苏轼南贬儋州经行路线考论

苏轼一生南羁北宦、颠沛流离,其中南贬儋州乃宦迹的最后一站。他于绍圣四年（1097）四月十九日离开惠州,同年七月二日到达儋州;元符三年（1100）六月上旬遇赦北归,建中靖国元年（1101）一月四日到达大庾岭,结束了岭南贬谪生活,回到内地。其间所经行的路线、交游的人物及创作的诗文,班班可考,无不彰显了诗人坎坷的心路历程与丰富的情感内涵。我们通过察考苏轼南贬儋州经行路线,兼及其交游人物与所作诗文,对深化晚年苏轼研究,探讨宋代交通与文学关系研究均不无禆益。     

A Seemingly Unrelated Nonparametric Additive Model with Autoregressive Errors

This article considers a nonparametric additive seemingly unrelated regression model with autoregressive errors, and develops estimation and inference procedures for this model. Our proposed method first estimates the unknown functions by combining polynomial spline series approximations with least squares, and then uses the fitted residuals together with the smoothly clipped absolute deviation (SCAD) penalty to identify the error structure and estimate the unknown autoregressive coefficients. Based on the polynomial spline series estimator and the fitted error structure, a two-stage local polynomial improved estimator for the unknown functions of the mean is further developed. Our procedure applies a prewhitening transformation of the dependent variable, and also takes into account the contemporaneous correlations across equations. We show that the resulting estimator possesses an oracle property, and is asymptotically more efficient than estimators that neglect the autocorrelation and/or contemporaneous correlations of errors. We investigate the small sample properties of the proposed procedure in a simulation study.

基于混合CVaR的供应链绿色研发-广告决策与协调机制研究

针对消费者绿色偏好异质性而引发产品需求不确定性的情形,构建了基于混合CVaR准则的绿色供应链双层风险决策模型,研究了一个具有不同风险态度制造商与一个具有不同风险态度零售商所组成供应链的最优绿色研发投入及广告宣传水平等决策问题,分析了成员不同风险态度对供应链相关决策的影响。在此基础上,提出一个基于风险补偿的双向成本分担契约协调机制,并给出实现供应链协调的合理转移支付区间,最后通过数值分析验证该协调机制的有效性。结果表明,无论供应链成员表现为何种风险态度,该契约均能实现供应链协调,并且对由风险规避制造商与风险追逐零售商所组成的供应链协调效果最为显著。     

Preferring negative or positive news? A closer examination of journalistic negativity in a health crisis

Negativity of news coverage is widely documented. We examined whether the news media’s preference for reporting negative events was salient in news coverage of the outbreak of Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS) in South Korea, which was characterized by intensification or mitigation of viral spread. The daily number of news stories on the outbreak was compared with several viral spread indices to determine if the media responded to negative changes more than positive changes. At the aggregate level, the amount of MERS news coverage was associated with positive changes. When the number of newly confirmed patients decreased, the MERS news increased. However, a separate investigation of breakout and abatement stages showed that the media covered more negative changes during the breakout stage and shifted to more positive occurrences during abatement. These findings are discussed in light of the dynamics of journalistic attention to health crisis.     

The arrival of critical citizens: decline of political trust and shifting public priorities in China

Political trust has been in decline in China. In this article, we capture this decline as reflecting the modernization of Chinese political culture. While the government managed to deliver a sustained period of rapid economic growth, the public's trust in it is diminishing through two mechanisms. On the one hand, Chinese citizens are acquiring stronger liberal democratic values, which make citizens more critical toward government institutions. On the other hand, changing political culture is also shown in the citizens’ shifting of their priorities toward the expansion of freedom and empowerment of citizens. Decades of socioeconomic modernization, therefore, meant that the era of critical citizens has arrived in China.     

贵州黔南州传统民族特色村寨保护与开发利用研究

贵州省黔南州布依族苗族乡村聚居区在传统民族特色村寨保护与开发利用工作中取得了较大的成效,积累了大量的成功经验,但也存在一些问题及不足：民族特色村寨保护与开发意义的认知有待提升;政府对民族特色村寨保护与开发利用的刚性规划缺失;开发的民族特色村寨功能单一;黔南少数民族传统特色文化的总体情况呈现复兴、衰退和变异并存;民族特色文化精品的培育顶层支撑不足;民族特色村寨开发与传统民族文化融合度不够;对传统特色老旧民宅价值认识不足。针对以上问题,首先应着力提升黔南州民族特色村寨保护开发格局,争取纳入国家改革试验规划;其二,抓住大数据与智慧乡村建设的时机,率先推进民族地区乡村治理现代化示范;其三,创新投融资体制机制,构建“民族特色村寨资源资本化金融服务平台”;其四,探索乡村房屋租赁权跨区域流通的体制机制,不断提升农民的物权收益;其五,加大民族特色村寨品牌建设力度,增加特色村寨旅游产品附加值;其六,完善村寨文化资源资产化经营监管体系,构建村寨文化资源保护利用长效机制。

Leader negative feedback-seeking and leader effectiveness in leader-subordinate relationships: The paradoxical role of subordinate expertise

From a motivational perspective of feedback-seeking behavior, we examined the mediating role of leaders' negative feedback-seeking from subordinates in the relationship between the quality of leader-member exchange (LMX) and subordinates' evaluation of leader effectiveness, along with the moderating role of subordinate expertise in the mediated relationship. Using 151 unique matched sets of leader and subordinate reports obtained from 5 large Korean companies, we found that the positive relationship between LMX and leader effectiveness was mediated by leaders' negative feedback-seeking. Additionally, the positive relationship between LMX and leader negative feedback-seeking was stronger when perceived subordinate expertise was lower. Lastly, the indirect effect of LMX on leader effectiveness through leader negative feedback-seeking was stronger when perceived subordinate expertise was lower. These findings were obtained after controlling for leaders' power distance and goal orientations that might influence their motives to seek or avoid feedback. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed.     

Neighbor sum distinguishing list total coloring of subcubic graphs

Let \(G=(V, E)\) be a simple graph and denote the set of edges incident to a vertex v by E(v). The neighbor sum distinguishing (NSD) total choice number of G, denoted by \(\mathrm{ch}_{\Sigma }^{t}(G)\), is the smallest integer k such that, after assigning each \(z\in V\cup E\) a set L(z) of k real numbers, G has a total coloring \(\phi \) satisfying \(\phi (z)\in L(z)\) for each \(z\in V\cup E\) and \(\sum _{z\in E(u)\cup \{u\}}\phi (z)\ne \sum _{z\in E(v)\cup \{v\}}\phi (z)\) for each \(uv\in E\). In this paper, we propose some reducible configurations of NSD list total coloring for general graphs by applying the Combinatorial Nullstellensatz. As an application, we present that \(\mathrm{ch}^{t}_{\Sigma }(G)\le \Delta (G)+3\) for every subcubic graph G.
