认清当代资本主义的新发展

资本主义社会已经在人类历史上存在了几百年,对于资本主义社会的发展过程,目前学界已有共识,即从形成阶段的资本主义到自由资本主义再到垄断资本主义。但是,对于如何认识当代资本主义,学界大部分人思想陈旧,墨守成规,拘泥于一百年前的垄断资本主义旧理论,不能解放思想,与时俱进。当代资本主义已经发展到了社会资本主义的新阶段,而非垄断资本主义。只有认清这个新阶段,才能深刻体会到我国改革开放以来为什么要设立经济特区以及如何探索中国特色社会主义道路。

球墨铸铁曲轴的气体软氮化

柴油机的珠墨铸铁曲轴系重要零件,气体软氮化应用到球墨铸铁领域还是一种新工艺,而且比中频淬火效果好,提高了曲轴的抗疲劳和抗磨损的能力。本文对气体软氮化的基本原理、设备、工艺参数的选择和催渗方法进行了探讨,对软氮化后曲轴的尺寸形状误差、光洁度和机械性能的提高等进行了较详细的试验、分析和比较,结果,经气体软氮化后的曲轴不但尺寸形站误差符合图纸要求外,而且抛去轻微氧化层后光洁度还略有提高,曲轴安全系数由1.3～1.6提高到1.70～1.77,并且一般不再发生疲劳断(?),使用寿命比原来寿命增加3.32倍以上。     

AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF ALTERNATIVE CAMPAIGN FINANCE SYSTEMS: TRANSPARENCY,DONATIONS, AND POLICY CHOICES

We experimentally study the transparency effect of alternative campaign finance systems on donations, election outcomes, policy choices, and welfare. Three alternatives are considered: one where donors' preferences and donations are unobserved by the candidate and public; one where they are observed by the candidate but not the public; and one where they are observed by all. We label them full anonymity (FA), partial anonymity (PA), and no anonymity (NA), respectively. We find that in NA and PA candidates consistently respond to donations by choosing policies favoring the donors. FA, in contrast, is the most successful in limiting the influence of donations on policy choices. Donors benefit greatly from the possibility of donations whereas social welfare may be harmed in some treatments. To our knowledge, this article is the first to investigate the effect of different campaign finance systems distinguished by their transparency level. (JEL D72)

中国城市“居住分异”模式的问题与对策

当前,我国城市化进程逐渐加快,导致城市发展出现一系列城市病问题,城市居住区呈现出越来越明显的"居住分异"现象,整个城市形成一种居住空间分化甚至相互隔离的状况,给社会健康发展带来一系列负面影响。混合居住是目前解决居住分异的一种重要途径。混合居住模式以消除居民的社会差异为住宅建设的社会意义和目标,是解决不同社会阶层隔离、促进不同居民交往的有效方法,有利于营造和谐的居住模式。     

The use of affective interaction design in car user interfaces

Recent developments in the car industry have put Human Machine Interfaces under the spotlight. Developing gratifying human-car interactions has become one of the more prominent areas that car manufacturers want to invest in. However, concepts like emotional design remain foreign to the industry. In this study 12 experts on the field of automobile HMI design were interviewed in order to investigate their needs and opinions of emotional design. Results show that emotional design has yet to be introduced for this context of use. Designers need a tool customized for the intricacies of the car HMI field that can provide them with support and guidance so that they can create emotionally attractive experiences for drivers and passengers alike.     

Using naturalistic driving films as a design tool for investigating driver requirements in HMI design for ADAS

In recent years, there are many naturalistic driving projects have been conducted, such as the 100-Car Project (Naturalistic Driving study in United State), EuroFOT(European Large-Scale Field Operational Tests on Vehicle Systems), SeMi- FOT(Sweden Michigan Naturalistic Field Operational Test and etc. However, those valuable naturalistic driving data hasn't been applied into Human-machine Interaction (HMI) design for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), a good HMI design for ADAS requires a deep understanding of drive environment and the interactions between the driving car and other road users in different situations. The results demonstrated the benefits of using naturalistic driving films as a mean for enhancing focus group discussion for better understanding driver's needs and traffic environment constraints. It provided an efficient tool for designers to have inside knowledge about drive and the needs for information presentation; The recommendations for how to apply this method is discussed in the paper.     

中华民族共同体意识铸牢中的边地逻辑——基于云南省富宁县边境地区汉彝同村共寨现象的考察

中国境内“大杂居、小聚居”的民族分布格局,奠定了铸牢中华民族共同体意识的现实客观条件。同时,如何在普遍性的客观条件下,找寻相关经典跨族群关系建构中的历史演变特征、规律,进而在学理上论证中华民族共同体意识存在的历史逻辑问题,应为当前学界迫切需要开展的一项重大课题。再则,普遍性特征的背后,往往是“点”与“面”的衔接性,是“边缘”与“中心”的整体契合性。因此,中华民族共同体意识的彰显,既需要内地中心普遍案例的量化支撑,还需要边地社会经典样本的质性论证。可以说,边地社会样本的客观存在,方能直接印证中华民族共同体意识的普遍性存在。在此背景下,云南省富宁县边境地区普遍客观存在的汉彝同村共寨现象,不仅在跨族群关系建构层面提供了混融共生这一内在共同体意识的形象学理载体,更为中华民族共同体意识在边地社会的客观存在提供了现实实践层面的厚重支撑。     

少数民族地区农村义务教育支出决策研究——以新疆、宁夏、甘肃三省为例

本文搜集了新疆、宁夏和甘肃三个西部省份的1345名样本学生教育支出的田野调查数据,旨在分析"新机制"实施之后少数民族地区学生的义务教育成本情况,结果表明:少数民族地区义务教育阶段学生因交不起学杂费和课本费而造成上学难的问题已基本解决;各民族在教育成本各项教育支出上均存在极为显著差异;学生部分教育支出依然对适龄儿童入学和教育公平现象有影响作用.因此,进一步建立和完善面向少数民族农村地区可控性强教育成本的资助体系将会是未来民族地区义务教育资助政策的重点.
