后金融危机时期东北地区开放型经济新优势的培育和发展

金融危机对东北地区进出口贸易、外商投资和对外经济合作都造成了显著影响.在后金融危机时期,世界经济存在再度衰退风险,外部需求总体上继续保持低迷,我国与其他国家贸易竞争不断加剧,外贸结构调整难度加大.东北地区发展开放型经济必须致力于培育新的经济增长点和新的比较优势.具体来说,在进出口贸易方面,应该重点培育进出口竞争新优势、扶持本土企业“走出去”拓展新兴市场;在外资利用方面,应该重点扩大招商规模,提高外资利用质量;在特殊区域建设方面,应该充分发挥综合保税区的创新平台作用和区域带动作用;同时,要加强对外投资风险防控.     

网络游戏“私服”、“外挂”行为的民事法律责任研究

“私服”、“外挂”行为严重威胁和冲击着网络游戏产业的健康发展。界定了“私服”、“外挂’’行为，指出了“私服”、“外挂”行为的危害性．并在此基础上进一步研究了“私服”、“外挂”行为构成要件内容的特殊性、承担民事责任的方式和损害赔偿数额的确定，最后提出了“私服”、“外挂”的立法建议。这有利于网络游戏产业的健康发展，净化网络文化环境，打击“私服”、“外挂”行为。

“反思平衡”是一种道德原则或道德理论的证立方法,其具体过程可以分为四个阶段.反思平衡包括狭窄的反思平衡和宽泛的反思平衡,二者追求的目标分别是局部融贯和整体融贯.德沃金的“建构性解释”方法是反思平衡在法理学中的应用.建构性解释中的“符合”和“最佳”维度分别体现了狭窄的反思平衡和宽泛的反思平衡的要求.     

Testing non-nested log-linear models with pseudo estimator

As the number of random variables for the categorical data increases, the possible number of log-linear models which can be fitted to the data increases rapidly, so that various model selection methods are developed. However, we often found that some models chosen by different selection criteria do not coincide. In this paper, we propose a comparison method to test the final models which are non-nested. The statistic of Cox (1961, 1962) is applied to log-linear models for testing non-nested models, and the Kullback-Leibler measure of closeness (Pesaran 1987) is explored. In log-linear models, pseudo estimators for the expectation and the variance of Cox's statistic are not only derived but also shown to be consistent estimators.

微博问政是在新的网络环境下公民对于行政权力与行政行为的一种监督方式。首先基于社会结构分析范式,运用精英理论、政策过程理论等理论工具,论述微博问政内在逻辑与具体作用;其次结合案例总结当前微博问政的现状、特点及存在的一些问题;最后探讨了完善微博问政的思路。     

Nonparametric regression with cross‐classified responses

In this article, we develop regression models with cross‐classified responses. Conditional independence structures can be explored/exploited through the selective inclusion/exclusion of terms in a certain functional ANOVA decomposition, and the estimation is done nonparametrically via the penalized likelihood method. A cohort of computational and data analytical tools are presented, which include cross‐validation for smoothing parameter selection, Kullback–Leibler projection for model selection, and Bayesian confidence intervals for odds ratios. Random effects are introduced to model possible correlations such as those found in longitudinal and clustered data. Empirical performances of the methods are explored in simulation studies of limited scales, and a real data example is presented using some eyetracking data from linguistic studies. Hazards regression for freemium products and services: a competing risks approach

We propose a competing risks approach to analyse customer behaviours in freemium products and services. The event of interest is when a customer starts to pay for additional features or functionalities. The observation of such an event may be preempted by an event where the customer quits using the product before paying and consuming the additional features or functionalities. One such freemium service is the online game category. The Fine-Gray regression model was implemented for an online game player activity data to study how covariates affect the paying hazard. Some covariates are hypothesized to have different discrete effects at multiple change points. We extend the model to allow for possible change points in the analysis.
