高校党的群众路线学习教育的认识与实践

从对党的群众路线学习教育活动的认识,层层深入“抓动员”,打牢党的群众路线教育实践活动的思想根基;聚精会神“抓学习”,党员干部思想受到新的洗礼;统筹兼顾做实“两个结合”,学习教育的理论成果和实际效果显著等四个方面,阐述了高校党的群众路线学习教育的认识与实践.分析了党开展“组织学习”的历史进程,认为：党在组织学习的历史上取得了许多宝贵的经验,群众路线学习教育作为一种组织学习,高等学校应坚持两手抓、两促进,紧密结合高校特点和学校实际情况,把开展活动与学校改革发展各项任务结合起来,围绕学校人才培养中心工作,推动学校改革发展,进行相关教育实践活动,才能有力促进学习各项事业的健康发展.高校要以组织学习方法为指导,借鉴党组织学习的历史经验,创新学习方式,加强组织领导和制度建设,从而确保学习教育取得良好的成效.     

基于公众参与的污染产业转移演化博弈分析

污染产业转移所带来的环境问题在市场机制调节作用下并不能得到有效解决,市场失灵的存在为政府环境规制提供了理由.但是地方政府为了追求经济的快速发展,不惜以牺牲生态环境为代价竞相放松环境规制,甚至实行零规制,使得政府环境规制也出现了失灵,而公众作为环境利益的相关者积极参与环境监督和管理,于是公众与污染产业之间的利益博弈过程也就产生.本文运用演化博弈方法对公众与污染产业之间相互作用时的策略选择行为进行分析,以揭示污染产业转移的深层次原因.     

一种基于QoS综合匹配的Web服务选择方法

当前基于QoS的Web服务选择方法,缺乏同时考虑QoS语义和数值处理及用户的个性化需求。基于多属性理论,提出一种QoS综合匹配方法用于筛选功能相同但QoS属性不同的候选Web服务。本方法包含QoS语义和数值综合匹配、构建多属性决策矩阵、个性化服务选择这几个阶段。实验验证本方法推荐结果符合用户需求。     

Altruism Within the Family: A Comparison of Father and Mother Using Life Happiness and Life Satisfaction

Studies on intra-household allocation of resources show that exogenous increase in mothers’ income has larger effect on children’s outcomes than the same increase in fathers’ income, suggesting gender differences may exist in parents’ altruism towards their children. Using self-reported life happiness and life satisfaction, we investigate the differences by gender in mutual altruism between father and child as well as mother and child dyads in Singapore. We found that mutual altruism exists between mother and child, but not between father and child. These findings are robust to the measure of self-reported well-being. Further, we find that gender difference in altruism of fathers and mothers is not driven by the difference in the extent of future old age support desired by fathers and mothers from their children.     

论进一步推进人民币汇率形成机制改革

2005年以来,我国政府不断地推进人民币汇率形成机制的改革,使人民币汇率的形成不断走向市场化。但是,我国目前的人民币汇率形成方式还不是很规范,这一定程度上使我国政府与发达国家政府在人民币汇率问题的博弈中处于不利地位,同时也将影响到人民币走向国际化。因此,我国政府应该进一步推进人民币汇率形成方式的改革,选择"管理浮动"的汇率安排。当前,人民币汇率出现了双向波动的态势,这给人民币汇率形成方式改革提供了一个良好机会,也是进一步推进人民币汇率形成机制改革的好时机。     

Partner selection for reverse logistics centres in green supply chains: a fuzzy artificial immune optimisation approach

The design of reverse logistics networks has now emerged as a major issue for manufacturers, not only in developed countries where legislation and societal pressures are strong, but also in developing countries where the adoption of reverse logistics practices may offer a competitive advantage. This paper presents a new model for partner selection for reverse logistic centres in green supply chains. The model offers three advantages. Firstly, it enables economic, environment and social factors to be considered simultaneously. Secondly, by integrating fuzzy set theory and artificial immune optimisation technology, it enables both quantitative and qualitative criteria to be considered simultaneously throughout the whole decision-making process. Thirdly, it extends the flat criteria structure for partner selection evaluation for reverse logistics centres to the more suitable hierarchy structure. The applicability of the model is demonstrated by means of an empirical application based on data from a Chinese electronic equipment and instruments manufacturing company.

The SSR Plot: A Graphical Representation for Regression

An alternative graphical method, called the SSR plot, is proposed for use with a multiple regression model. The new method uses the fact that the sum of squares for regression (SSR) of two explanatory variables can be partitioned into the SSR of one variable and the increment in SSR due to the addition of the second variable. The SSR plot represents each explanatory variable as a vector in a half circle. Our proposed SSR plot explains that the explanatory variables corresponding to the vectors located closer to the horizontal axis have stronger effects on the response variable. Furthermore, for a regression model with two explanatory variables, the magnitude of the angle between two vectors can be used to identify suppression.     

对传统武术审美之“和谐”特征的阐释

武术之美是东方的古老文明之美的缩影。中国武术具有丰富多彩的“美学”思想和价值,在内容和结构上都倾注了极为浓厚的中国传统文化的审美文化意识。文章通过文献资料、逻辑分析的方法对传统武术的审美特征中的和谐美、形神美进行研究,目的是为弘扬武术文化,更好、更快地推动武术的发展提供有力的依据。     

基于Vensim的集群式供应链跨链库存应急合作

运用系统动力学方法,针对由两条单链多环节组成的集群式供应链,应用Vensim建模软件,建立基于竞合条件的集群式供应链跨链库存应急补充模型。通过Vensim模拟的结果,对跨链库存应急补充模型进行参数灵敏度分析和指标检验分析,结果表明,库存应急补充可以在库存不大量增加的前提下有效提高供应链的市场需求满足率。
