关于中国GDP的国际比较

ＧＤＰ的国际比较常用汇率法和购买力平价法。用汇率作为评价标准测算的中国的ＧＤＰ显然被低估,而以购买力平价作为评价标准测算的中国的ＧＤＰ则可能被高估。真实的中国ＧＤＰ的规模大致处于两者之间。为了正确地进行中国ＧＤＰ的国际比较,一方面,有必要针对两种方法存在的问题作必要的修正和调整,另一方面还应当综合利用两种方法,对中国经济规模的真实水平进行测算和区间估计     

Every child matters: a legal perspective

Recent legal and policy changes, including the introduction of the Human Rights Act, provide the context for the new child welfare and protection policies proposed for England. These proposals are discussed from a legal perspective in relation to early and coordinated intervention, sharing information between agencies and with children and families, partnership with children, information management, and structural and legal change. Consideration is also given to issues overlooked by the Green Paper, such as immigration and asylum, youth justice and the whole family justice system. The discussion concludes by arguing for the need for integrating cultural and structural change and for leadership (and investment of resources) across government to achieve such goals. 晚清时期 ,梁启超受尊孟抑荀思潮影响 ,力主“绌荀申孟”。随着时代变迁 ,他的荀学研究逐步深入 ,认知荀子的态度不断转变 ,从“儒家中最狭隘者”的指责到“社会学之巨擘也”的肯定。尤其是到了晚年 ,荀子“创为儒家的知识论”成为梁启超荀学研究的基本定论。     

奥古斯丁：内在逻各斯的普遍性

奥古斯丁在西方解释学史上具有重要的地位,这不仅表现在《圣经》解释学上,而且也表现在哲学的解释学方面。他接受了西方古代的斯多葛学派关于“内在逻各斯”与“外在逻各斯”的区分,并将其运用到基督教教义(如“道成肉身”、“三位一体”)的解释中,明确了在上帝那里,这两者只有理论上的差别,而在实际上是统一的,但在人那里,这两者并不总是能统一。这种差别导致了人在对内在逻各斯的追求中的过程因素,并体现为一种辩证法的精神。这些思想对伽达默尔产生了巨大的影响。这种影响集中表现在后者对解释学的普遍性的理解方面,而这种普遍性指的是内在的逻各斯,而不是外在的逻各斯。伽达默尔在这方面与奥古斯丁存在着的内在的一致性,是我们深刻地理解哲学解释学的思想之关键。     

Therapy with Lesbian Couples

Speaking as a therapist and a heterosexual, the author discusses her work with lesbian couples. She suggests that necessary components of good therapy are the therapist's awareness of his or her own views, fears and assumptions about homosexuality, and an understanding of the ways that society, including the world of therapy, still subjugates same sex relationships. Working with lesbian couples raises challenges that are pertinent to the wider issue of the redefinition of couple therapy in a society where the couple relationship itself is being redefined.
