以公民为本:中国民主政治建设的核心

要落实科学发展观,构建社会主义和谐社会,推进中国民主政治建设,在民主权利保障上,必然要求实现从"以人为本"向"以公民为本"的价值转换。"以公民为本"是当代建设有中国特色社会主义政治文明的现实诉求,也是人本社会主义的价值旨归。在当下中国的现实情境中,提升作为平等主体的公民的个体政治主体性并凝聚社会共同主体性,乃是当代中国"以人为本"政治观的核心。放眼未来,推进"以公民为本"的社会主义民主政治建设是走向共产主义的必经之途。中国"以公民为本"的公民政治发展一直内涵于人民民主的人民政治之中。中国民主政治发展的最终目标是要将人民当家作主真正地落到实处,保障和实现每一位社会主义公民的权利、促进每一个社会主义公民的全面发展。     

The Relationship Between Childhood Sexual Abuse and Sexual Dysfunction in Jamaican Adults

This study examined the associations between early traumatic sexualization and later sexual dysfunction in a sample of 100 Jamaican adults while identifying the linkages between age, frequency of abuse, and gender on sexual functioning. Participants were selected via purposive and convenience sampling and divided equally into comparison and experimental groups based on sociodemographic characteristics. Results indicated that childhood sexual abuse is a likely factor in the development of sexual dysfunction in Jamaican adults, especially in the domains of Orgasm and Sexual Drive and Relationship. Gender, frequency, and age of abuse are also seen to impact specific areas of an individual's sexual functioning. Results are discussed in light of previous research for their implications in order to better understand sexuality in the Jamaican context.

基于数据流多维分析的可疑金融交易动态识别

动态识别是改进我国目前可疑金融交易识别监测覆盖面不足和识别实时性较差的有效方法。针对动态识别的具体实现问题,基于数据流多维分析设计一种可疑突变特征动态识别算法。该算法根据金融交易数据流的特点,在筛选交易记录关键属性、构建数据流立方体结构以及确定通用路径的基础上,运用突变比量动态缩减时间框架,在不同维度及概念层上计算和维护立方体中数据单元的度量参数与突变比量参数,并以此为依据发现并识别出隐匿于数据流中的可疑突变特征。仿真结果表明:算法能够在有限的存储空间内完成对大规模金融交易数据流的实时处理,计算结果能够有效反映交易记录中频度、金额、类型等方面的可疑突变情况,从而达到动态识别可疑金融交易的目的。     

量本利分析法在医院成本分析中的应用

医院成本核算结果只有通过成本分析才能产生管理效益.笔者通过量本利分析方法对某院2012年新医院财会制度实施以来的全成本核算结果进行了深入的分析,指出医院加强成本控制的重要性,认为要实现盈亏平衡,需要政府、社会、医院等多方共同努力.     

“I too might once have been a prisoner”: oppressor’s paranoia in J.M. Coetzee,Nadine Gordimer and Breyten Breytenbach

The oppressors and men complicit with oppression in J.M. Coetzee’s Dusklands, Nadine Gordimer’s The Conservationist and Breyten Breytenbach’s The True Confessions of an Albino Terrorist have markedly different personalities, occupy diverse social settings and become alive to the reader through different literary techniques, but they strikingly resemble each other, because they are paranoid, delusional and plagued by repressed feelings of guilt. The article identifies this approach to the oppressor’s mind as one that is typical of white writers writing against apartheid, and analyses the representations and functions of paranoia in Coetzee’s, Gordimer’s and Breytenbach’s texts as well as possible reasons for the strikingly similar portrayal of the oppressor’s mind.     

The Collective Transformation of Labor Relations and Improvement of the Government’s Labor Policy

China is currently undergoing a transition from individual to collective labor relations. The enactment of the Labor Contract Law marks the initial completion of adjustments to individual labor relations in terms of legal construction, as well as the starting point for the adjustment of collective labor relations. The construction and regulation of individual labor relations is not sufficient to resolve the conflict between labor and capital or to maintain industrial peace. In the shift toward collective labor relations there are two complementary forces and paths: the government-led top-down construction process, and the workers’ spontaneous bottom-up mobilization. The shift from disputes over rights to disputes over interests is an important characteristic of the transition toward collective labor relations. Chinese labor policy urgently needs to be reconstructed and refined. Its content should include the guiding role of labor relations theory and choice of adjustment models, sound collective labor law, recognition of the collective rights of workers, handling of the relationship of labor’s two forces, etc.     

危机介入与个案管理在失独群体中的应用探究

失独者是目前社会关注的热点之一,也是新兴不久的隐性弱势群体,如何去解决这一群体面临的问题成为当下热议的话题。文章试图将危机介入与个案管理的相关方法与技巧结合起来,运用于以失独者为对象的个案工作中,试图利用社会工作的专业知识去帮助失独个体摆脱困境。本文首先简单介绍研究背景与意义,然后在界定失独者对象特征的基础上进一步分析这一群体普遍存在的心理、经济和社会资源问题,接着阐述危机介入和个案管理的相关理论,结合失独者特点去探讨具体介入步骤和技巧,最后反思二者运用于失独者个案工作中的注意事项并在文末小结。
