result from the educational process using this framework. Examples and suggestions for reading assignments and classroom activities are offered. Implications for social work education and future directions are discussed.     

Collaborating with families in differential responses: practitioners' views

Child protection authorities in many countries are concerned with reducing the rates of investigations and with diverting at‐risk families from the child protection service system. In several countries, differential responses have been introduced into child protection law providing service providers with some choice between investigative or family support pathways, depending upon the level of risk posed in the circumstance. In this paper, we report on a study into a form of differential response known as Intervention with Parents' Agreement introduced in Queensland, Australia, in 2005. A unique feature of this differential response is that it occurs after an initial child protection investigation, although it does provide child protection services with options for providing supportive interventions to at‐risk families to prevent the further escalation of concerns. In this paper, we analyse practitioners' perceptions of factors that inhibit and promote implementation of the Intervention with Parents' Agreement. Drawing upon interviews with 25 practitioners, we identify factors that become important for securing participation after an initial investigation has occurred. We discuss the implications for the development of differential responses in child protection service systems.

Minimum choosability of planar graphs

The problem of list coloring of graphs appears in practical problems concerning channel or frequency assignment. In this paper, we study the minimum number of choosability of planar graphs. A graph G is edge-k-choosable if whenever every edge x is assigned with a list of at least k colors, L(x)), there exists an edge coloring \(\phi \) such that \(\phi (x) \in L(x)\). Similarly, A graph G is toal-k-choosable if when every element (edge or vertex) x is assigned with a list of at least k colors, L(x), there exists an total coloring \(\phi \) such that \(\phi (x) \in L(x)\). We proved \(\chi '_{l}(G)=\Delta \) and \(\chi ''_{l}(G)=\Delta +1\) for a planar graph G with maximum degree \(\Delta \ge 8\) and without chordal 6-cycles, where the list edge chromatic number \(\chi '_{l}(G)\) of G is the smallest integer k such that G is edge-k-choosable and the list total chromatic number \(\chi ''_{l}(G)\) of G is the smallest integer k such that G is total-k-choosable.     

The Value of the Relationship in Volunteer Home Support Programs Working with Vulnerable Families

This paper reports on a program evaluation project that included interviews with 35 parents from high-risk backgrounds who received home volunteer support as part of the Dalwood Volunteer Home Support Program. It provides insight into the meaning and value parents attach to the volunteer relationship. The evaluation findings suggest that home volunteer support was associated with parent perception of increased wellbeing, decreased social isolation, and an improved relationship with their child. The results also suggest that parents perceived their relationship with their volunteer as significant in providing a secure base relationship.
