三江源自然保护区生态伦理诉求和法律回应

生态伦理观是西方生态哲学思想在环境伦理学中的发散,它经历了从"人类中心主义"向"非人类中心主义"的转向。本文意在通过生态伦理思想的渊源和本质理论,分析当下三江源自然保护区的生态伦理诉求,在此基础上描述和诠释三江源立法的理念和价值追求,并尝试提出三江源自然保护区生态伦理立法的法律回应策略。     

行帮与清代景德镇城市社会

清代景德镇城市社会经济发展史,不仅是经济的历史,同时也是一部行帮组织整合与城市社会秩序形成过程的历史。在清代景德镇社会中,行帮组织势力最大、影响最深,绝大部分公共事务都被行帮组织控制,而且官府对地方社会的控制亦多借助行帮力量。行帮组织构成了景德镇的城市经济组织和社会控制的特征,制约了城市变迁的方向和轨道。行帮全面控制景德镇瓷业经济发展的时候,既是景德镇瓷业经济的繁盛时期,也是景德镇传统瓷业经济注定要走向衰落之时。

策略、规则及权力结构一所中学高三教师名单的公布

本文以改革后的苏北的一所县级重点中学为个案,以围绕高三教师名单公布的升级事件为切入点,从组织的微观视角出发,描述在升级事件中的教师在各种情境下如何利用手头的已有资源来展开行动的策略,并在游戏各方的行动中构建出一个特有的组织权力结构。     

Differentiated leader–member exchange,justice climate,and performance: Main and interactive effects

Leaders form different quality leader–member exchange (LMX) relationships with their subordinates. This variable treatment termed LMX differentiation can have negative effects on individuals' behavior and attitudes. In this study, we examined the cross-level main effect of justice climate on task performance and the moderating role of justice climate on the relationship between LMX differentiation and task performance. We tested these two hypotheses using a field study of 90 subordinates nested under 27 supervisors. Procedural justice climate, not distributive justice climate, was found to positively influence subordinate task performance. Further, distributive justice climate, not procedural justice climate, was found to moderate the LMX differentiation–task performance relationship; such that the relationship was positive when distributive justice climate was high and negative when distributive justice climate was low. Findings and future directions are discussed.     

Is Tattooing a Risk Factor for Adolescents’ Criminal Behavior? Empirical Evidence from an Administrative Data Set of Juvenile Detainees in Taiwan

Juvenile crime affects not only the victims of the crime but also the delinquents’ future. How to prevent adolescent criminal behavior has become an important public policy issue. This study contributes to this interesting issue by examining the relationship between tattooing and adolescents’ criminal behavior. In particular, this study investigates whether or not having a tattoo/tattoos is connected to the incidence of various criminal activities, including: larceny, robbery, fraud, assault, drug use, and homicide. A unique sample of 973 juvenile detainees drawn from the administrative profiles in Taiwan and the coarsened exact matching method were utilized. Results show that compared to their nontattooed counterparts, tattooed juvenile detainees were significantly more likely to commit fraud, assault, drug abuse, and homicide by 3%, 13%, 9%, and 9%, respectively. In contrast, tattooing was not significantly associated with larceny or robbery. From a policy perspective, given the significant link between tattooing and criminal behavior, the presence of a tattoo in adolescents may serve as a valuable indicator regarding adolescents’ high probability of committing crimes.     

Determinants of consistent,timely, and active responses in corporate crises

This paper investigates the individual and combined factors affecting the extent to which corporations respond to crisis events consistently, in a timely manner, and actively. The determinants examined include public relations autonomy, legal dominance, strategic orientation, and organizational factors. A survey was conducted of communications mangers, public affairs personnel, and public relations personnel, drawn from the top 500 companies operating in Taiwan. Results indicate that the relative effect of individual sources of influence on crisis response is greatest for situations in which public relations departments have the most autonomy, followed by those where crisis management is handled with a strategic orientation, those where the legal departments dominate, and those where organizational factors provide the main avenue of address. The results emphasize the intriguing role of public relations autonomy by demonstrating its significant impact on providing a consistent, timely, and active crisis response. The strategic orientation of situation analysis also predicts a consistent response, whereas legal dominance predicts strategic ambiguity or inconsistent communication.     

解构的价值与解构主义美学思想

作为解构主义美学的核心观念．解构指向的是一种本体性的、生生不息的、蕴含着极大颠覆性与创造性的内驱力。解构产生于结构成为结构的那一刻，是对他者性召唤的肯定性应答，是对结构等级制秩序的颠覆。解构在解放他者的同时也解放了他者的对立面，它不知疲倦地从一种结构奔向另一种全新的结构，以致无穷。解构性事件就是这从一个结构转向另一个结构的关节点。解构特有的自由、民主精神使得解构主义美学成为一种批判的理论、一种肯定的理论，同时它还是一种辩证法。     

草麻黄根茎叶的形态解剖学研究

通过对草麻黄根、茎、叶的形态解剖学研究，表明该植物具有良好的适应干旱、沙质土壤环境的结构特点，为良好的药用固沙植物。     

退化草场恢复演替与合理利用的土壤微生物生态效应

通过对锡林郭勒盟退化草场放牧实验区内不同放牧强度下，1993～1996年土壤微生物数量变化及综合治理试验区的土壤微生物数量变化的初步研究得出：在退化草场中采取围栏封育或适度放牧，可以提高土壤肥力和微生物数量，对退化草场的恢复演替有良好的促进作用。
