北京市粮食应急保障系统发展构想

北京粮食应急保障体系经过多年的研究布署已经取得很大进展,建立了不断完善的应急指挥体系,构建了应急储备、投放、加工环环相扣的应急流程体系,但适应城市发展应急保障体系建设还存在需要解决的五个瓶颈问题,本文针对现存问题,从加强实时运行的应急指挥调度信息系统建设、创新土地使用模式、转换投放思想、调整储备结构、增加储备品类、提升企业储备规模、将大型连锁超市集团纳入市级应急投放体系、加强储备库应急投放的标准化建设升级、发展现代粮食物流、优化应急储备、投放、加工布局、推进北京本地加工产业升级等八个方面提出北京市粮食应急保障系统发展思路。     

Non-informative priors for the common mean in the one-way random effects model with heterogeneous error variances

The paper develops some objective priors for the common mean in the one-way random effects model with heterogeneous error variances. We derive the first and second order matching priors and reference priors. It turns out that the second order matching prior matches the alternative coverage probabilities up to the second order, and is also an HPD matching prior. However, derived reference priors just satisfy a first order matching criterion. Our simulation studies indicate that the second order matching prior performs better than the reference prior and the Jeffreys prior in terms of matching the target coverage probabilities in a frequentist sense. We also illustrate our results using real data.     

Bayesian model selection for life time data under type II censoring

This paper considers the Bayesian model selection problem in life-time models using type-II censored data. In particular, the intrinsic Bayes factors are calculated for log-normal, exponential, and Weibull lifetime models using noninformative priors under type-II censoring. Numerical examples are given to illustrate our results.

Bayesian inference for the proportion of true null hypotheses using minimum Hellinger distance

It is important that the proportion of true null hypotheses be estimated accurately in a multiple hypothesis context. Current estimation methods, however, are not suitable for high-dimensional data such as microarray data. First, they do not consider the (strong) dependence between hypotheses (or genes), thereby resulting in inaccurate estimation. Second, the unknown distribution of false null hypotheses cannot be estimated properly by these methods. Third, the estimation is affected strongly by outliers. In this paper, we find out the optimal procedure for estimating the proportion of true null hypotheses under a (strong) dependence based on the Dirichlet process prior. In addition, by using the minimum Hellinger distance, the estimation should be robust to any model misspecification as well as to any outliers while maintaining efficiency. The results are confirmed by a simulation study, and the newly developed methodology is illustrated by a real microarray data.     

高校校园环境中的色彩规划研究——以湛江师范学院为例

高校的主体是人,根本任务是教学和科研。如何以人为本,创造一个适合教学与科研的环境,成为社会和师生共同关注的问题。而校园环境中第一被感知的要素是色彩,在一定程度上,校园色彩规划能够反映该大学的精神面貌和文化品位,并潜移默化地从心理及生理上影响着师生的生活和学习。因此,规划设计一个有利于师生们生活和学习的环境,既能满足他们心理和生理的需求,又能塑造一定的文化艺术氛围,必须首先从校园的色彩规划开始进行分析研究。     

Effects of Parent Effectiveness Training Program on Family Communication and Flexibility of Korean Parents

This study examines the effects of an 8‐week Parent Effective Training (PET) program on family communication and flexibility. Forty‐two pairs of Korean parents were randomly assigned to either an experimental group that provided the PET program or a control group that did not offer the program. The two groups were compared on pre‐, post‐, and follow‐up measures of PAC(Parent‐Adolescent Communication), ENRICH(Enriching and Nurturing Relationship Issues, Communication and Happiness), and FACES(Family Adaptability Cohesion Evaluation Scale), while controlling for the effects of socio‐demographic variables. Compared with the control group, the experimental group showed significant improvements in family communication between parents and children and between the husband and the wife but no such improvements in family flexibility. These findings suggest that the PET program is a useful short‐term tool for Korean parents wishing to enhance family communication.     

Perfect matchings in paired domination vertex critical graphs

A vertex subset S of a graph G=(V,E) is a paired dominating set if every vertex of G is adjacent to some vertex in S and the subgraph induced by S contains a perfect matching. The paired domination number of G, denoted by γ _pr (G), is the minimum cardinality of a paired dominating set of?G. A?graph with no isolated vertex is called paired domination vertex critical, or briefly γ _pr -critical, if for any vertex v of G that is not adjacent to any vertex of degree one, γ _pr (G?v)<γ _pr (G). A?γ _pr -critical graph G is said to be k-γ _pr -critical if γ _pr (G)=k. In this paper, we firstly show that every 4-γ _pr -critical graph of even order has a perfect matching if it is K _1,5-free and every 4-γ _pr -critical graph of odd order is factor-critical if it is K _1,5-free. Secondly, we show that every 6-γ _pr -critical graph of even order has a perfect matching if it is K _1,4-free.     

论军训中开设定向越野训练的价值

开展定向越野训练具有诸多重要军训价值,能使学生在掌握用图能力,提高身体素质、越野技能和心理素质。野外适应能力等各方面均得到提高。通过定向越野训练,学生在定向越野中形成的各种优良素质均可迁移到学习和生活中,产生顺向迁移效应,对学生学习和将来工作产生积极的影响。

从流动人口自身的特点出发,对流动人口社会保障现状、影响因素及其发展路径等方面的研究文献进行了综述,并总结了流动人口社会保障理论需要深入研究的方向与领域。
