Major-in-weight Efficiency and Major-in-weight Optimality of Multiple Criteria Decision Making

基于不同目标的权重不同，以“好目标的权重和越大，相应的方案越好”作为决策准则，提出了一种新的多目标决策有效性理论。其关键概念是β－较重有效解与β－较重最优解。文中证明了解的性质。讨论了该类解与Ｐａｒｅｔｏ－有效解的关系。     

TMS32010自适应均衡系统的开发与实现

本文使用新一代的高速信号处理片TMS32010设计出LMS算法的自适应均衡(AE)系统。在收敛性能、处理速度、小型化、使用灵活性及成本费用诸方面均优于或等于用模拟电路、专用数字电路及一般16位微机制成的AE系统。文中叙述了TMS32010 AE系统的设计思想,总体设计和硬、软件设计方法,结构框图,设计时需注意的各种问题以及试验結果。通过实验证明,系统是成功的,其性能与理论分析相符。本文所述方法除可用于LMS算法的AE设计外,也可用于其它AE算法的设计,且若适当改变程序及少量输出接口硬件,尚可用于其它数字信号处理,如调制解调、谱估计及声音控制等。     

漫谈毛泽东诗词中的“山”的形象

在毛泽东诗词中，“山”是最引人注目的形象之一。在毛泽东公开发表的５０首诗中，写到山的有３３首，大约用７５５个“山”，提到了我国的３６座山名，这些山这布大江南北，长城内外。那么，毛泽东诗词中何以多“山”呢７“山”象征着什么？又给毛淬东以何种启示呢？文章做了－些探讨。     

A model for collaboration networks giving rise to a power-law distribution with an exponential cutoff

Recently several authors have proposed stochastic evolutionary models for the growth of complex networks that give rise to power-law distributions. These models are based on the notion of preferential attachment leading to the “rich get richer” phenomenon. Despite the generality of the proposed stochastic models, there are still some unexplained phenomena, which may arise due to the limited size of networks such as protein, e-mail, actor and collaboration networks. Such networks may in fact exhibit an exponential cutoff in the power-law scaling, although this cutoff may only be observable in the tail of the distribution for extremely large networks. We propose a modification of the basic stochastic evolutionary model, so that after a node is chosen preferentially, say according to the number of its inlinks, there is a small probability that this node will become inactive. We show that as a result of this modification, by viewing the stochastic process in terms of an urn transfer model, we obtain a power-law distribution with an exponential cutoff. Unlike many other models, the current model can capture instances where the exponent of the distribution is less than or equal to two. As a proof of concept, we demonstrate the consistency of our model empirically by analysing the Mathematical Research collaboration network, the distribution of which has been shown to be compatible with a power law with an exponential cutoff.     

我国股票市场存在的问题及其对策

本文在介绍我国股票市场现状的基础上，着重指出目前我国股票市场所存在的一些问题，并分析造成这些问题的原因，提出解决国有股和法人股流通问题的对策。     

湛江市赤坎区鸣虫种类调查

通过1995～1996年对湛江市赤坎区的文章村、寸金公园、湛江师院等地鸣虫的初步调查发现：赤坎范围内鸣虫种类较多，共有11种，隶属于2个目．全年均有鸣虫活动，这与北方进入冬季后鸣虫消声匿迹形成了极大的反差．这一结果的发现为广大鸣虫玩赏者尤其是北方（如北京）鸣虫爱好者提供了鸣虫种源信息．到目前为止，国内还没发现有关鸣虫资源调查的专题报道．     

Farmers’ adaptability to the policy of ecological protection in China—A case study in Yanchi County,China

Due to long-term human activities, grassland ecosystems have been severely damaged. To protect grassland ecosystems, the prohibited grazing policy (PGP), a grassland ecological protection policy, was instituted for Chinese grasslands in 2002. However, it is unknown whether farmers have effectively adapted to the PGP. The adaptability of farmers to this policy has directly influenced the effective implementation of the policy and the sustainable development of the ecosystem. Previous research on adaptability has not focused on the adaptation to political change. This article uses a case study in Northwest China to investigate the adaptability of farmers to the policy. First, we study the restoration status of ecosystems. In addition, this paper studies the perceptions regarding farmers’ adaptability to the policy and explores the adaptation strategies of different types of farmers. Finally, this paper discusses the main factors that influence farmers’ choice of adaptation strategies. The implementation of the PGP has achieved remarkable ecological benefits. Farmers of different types had different adaptation perceptions, and their choices of adaptation strategies also varied. In addition to the farmers’ perception of the policy, the main factors that influenced farmers’ adaptation strategies also included livelihood capital.

Experiencing Work: Values, Attitudes, and Moods

This paper describes a model (the VAM model)which integrates three of the most significantdimensions of the work experience, work values,attitudes, and moods, into one overarching framework.The VAM model proposes that a rich and more completeunderstanding of the experience of work necessitates thesimultaneous consideration of work values, attitudes,and moods. After describing how work values, attitudes, and moods, each capture key aspects ofexperiencing work, we discuss three important dimensionsalong which they vary: time, dynamism, and focus. Thesedimensions underscore the need for the simultaneous consideration of values, attitudes, and moodsfor a fuller understanding of the work experience. Wethen describe how work values, attitudes, and moods havethe potential to influence each other. Finally, we discuss the implications of the VAM modelfor understanding important organizational outcomesincluding extra-role behavior, job performance, socialloafing, absenteeism, and turnover.
