政治体制改革:中国特色社会主义的重要战略选择

政治体制改革是社会主义全面改革系统中的重要环节.在当代中国转型性发展的关键时期,尤其要高度重视和加大政治体制改革力度,充分发挥政治关系对于转型性发展的调节与保证作用.当前进一步深化政治体制改革,既要同经济体制改革深化和经济社会发展相适应,又要同大众政治参与积极性不断增强相适应,同时还要同中国特色社会主义政治发展的本质特征和科学内涵相吻合.深化政治体制改革,归根到底是要在适应时代新变化、实践新要求和人民新期待的基础上进一步拓展中国特色社会主义政治发展道路.

Bayesian hierarchical regression models for detecting QTLs in plant experiments

Quantitative trait loci (QTL) mapping is a growing field in statistical genetics. In plants, QTL detection experiments often feature replicates or clones within a specific genetic line. In this work, a Bayesian hierarchical regression model is applied to simulated QTL data and to a dataset from the Arabidopsis thaliana plants for locating the QTL mapping associated with cotyledon opening. A conditional model search strategy based on Bayesian model averaging is utilized to reduce the computational burden.

A joint modelling approach for clustered recurrent events and death events

In dental implant research studies, events such as implant complications including pain or infection may be observed recurrently before failure events, i.e. the death of implants. It is natural to assume that recurrent events and failure events are correlated to each other, since they happen on the same implant (subject) and complication times have strong effects on the implant survival time. On the other hand, each patient may have more than one implant. Therefore these recurrent events or failure events are clustered since implant complication times or failure times within the same patient (cluster) are likely to be correlated. The overall implant survival times and recurrent complication times are both interesting to us. In this paper, a joint modelling approach is proposed for modelling complication events and dental implant survival times simultaneously. The proposed method uses a frailty process to model the correlation within cluster and the correlation within subjects. We use Bayesian methods to obtain estimates of the parameters. Performance of the joint models are shown via simulation studies and data analysis.

采用dq变换研究矩阵式电源变换器

本文基于Ｖｅｎｔｕｒｉｎｉ提出的输入输出变换函数，利用ｄｑ变换将矩阵式电源变换器等效成不包含开关元件的线性电路网络，运用线性系统的方法分析其性能，所得结果对研究这种电源变换器及其控制策略有一定的价值。     

美国未成年人案件保密性原则及其松动

美国未成年人案件保密性原则在司法实践中比较复杂。基于"双轨制"现实,未成年人身份过错、偏差及轻微犯罪案件通常由少年法院审理;而对于较严重的未成年人刑事案件,则会移送至刑事(成人)法院审理。对于后者,因其刑事性质,被移送受审的未成年人将被视为成年人受审,其案件庭审及记录除特殊情形外原则上不予保密。而对于前者,此类案件大体上适用保密性原则。不过随着对儿童利益最佳原则及防卫社会的双向反思,对在少年司法体系内的较严重犯罪案件与虐待、遗弃及照管不良等案件,少年法院保密性原则亦有较大松动。
