大学生思想道德水平的高低,直接关系着我国社会主义现代化的实现,关系着21世纪中国的面貌。然而,在经济全球化、文化多元化的世界背景下,大学生的思想观念、行为方式等发生了很大的变化,大学生思想道德教育正面临着严峻的挑战。在新时期,毛泽东德育思想中的人生价值观、政治道德观、教育观对大学生思想道德教育仍起着重要的作用     

《大正藏》本《大智度论》校勘举误——以敦煌本为参校本

后秦鸠摩罗什翻译《大智度论》是中国佛教史上的重要典籍,其内容极其丰富,涉及大乘佛教的各个方面,被喻为"佛教百科全书",对中国佛教产生了相当深远的影响,是历来中国佛教各宗派所依用援引的重要论典。然而由于历代辗转翻刻,传世本《大智度论》亦颇有讹误脱衍之处,本文将敦煌藏经洞出土的《大智度论》写本与《大正藏》本相对勘,订正了《大正藏》本的部分讹误,同时指出了敦煌本的巨大学术价值,以期引起学界的重视。     

试论隋文帝时期对高句丽政策的演变

隋与高句丽的和战关系一直是隋朝对外关系和边疆经略的重要组成部分。隋文帝建国以后,着力构建以隋朝为中心的东亚国际秩序,对高句丽采取了灵活的外交政策和策略:从起初的怀柔远人、积极防御,到后来与高句丽的初次交锋而又止,经历了从"和"到"战"再到"和"的微妙转变。经过隋文帝的努力,其封建统治可谓如日中天。但是,隋炀帝为扩大这一成果,最终对高句丽诉诸武力,因此导致隋朝衰亡。     

高校新生职业生涯规划教育的理论思考

高校新生是接受高等教育的起始人群,从源头开展职业生涯规划教育是高校关怀学生发展,重视学生就业的必要举措。当前,高校新生在职业生涯规划中,存在着高考专业填报与未来就业缺少链接、对就业前景关注度不高、生涯规划意识淡薄以及高校开设的职业生涯规划课程缺乏针对性与实效性的问题。对此,新生职业生涯规划教育需应用帕金森的人—职匹配理论、霍兰德的职业性向论和舒伯的生涯发展阶段论,帮助学生建立终身发展思想,抚平新生不良情绪和态度;全程渗透职业生涯规划理念,培养新生的职业生涯规划意识;注重大学新生职业生涯规划教育的针对性与尝试功能。     

从保障的角度浅议我国国家助学贷款制度

国家助学贷款政策几经变迁,大学生国家助学贷款政策的再调整反映了国家面对家庭经济困难学生的资助政策的进一步完善。在2004年新的国家助学贷款机制政策推行下,使得家庭经济困难学生这一群体有了把握高等教育的机会,通过贷款他们完成学业并实现大学梦。但从保障的角度分析,国家助学贷款这一资助性政策还有很多方面有待于进一步加强。     

北京承接服务业国际转移的策略分析

根据服务业国际转移新趋势,指出了北京市服务业在承接国际转移时所具有的比较优势,利用相关数据,从实证角度分析了北京市服务业发展现状,认为承接服务业国际转移可以增大服务业的发展空间,进而根据实际情况提出了承接策略,指出北京应该抓住服务业国际转移的机遇,积极促进服务型企业国际化成长,从而实现服务业的快速发展。     

Examining risk and protective factors on progression of romantic relational aggression among young adults: Parental control,parental care,and peer social support

Abstract

Romantic relational aggression is related to numerous mental health consequences but risk and protective factors of perpetrating this type of aggression, historically, have been unclear. This study fills in the research gap by evaluating the impact of parental control, parental care, and peer social support on later perpetration in romantic relational aggression among 84 predominately Chinese college students. Results revealed the positive association between parental control and perpetration in romantic relational aggression, however, this association diminished in the presence of high peer social support (HSS). Despite insignificance in the main effect, parental care was negatively correlated with later perpetration in romantic relationship in the HSS group while a positive association was found in the low peer social support (LSS) group. These highlights provided evidences how parental control and parental care during childhood could be risk factors for later romantic relational aggression as well as how current social support from peer could serve as a protective factor on the negative influence from parent–child relationships.     

(Dis)respecting versus (Dis)liking: Status and Interdependence Predict Ambivalent Stereotypes of Competence and Warmth

As Allport (1954) implied, the content of stereotypes may be systematic, and specifically, ambivalent. We hypothesize two clusters of outgroups, one perceived as incompetent but warm (resulting in paternalistic prejudice) and one perceived as competent but not warm (resulting in envious prejudice). Perceived group status predicts perceived competence, and perceived competition predicts perceived (lack of) warmth. Two preliminary surveys support these hypotheses for 17 outgroups. In-depth analyses of prejudice toward particular outgroups support ambivalent prejudice: Paternalistic prejudice toward traditional women, as well as envious prejudice toward career women, results in ambivalent sexism (Glick & Fiske, 1996). Envious prejudice toward Asians results in perceived competence but perceived lack of social skills. Ambivalent content reflects systematic principles.     

Exact joint forecast regions for vector autoregressive models

Assume that a k-element vector time series follows a vector autoregressive (VAR) model. Obtaining simultaneous forecasts of the k elements of the vector time series is an important problem. Based on the Bonferroni inequality, Lutkepohl (1991) derived the procedures which construct the conservative joint forecast regions for the VAR model. In this paper, we propose to use an exact method which provides shorter prediction intervals than does the Bonferroni method. Three illustrative examples are given for comparison of the various VAR forecasting procedures.     

服务型政府研究文献的统计分析——以中国期刊网篇名含“服务型政府”的文献为考察对象

服务型政府是近年来学界研究的热点。以中国期刊网篇名含“服务型政府”的文献为考察对象,对服务型政府的概念、研究领域、分析视角、如何构建以及相关问题的具体分析,不难发现,当前我国的服务型政府研究存在着对于服务型政府的前景过于乐观,研究内容不够全面,研究视角、方法选择重复,研究中的本土化优势挖掘不够等问题。因此,应准确认识、理性对待、深入反思、科学选择、细化研究,从而完善我国的服务型政府研究。
