对民族院校学生思想政治教育工作特殊性的认识

民族院校特殊的办学性质和办学任务,决定了其学生来源和民族构成等方面与其它高校相比存在着不同,并在学生的心理特征、思维(认识)方法、行为习惯、生活方式等方面表现出明显的差异,正视和了解民族院校学生的心理和行为特征,对于有效地开展学生的思想政治教育将起到促进作用。     

媒体在国企“厂长负责制”试点决策中的助推作用探析

1980年代中国国营企业实行以"厂长负责制"为核心的管理体制改革,经历了一个较长时间的探索过程,其中,多种因素发挥了各自的作用。对此,运用美国政治学家约翰·W·金登的多源流理论进行分析可以清晰地看出,在问题源流、政治源流和政策源流经由汇合而打开"政策之窗"的过程中,新闻媒体在国家决策层做出试行"厂长负责制"决定中所发挥的推动作用。     

International doctoral students as knowledge brokers: reciprocity,trust and solidarity in transnational networks

In this article, we examine the role of brokerage, the knowledge that brokers transfer and the social conditions of that transfer. Previous research suggests that highly skilled migrants spanning multiple locales have the advantage of being able to transfer knowledge as they move from one place to another. In this study, using a network perspective, we look at the activities of international doctoral students in their transfer of knowledge and illustrate the underlying social conditions of knowledge transfer through transnational friendship networks. Using a qualitative methodology, we examine the research questions and 35 in‐depth interviews, as well as egocentric network analysis conducted in Germany. In the findings, we explore the social conditions of knowledge brokerage, including trust, reciprocity and solidarity. Finally, we discuss the implications for further research on knowledge sharing among brokers and international students.     

Trends in College Binge Drinking During a Period of Increased Prevention Efforts: Findings from 4 Harvard School of Public Health College Alcohol Study Surveys: 1993–2001

Abstract

The 2001 Harvard School of Public Health College Alcohol Study surveyed students at 119 4-year colleges that participated in the 1993, 1997, and 1999 studies. Responses in the 4 survey years were compared to determine trends in heavy alcohol use, alcohol-related problems, and encounters with college and community prevention efforts. In 2001, approximately 2 in 5 (44.4%) college students reported binge drinking, a rate almost identical to rates in the previous 3 surveys. Very little change in overall binge drinking occurred at the individual college level. The percentages of abstainers and frequent binge drinkers increased, a polarization of drinking behavior first noted in 1997. A sharp rise in frequent binge drinking was noted among students attending all-women's colleges. Other significant changes included increases in immoderate drinking and harm among drinkers. More students lived in substance-free housing and encountered college educational efforts and sanctions resulting from their alcohol use.

由进化论思潮的流变所主导的马克思主义人类学理论,在"后现代转向"中面临着理论困境和表述危机,而由后现代转向的解构性生发的反思与讨论,使马克思主义人类学在对旧有进化模式的省思中,具有新的理论转向的路径--后马克思主义人类学的学理建构和理论表述,形成了一个需要引起学界关注的范式.     

TimeOut@UCLA: An Intergenerational Respite Care and Workforce Development Program

TimeOut@UCLA is an intergenerational program that recruits undergraduate college students to provide companionship to older adults with early Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia in a community setting, providing respite for their caregivers. In the program, 86 students and 89 seniors participated from September 2015 to December 2016. This program appears to reinforce positive attitudes about working with older adults among undergraduate students and gives caregivers an innovative option for respite time.     

Building an Integrated Research/Policy Planning Age-Friendly Agenda

This article describes an innovative model for integrating research into a policy and planning agenda aimed to help neighborhoods become more supportive of older adults. Philadelphia Corporation for Aging (PCA) established Age-Friendly Philadelphia (AFP) to catalyze efforts to improve the physical and social environments for seniors. The Research Program at PCA became an important part of this effort by providing multiple types of supports to PCA staff and other stakeholders. Most notably, the research program worked with planners to adopt the United States Environmental Protection Agency's Aging Initiative model for Philadelphia. That model focuses on (1) staying active, connected, and engaged; (2) development and housing; (3) transportation and mobility; and (4) staying healthy. Examples of practice efforts actualized using this research are also presented. By developing a new approach to the way research can support practice initiatives, AFP has been able to increase its effectiveness, and researchers have found better ways to work collaboratively with professionals in policy, planning, and practice. The PCA model should be considered as a framework for similar efforts aimed at creating age-friendly communities.     

Complex Couples: Multi‐Theoretical Couples Counselling with Traumatised Adults Who have a History of Child Sexual Abuse

One of the major ways child sexual abuse can have an impact on individuals is in their later ability to have and maintain fulfilling couple relationships. Survivors may experience avoidance behaviours that become problematic in their adult intimate relationships. If couple therapists fail to focus on these traumatic imprints, the therapy may founder. This paper proposes that a multi‐theoretical approach enables the couple therapist to deal with the complex problems such couples present including sexuality and intimacy concerns. Such an approach integrates trauma theory, attachment theory, feminist principles, body‐oriented psychotherapy, and systemic couple therapy.     

试论邓小平的集体领导思想

邓小平集体领导思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分。邓小平强调社会主义社会必须实行集体领导 ,强调集体领导的制度化 ,认为要实现集体领导 ,必须做到集体领导联系群众、集体领导有一个核心、明确集体领导与个人分工的辩证统一。邓小平认为实行集体领导的重大意义在于 :有利于实现和加强党的正确领导 ,巩固党的执政地位 ,有利于社会主义事业的顺利发展 ,有利于健全党内民主 ,实现党内生活民主化、规范化 ,有利于培养、造就高水平的领导集体。     

我国货币供给与经济增长、房地产价格关系研究

基于1999—2010年季度数据,采用协整分析和误差修正模型对货币供给、经济增长、房地产价格进行研究。结果表明,在长期内货币供给和房地产价格对经济增长都存在促进作用,并且货币非中性;在短期内,货币供给和房地产价格对经济增长也存在促进作用。另外,误差修正模型也表明,三者之间是相互影响的,同时也受自身和另外两个因素滞后期的影响。
