基于面板数据物流产业集聚对产业结构贡献实证分析--以黑龙江省为例

利用面板数据个体固定效应模型,以产业结构为因变量,物流产业集聚为核心解释变量,货运量、物流人力资本、固定资产投资及政府干预为控制变量,实证检验黑龙江省12地市2005－2012年间物流产业集聚对产业结构贡献的影响。结果表明：物流产业集聚对产业结构贡献呈现不显著的负效应,控制变量中政府干预有显著的正效应、物流人力资本有不显著的正效应、固定资产投资有显著的负效应、货运量有不显著的负效应。黑龙江省及地方政府应从创造良好软硬环境着手,加强物流产业的发展,提升物流产业集聚效应。     

试论中国历史题材电视剧的“当代性”

近年来,中国历史题材电视剧在借古喻今的同时不断追求"当代性"的审美品格,这种关乎当今时代社会发展现实的问题立场和叙事方式引发了当代人的审美反思与接受。中国历史题材电视剧的"当代性"主要体现为:在思想内容上影射社会现实问题,以当代价值观念为导向,满足当代受众审美诉求;在叙事艺术上以多视角、亦正亦娱的方式呈现,语言上既保留特定年代文风又贴近现代用语习惯;在人物塑造上实现从"二元对立"模式到多样性的转变,突出女性在历史发展中的潜在动力,表现中华民族传统文化的优良品格和美学精神。     

Using Lean Six Sigma to improve mobile order fulfilment process in a telecom service sector

This study proposes and follows a specific and systematic framework for implementing Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodology in a telecom company in order to improve customer satisfaction by minimizing the company’s response time to customer requirements. The goal of this study was achieved by utilizing several LSS tools under five phases of the DMAIC methodology. Unlike previous studies in the telecom sector that used only qualitative method, in this study, both qualitative and quantitative methods were utilized to draw meaningful conclusions. As a result of the implementation of the LSS methodology, the average order fulfilment lead time for sales orders (SO) and value-added service (VAS) orders was reduced from 10.3 to 5.9 days and from 1.5 to 0.5 days, respectively. The reduction in lead time resulted in an increase in the sigma level for SO and VAS orders from 0.44 to 1.26 and from 0.73 to 2.66, respectively. These improvements were expected to lead to a financial benefit in savings of over $600,000 per year in operational costs, enhancements to customer experience and an increase in revenue generating opportunities. Moreover, this article enriches the existing literature on the application of LSS concept in the service industry, and helps the company to speed up the response to customer requirements.     

地方立法听证探析

立法听证是一种重要的民主立法形式.我国把立法听证纳入地方立法程序,于促进我国的民主化进程具有非常重要的意义.但由于地方立法听证制度在我国实践的时间短,存在着许多不足.这就严重影响了我国地方立法听证的发展,进而影响着地方立法的民主化.针对其存在的问题,本文提出了相关制度建议.     

“两可之说”不是诡辩

邓析是春秋战国时期的论辩家,其著名的"两可之说"受到古往今来的诸多争议。从逻辑学的角度对"两可之说"进行专门、细致、深入的研究,分析"两可之说"的推理形式,我们可以发现"两可之说"不构成逻辑矛盾,也不构成悖论,不应从流于诡辩。     

Examining identity development among gay men of color

Within the past few decades, there has been an explosion of articles examining “gay identity.” Yet, much of this work continues to center on the experiences of gay White men or fail to adequately examine the process of identity development, even when “identity” is central to the discussion. This review outlines 4 theoretical perspectives used to explore gay men of color and identity development. Taken together, these 4 perspectives can offer a rich opportunity to explore the ways that gay men of color come to develop an identity that simultaneously addresses their racial and sexual identities. I argue that examining identity development among gay men of color can help sociology better understand the identity process and provide new insights into examining intersectionality by demonstrating that identities are not only intersectional but also contextual.     

Legitimate Deficit: Competitive Bidding in a Residual and Semi-democratic Welfare Society

Competitive bidding for public subsidy allocation for welfare services has been widely applied in established welfare states since the 1980s. Studies conducted in these countries have inclined to understand competitive bidding as a financing initiative and use an array of “failure theories” to explain its challenges and failures. In contrast to these studies, the present study focuses on Hong Kong, a residual and semi-democratic welfare state, and investigates competitive bidding as a governmental policy instrument designed to increase the legitimacy of subsidy award decisions. Based on an analysis of submissions in a recent policy review and a review of existing policy documents, we suggest that the government may have increased its decision-making power over NGOs, resulting in little advancement, neither regarding welfare mix, nor concerning the legitimacy of resource allocation.     

新能量状态下抗肿瘤光敏剂的研究

研究光动力疗法（photodynamic therapy,PDT）治疗肿瘤的机制.方法：建立裸鼠胰腺癌模型,以血卟啉衍生物作为光敏剂,测定PDT治疗后,肿瘤组织内脂质过氧化产物丙二醛（MDA）的含量,并采用免疫组化LSAB法,对肿瘤区血管损伤状况进行研究.     

育人为本理念下高校辅导员职业道德评价

"立德树人"是高校辅导员的育人理念,揭示了高校辅导员职业道德建设的重要性。目前我国高校尚未建立一套辅导员职业道德评价体系,这种状况必将导致辅导员道德的职能和作用发挥失常,进而会使师德失去意义并变成无生命力的东西。因此,构建辅导员的职业道德评价体系迫在眉睫,应该从树立育人为本的教育理念、把握正确的价值取向、运用多元化的评价方式、建立职业道德评价的考评激励制度、规范职业道德评价的网络准入机制、构建"双能型"职业道德评价模式、发挥校本文化的职业道德评价功能等方面来构建高校辅导员职业道德评价体系。     

中国养老保险缴费对消费和储蓄的影响

考虑到家庭可能面临信贷约束,同时可能有目标储蓄的动机,当期养老金缴费可能会减少当期可支配收入,进而抑制消费,并可能提高储蓄率。使用城镇住户调查2002—2009年9省市的数据,利用养老保险缴费率和养老保险参与率的城市差别随时间的变化,构建家庭养老金缴费的工具变量,实证研究发现:在2006年之前,尽管增加养老保险覆盖率本身有助于刺激消费,在给定缴费前的收入水平以及养老保险覆盖状态时,提高养老金缴费率会显著抑制缴费家庭的消费。另外,养老保险缴费负担对总消费的影响主要也是负面的。
