关于新入职员工心理契约的结构探索与验证

从心理契约的概念出发,采用半结构化访谈、问卷探索型因素分析与验证型因素分析等方法来探讨新入职员工心中的心理契约概念.在研究1中,对645名新入职员工进行问卷调查.结果显示,心理契约包含了员工义务和组织义务2个层次,其中每个层次又包括了交易义务和关系义务2个维度,结果分析显示了良好的信度与效度.在研究2中,用197名新员工数据验证了研究1中得到的概念结构,多重模型比较的实证性因素分析结果表明,心理契约的二维模型能够最好地拟合数据结果.     

Linear filter model representations for integrated process control with repeated adjustments and monitoring

An integrated process control (IPC) procedure is a scheme which combines the engineering process control (EPC) and the statistical process control (SPC) procedures for the process where the noise and a special cause are present. The most efficient way of reducing the effect of the noise is to adjust the process by its forecast, which is done by the EPC procedure. The special cause, which produces significant deviations of the process level from the target, can be detected by the monitoring scheme, which is done by the SPC procedure. The effects of special causes can be eliminated by a rectifying action. The performance of the IPC procedure is evaluated in terms of the average run length (ARL) or the expected cost per unit time (ECU). In designing the IPC procedure for practical use, it is essential to derive its properties constituting the ARL or ECU based on the proposed process model. The process is usually assumed as it starts only with noise, and special causes occur at random times afterwards. The special cause is assumed to change the mean as well as all the parameters of the in-control model. The linear filter models for the process level as well as the controller and the observed deviations for the IPC procedure are developed here.

灰色模型在社会燃气事故预测中的应用

简要介绍灰色预测理论，以及GM（1，1）模型的建模过程。并应用灰色预测模型对南方某大型城市燃气公司管道燃气供应范围内的社会燃气事故死亡人数进行预测并实施检验。检验结果表明应用灰色预测模型预测社会燃气事故死亡人数的发展规律是可行有效的。     

Inside the blogosphere: A taxonomy and framing analysis of abortion weblogs

This study analyses weblog abortion-related content sampled via a search and snowball method. When weblogs located inside of established media Web sites and other weblogs are compared, they are equivalent in the use of advocacy versus objectivist frames. Media weblog posts contain a political frame more frequently than non-media weblog posts do. In terms of diversity of frame, media weblogs employ more frames in their stories. Various explanations for these findings are offered in the context of current abortion-related content patterns.     

Substitution and Stratification: The Interplay between Dyadic and Systemic Proximity in Global Trade, 1993–2005

This article examines the interplay of homophily (similarity breeds connection) at two levels in international trade—dyadic similarity (geographic, political, and cultural proximity) and systemic similarity (structural equivalence and world‐system status). First, there is a substitution effect between dyadic homophily and systemic homophily from structural equivalence. Both types of homophily generate favorable social structure that facilitates international trade. The existence of structural equivalence lessens the dependence of bilateral trade on dyadic homophily. Second, there is a stratification effect of world‐system status on dyadic homophily. Geographic homophily matters the most for bilateral trade between two noncore countries, while political and cultural homophily is the most influential for trade between a core country and a noncore country. These two findings have important implications. The substitution effect of structural equivalence prevents international trade from complete fragmentation along geographic, political, and cultural lines, while the stratification effect of world‐system status reveals unequal capacity across countries to overcome the structural constraints imposed by dyadic homophily.     

Minority comparison model: Effects of Whites’ multiracial evaluation on symbolic racism and racialized policy preferences

Most Racial Studies primarily focus on African Americans without paying attention to nonblack minorities, and it fails to capture recent increase in racial diversity. Based on previous theories and empirical findings, we propose a new model, minority comparison model, which accounts for theoretical shortcomings in Racial Studies. This model (1) captures psychological processes that compare blacks and nonblacks, and (2) explores the effects of whites’ multiracial evaluation on racialized policy preferences. Drawing on a 2008 national representative sample, this study finds that whites who have positive stereotype of nonblacks (e.g., Hispanics and/or Asians) but negative stereotype of blacks show substantially higher symbolic racism and stronger opposition to Affirmative Action, whereas whites who have positive stereotype of blacks but negative stereotypes of nonblacks have stronger opposition to expansive immigration policy. Our study offers new ways of understanding and accounting for symbolic racism in modern context, and shows how whites’ preferences in racialized policies are influenced by multiracial evaluation.     

论死亡赔偿金的制度价值

2009年12月26日通过的《侵权责任法》明确规定在同一事故中可不考虑个人差异,以同一数额确定死亡赔偿金。该条同命同价条款引起社会各界的广泛关注。死亡赔偿并不是对死者生命价值的赔偿,而是对死者近亲属受损利益的救济。死亡赔偿从扶养丧失说改采继承丧失说,赔偿标准采定型化赔偿和客观计算,体现了立法没有为了逻辑自治而漠视社会现实,但对城乡居民采用了两分法的计算标准,显然违背了死亡赔偿金设立的初衷。今后死亡赔偿金制度的完善必然取决于对有关利弊的实证分析而非抽象的逻辑推理。
