注意性告知与元认知策略对培训效果的影响研究

计算机审计培训是培养高素质审计人才的有效途径。注意性告知和元认知策略是影响计算机审计培训效果的重要因素。实证研究了注意性告知与元认知策略对培训效果的影响,研究发现:注意性告知与元认知策略都会对培训效果产生正向影响;注意性告知还会对元认知策略产生正向影响。此外,注意性告知通过元认知策略部分中介作用于培训效果。     

Shaved heads and sonnenrads: comparing white supremacist skinheads and the alt-right in New Zealand

ABSTRACT

This article looks at two periods in the history of white supremacy in New Zealand: the short-lived explosion of skinhead groups in the 1990s, and the contemporary rise of the internet-driven alt-right. It looks at the similarities and differences between the two groups, looking at style, symbols, ideology, and behaviour. It looks at the history of these two movements in New Zealand and compares the economic and social factors that contributed to their rise, in particular how the different social class of members produced groups with near-identical ideology but radically different presentation and modes of action.     

Semiparametric Efficient Estimation in the Generalized Odds-Rate Class of Regression Models for Right-Censored Time-to-Event Data

The generalized odds-rate class of regression models for time to event data is indexed by a non-negative constant and assumes thatg(S(t|Z)) = (t) + Zwhere g(s) = log(^-1(s-) for > 0, g₀(s) = log(- log s), S(t|Z) is the survival function of the time to event for an individual with qx1 covariate vector Z, is a qx1 vector of unknown regression parameters, and (t) is some arbitrary increasing function of t. When =0, this model is equivalent to the proportional hazards model and when =1, this model reduces to the proportional odds model. In the presence of right censoring, we construct estimators for and exp((t)) and show that they are consistent and asymptotically normal. In addition, we show that the estimator for is semiparametric efficient in the sense that it attains the semiparametric variance bound.     

从美俄卫星相撞事件看航天活动之损害赔偿责任

随着人类航天活动的日益频繁,空间物体致人损害的事件也不断发生.2009年2月10日发生的美国与俄罗斯卫星相撞事件,再次引起了人们对航天活动致人损害的国际赔偿责任问题的关注.1972年联合国<空间物体造成损害的赔偿责任公约>,简称<责任公约>,是航天国际损害赔偿方面基本的法律依据.<责任公约>规定的国家责任原则以及绝对责任和过错责任的责任基础原则都是颇有特色的.但公约的制定与生效毕竟已经经过了近40年,如今<责任公约>出现了一些不能适应新形势的情形,有必要进行重新思考和加以适当改进.     

辽宁文化产业与经济发展协调状况评价及其思考

协调状况的综合判断不仅要考虑协调度还要考虑协调发展水平,以反映不同水平下的协调程度。综合判断的目的不仅仅要计算出排序结果,更要关注综合水平背后被平均掉的个体指标,基于这种思路指出：辽宁文化产业与经济发展总体上虽处于相对协调状态,但在很多方面仍存在文化产业落后于经济发展的情况,这是辽宁文化产业发展的软肋。     

基于债权人“顾客”属性的国有商业银行公司治理机制创新研究

在描述了公司治理机制的概念及其发展之后,总结出前人对于商业银行公司治理机制的研究思路是从商业银行较一般公司所体现出的特殊性着手,进而研究商业银行公司治理机制的特征。在此基础上从商业银行的企业本质入手,提炼出了在商业银行公司治理众多利益相关者中最为关键的债权人所具有的＂顾客＂属性,并围绕这一重要属性,阐述了金融全球化背景下的国有商业银行公司治理机制的创新。     

基于模糊物元模型的雇主吸引力比较研究——以环渤海地区高新区为例

文章在以往有关雇主吸引力构成维度研究成果的基础上,结合高新区特点,构建了其雇主吸引力评价指标体系。并在物元分析的基础上,运用模糊集合理论和欧氏贴近度的概念,建立了高新区雇主吸引力的评价模型,对环渤海地区九个高新区进行实证研究,从而为高新区提高雇主吸引力、吸引目标人才提供了科学的依据。     

Bayesian semiparametric modeling and inference with mixtures of?symmetric distributions

We propose a semiparametric modeling approach for mixtures of symmetric distributions. The mixture model is built from a common symmetric density with different components arising through different location parameters. This structure ensures identifiability for mixture components, which is a key feature of the model as it allows applications to settings where primary interest is inference for the subpopulations comprising the mixture. We focus on the two-component mixture setting and develop a Bayesian model using parametric priors for the location parameters and for the mixture proportion, and a nonparametric prior probability model, based on Dirichlet process mixtures, for the random symmetric density. We present an approach to inference using Markov chain Monte Carlo posterior simulation. The performance of the model is studied with a simulation experiment and through analysis of a rainfall precipitation data set as well as with data on eruptions of the Old Faithful geyser.     

Liberal Education and Social Welfare

The author presents the vulnerability, risk, and resilience model as a mechanism for improved content integration in the Human Behavior and the Social Environment sequence in social work education. The model demonstrates the interaction of community and social context variables with individual characteristics in the development of social work problems. The five steps in the model are (1) define the social work problem of concern, (2) identify risk and protective factors in the social context, (3) identify intrinsic vulnerability and invulnerability characteristics, (4) intersect these two, and (5) explore intervention: and prevention options. In addition, she provides a rationale and background for the model, describes the model itself, and develops an example from social work practice (adolescent substance abuse) for social work education.
