略论图样简化

本文指出图样简化是提高绘图速度最基本和最有效的途径之一。并就视图的简化,剖面符号的简化,利用尺寸符号简化视图,尺寸注法的简化和装配图的简化等方面进行了探讨。在符合或基本符合机械制图国家标准精神的前提下,提出了一些切实可行的方案。     

《左传》中的引用

《左传》的引用方式,较之《尚书》,丰富多样,特点鲜明。就引用的文辞而言,具有首尾综包,自加韵语以及变易文字等特点。从引用的形式来看,既有引经,又有稽古;既有明引,又有暗引;既体现于高雅的引《诗》、赋《诗》活动中,也表现在通俗的童谣、时谚的整理收集上,明显带有雅俗共赏的性质,亦开后世用典之先河。     

城市社会的时间地理学研究

时间地理学是结合地理学与社会学的研究方法则一种从各种时空制约条件下人的行为研究入手，以全新的视角来解释人地关系的方法，作者在概括地介绍时间地理学的产生背景及方法特色的基础上，重点说明了城市社会研究中时间地理学方法的应用状况，并展望了未来的研究方向。     

论竞争法中两种限制竞争行为的区别与联系

限购排挤行为,是指公用企业或者其他依法具有独占地位的经营者,为了排挤其他经营者而限定他人购买其指定的经营者的商品的行为。滥用行政权力限制竞争行为,根据《反不正当竞争法》第7条的规定,是指政府及其所属部门滥用行政权力,限定他人购买其指定的经营者的商品,限制其他经营者正当的经营活动,或者限制经营者跨地区、跨部门的交易,干扰、阻碍正常的交易活动的行为。限购排挤行为与滥用行政权力限制竞争行为是两种不同的限制竞争行为。对二者进行合理、有效的规制,是竞争法的重要任务。作者阐明这两种行为的概念、特征、法律规制之必要性,并在此基础上对二者进行比较分析,有助于正确地认识和规制这两种行为。     

大学生弱势群体的心理问题探讨

随着高等教育的不断发展,大学生中的弱势群体问题也日渐突出出来,如何应对他们存在的心理问题,已引起高校思想政治工作者的普遍重视,认真分析问题产生的原因,积极探寻解决问题的有效途径和方法,努力提高学生的心理素质,减少弱势群体的存在,帮助他们走出心理困境,身心健康发展,成为社会所需的合格人才。

本文选择了国内学界较不重视的卡尔.马克思诗歌作为研究对象,着重分析马克思诗歌中的意象与主题,研究马克思诗歌与马克思人生的关系,试图把握原初的马克思主义精神。笔者认为:马克思的爱情生活不仅是马克思诗歌的重要主题,也是马克思人生的重要主题;青年马克思的意义不仅仅在于是马克思思想的萌芽期,更是马克思精神内核之所在。     

中国基金非理性问题研究：现状、动因及路径选择

2006年无疑是中国基金最引人注目的一年。在这一年中,基金收益不断上涨,基金销售异常火爆,基金市场空前繁荣。基金业的迅速发展有其内在原因,但也有非理性的一面,这种非理性的上涨背后隐藏着深刻的危机,充分认识并及时防范其风险尤为重要。本文试图对当前基金市场的非理性加以分析,并提出预防风险相关制度安排,引导基金业又好又快健康发展。     

Overcoming the Glass Barriers: Reflection and Action in the ‘Women to the Top’ Programme

Numerous equality programmes have been launched with the aim of promoting a more gender equal work life, yet little substantial action has been reported. This article presents a study of the Women to the Top programme in Sweden, supported by the European Union (EU) and aimed at promoting more women into top management positions. The research suggests that large‐scale projects assembling such heterogeneous actors as industry representatives, politicians and scholars tend to generate further reflection and discussion rather than promoting adequate and highly needed action. Drawing upon Brunsson's distinction between action rationality and decision rationality, the relatively modest effects of large‐scale equality programmes are examined, not in terms of a lack of commitment or competence on the part of the participants but as a matter of the disjunction between reflection and action. Reconciling reflection and action, that is, emphasizing not only reflection on gender inequality but also privileging various forms of practical action (such as new policies, the appointment of female managers, restructuring gendered wage inequalities or new recruitment procedures), is therefore a top priority for policymakers desiring more substantial changes in the gendered outline of industry.     

Ethical challenges in conducting research with hard to reach families

This paper reflects on some of the ethical challenges encountered by the authors whilst undertaking sensitive qualitative research with parents and children who are traditionally hard to reach. The research aimed to provide more holistic and in‐depth accounts of parenting on a low income in diverse social circumstances than already exist. The nature of the sample and the subject matter that was covered inevitably raised many familiar ethical dilemmas and some that are less often encountered in practice, particularly in relation to child protection. In this article we discuss our approach to ethics, some of the ethical challenges we encountered undertaking work with families and discuss the complexity of decision‐making around risk of harm to children. We conclude that a clear framework to avoid harm should be developed at the outset and a transparent approach to child protection issues should be used. Additional time and resources need to be incorporated at the planning stage of similar projects in order to develop appropriate methods, ensure effective decision‐making and support researchers.
