浅论人体器官捐赠行为的法律效力

文章对人体器官捐赠行为的法律性质进行了概述,分析了人体器官捐赠行为生效的要件是完全民事行为能力人、意思表示自愿和真实、不得违反法律或社会公共利益。并试图进一步明确人体器官捐赠行为的法律效力：捐赠人的权利包括自主自愿权、生命健康权、知情同意权、隐私权、获取补偿的权利,捐赠人有如实告知自己健康状况的义务;受赠人的权利包括生命健康权、知情同意权、隐私权,受赠人有支付医疗费和对供体补偿的义务。     

我国出口信用保险与出口贸易动态关系研究--来自沿海经济圈省际面板数据的经验证据

利用沿海经济圈省际面板数据作为样本,使用面板向量自回归模型研究了出口信用保险与出口贸易的动态关系。研究发现：出口信用保险在短期内能促进出口贸易,长期内不具有持续效应;出口贸易提高出口信用保险需求水平的能力有限。两者呈现出非对等关系,出现这一现象的主要原因是保险费率垄断。     

A Preliminary Examination of Covitality as Integrated Well-Being in College Students

The emergence of positive psychology has generated increased interest about the correlates of positive psychological functioning. Researchers have identified and studied various positive psychological constructs (e.g., hope, optimism, self-efficacy, gratitude, and life satisfaction) and found them to covary and to be positively associated with optimal human functioning and negatively associated with mental illness. This study of 528 college students examined the co-occurrence of selected positive psychological traits and explored their relations with a proposed second-order latent construct called covitality and with psychological well-being. Structural equation modeling examined each first-order positive psychology construct related to the second-order concept of covitality. Findings supported the second-order latent factor model of covitality, which was also significantly related to indicators of psychological well-being. Implications for theory development related to understanding positive human resources and applications within the context of college student populations are discussed.

Population size estimator is derived for a proportional trapping-removal model with a known ratio between two sub-population sizes, and the corresponding asymptotic properties is obtained. The performance of the proposed estimator is checked via simulation studies and an example.     

Ageing Society Issues in Korea*

Korean society is facing unprecedentedly higher population ageing, particularly in the first half of the 21st century. The implications of population ageing have a much wider effect than the welfare of the elderly. From a broader and long‐term perspective, understanding population ageing may require a new paradigm. Korea has attempted to model its policies for ageing society on those of advanced welfare states, but as these no longer seem viable, Korean policy‐makers are searching for more effective and efficient measures to deal with its rapid ageing population. Reflecting a broader and long‐term perspective, the Korean government recently produced a comprehensive national policy plan to deal with the consequences of rapid population ageing. This article outlines the phenomenon of population ageing in Korea and the recent development of national policies for population ageing, describing the Korean comprehensive national policy plan for responding to it and examining major issues and problems related to developing and implementing the plan. This article finally suggests a new, age‐integrated social system approach to an ageing society.

Practical problems in sampling for social and demographic inquiries in undeveloped countries

This article discusses practical problems in connexion with the taking of sample surveys for demographic inquiries in undeveloped countries.

The discussion is divided into three main topics, dealing with the problems of definitions, sampling and operation of a sample survey. The, conclusion reached is that, where previous information is available for the selection of a sample, the difficulties encountered in the problems of definition and operation are generally-intensified forms of those to be overcome in surveys in developed countries. Otherwise, the sampling aspect itself will constitute a difficult problem, for the solution of which experimental surveys in the form of sequential chain experiments carried out by the Indian Statistical Institute for crop surveys may have to be used.
