An overlook on statistical inference issues for stochastic damping hamiltonian systems under the fluctuation-dissipation condition

ABSTRACT

In this paper, we are interested in nonparametric inference issues for stochastic damping hamiltonian systems under the fluctuation-dissipation condition. This condition relates the magnitude of the dissipative term and the magnitude of the random term. The precise balance between the drift term which removes energy in average and the stochastic term provided by the fluctuation-dissipation relation insures that the canonical measure is preserved by the dynamics. In this framework, it is possible to give an explicit construction of a Lyapunov function and thus to prove exponential ergodicity. Then, we consider various estimation procedures and provide also a numerical section, where simulations are conducted.     

Reciprocal Family,Friendship and Church Support Networks of African Americans: Findings from the National Survey of American Life

This study examined reciprocal support networks involving extended family, friends and church members among African Americans. Our analysis examined specific patterns of reciprocal support (i.e., received only, gave only, both gave and received, neither gave or received), as well as network characteristics (i.e., contact and subjective closeness) as correlates of reciprocal support. The analysis is based on the African American subsample of the National Survey of American Life. Overall, our findings indicate that African Americans are very involved in reciprocal support networks with their extended family, friends and church members. Respondents were most extensively involved in reciprocal supports with extended family members, followed closely by friends and church networks. Network characteristics (i.e., contact and subjective closeness) were significantly and consistently associated with involvement with reciprocal support exchanges for all three networks. These and other findings are discussed in detail. This study complements previous work on the complementary roles of family, friend and congregational support networks, as well as studies of racial differences in informal support networks.

国内有关哈尼族的研究近年来硕果累累,但有的论著中对某些史料的理解存在误区.本文以原始资料为依据,针对哈尼族研究中涉及到的<尚书·禹贡>记载与梯田的关系,明初黔西北、滇东北有无"和泥芒部府",康熙时参与反清起义的龙韬之地位与族属三个问题,进行了相关的考证分析,提出了不同于以往的看法.

动态环境下联盟竞合、治理机制与创新绩效的关系研究

本文从竞合视角审视联盟组合,结合动态关系观探讨有效的联盟治理机制,揭示了联盟组合中竞合关系(横向竞合、纵向竞合)、治理机制(契约治理、关系治理)和创新绩效之间的关系,并考察了动态环境特征(技术波动、竞争强度)的二次调节作用。在不同的竞合关系中,由于合作和竞争的强度不同,契约治理与关系治理机制的作用也存在差异,同时,治理机制与创新绩效之间的关系也受到两种不同环境动态性特征的影响。研究结果显示,在纵向竞合中,运用关系治理比运用契约治理能更好地提升创新绩效,技术波动正向调节契约治理、关系治理与创新绩效间的关系。在横向竞合中,运用契约治理比运用关系治理有效,竞争强度加强了契约治理对创新绩效的影响,即关系治理在波动的环境中更有效,契约治理在竞争的环境中更有效。本文为企业开展研发联盟组合管理提供了新的视角和管理对策。     

Calibration estimation in dual-frame surveys

Survey statisticians make use of auxiliary information to improve estimates. One important example is calibration estimation, which constructs new weights that match benchmark constraints on auxiliary variables while remaining “close” to the design weights. Multiple-frame surveys are increasingly used by statistical agencies and private organizations to reduce sampling costs and/or avoid frame undercoverage errors. Several ways of combining estimates derived from such frames have been proposed elsewhere; in this paper, we extend the calibration paradigm, previously used for single-frame surveys, to calculate the total value of a variable of interest in a dual-frame survey. Calibration is a general tool that allows to include auxiliary information from two frames. It also incorporates, as a special case, certain dual-frame estimators that have been proposed previously. The theoretical properties of our class of estimators are derived and discussed, and simulation studies conducted to compare the efficiency of the procedure, using different sets of auxiliary variables. Finally, the proposed methodology is applied to real data obtained from the Barometer of Culture of Andalusia survey.     

基于共振解调模拟电路的滚动轴承早期故障检测性能研究

共振解调模拟电路是滚动轴承故障诊断中最常用的技术之一,但是其故障检测性能的定量评价研究尚未见报导。因此,分别以正弦调制和脉冲调制所构造的故障轴承振动加速度信号为电路输入,定量分析了共振解调电路在不同信噪比条件下的故障检测性能,并研究了电路中的关键设计参数——[WTBX]带通滤波器品质因数Q[WT]的调制规律,为共振解调模拟电路在轴承早期故障检测的实际工程应用提供了可靠的科学依据。     

医教结合：实践、争议与问题

目前我国特殊教育学校学生残障程度趋重,残障类型、教康需求日趋多样化。我国在不断的探索中形成符合自身特点的教育和康复的整合模式———医教结合,并在医教结合的实践中取得一定成果。但目前国内不仅对医教结合内涵、过程等方面未达成一致观点,学者们在其他一些问题上也存在争议。医教结合推进过程中,适用对象、学校教师、理论本身、政策制定方面存在的问题,仍需各方共同努力去解决,研究完善医教结合的理论与政策,促进特殊教育医教结合的发展。
