作为经验科学的社会科学——兼论社会科学的"脱哲学化"问题

社会科学既非"形式科学"亦非"思辨科学".本文从分析社会科学的学科性质入手,通过考察近代以来社会科学从哲学中分离独立出来的"脱哲学化"进程,强调并阐述了"作为经验科学的社会科学"及其方法论特点.社会科学在引入包括数学模型在内的各种形式化、定量化研究方法时,需要对"过度形式化"有所防范.社会科学研究应继续排除思辨哲学、形而上学以及观念论、独断论的影响,进一步实现"脱哲学化"或科学化.     

北京体育产业发展现状与对策研究——基于体育竞赛表演业和体育健身休闲业的视角

中国一方面成功地举办了北京奥运、广州亚运等大型运动会,另一方面也在努力探索如何通过大型赛事促进城市经济可持续发展。其中,发展体育产业是当务之急。北京要建设世界城市,就要打造国际精品赛事,建设国际体育赛事中心。同时发展体育休闲产业,这样既能推进全民健身,也能促进了大众体育消费市场的发展。     

知识产权保护与技术创新关系研究——中国汽车产业的实证检验

技术创新是汽车产业持续发展的动力和源泉,同时也是汽车产业在竞争中占据优势的主要手段。知识产权保护是国家促进企业技术创新的重要政策工具,但对于二者之间的关系至今并没有得出一致的结论。对我国汽车产业知识产权保护与技术创新之间的关系进行研究,可以为我国政府制定促进汽车企业技术创新政策提供依据。文章分析了知识产权保护对技术创新影响的作用机制;利用中国汽车产业1992年—2008年的时间序列数据,采用协整检验方法,对知识产权保护和技术创新之间的关系进行了实证分析。结论表明,中国汽车产业知识产权保护对技术创新具有促进作用,同时发现汽车产业FDI对技术创新具有显著的促进作用,而研究人员投入尚未能发挥激励技术创新的作用。据此,文章建议：我国应该加大汽车产业知识产权保护力度;进一步引进FDI,同时大力发展自主技术创新;增加人力资本投入。     

成才意识培养与大学生思想政治教育

从大学生自身来说,成长成才是关注自我发展、实现自我价值的需要;从学校而言,培养学生成才意识,增强学生成才意愿,是高校加强大学生思想政治教育工作的核心。     

Managing structural and dynamic complexity in supply chains: insights from four case studies

Complexity is regarded a major impediment to Supply Chain (SC) performance. However, very few studies aid SC managers adopt adequate practices in response to structural and dynamic complexity. This study offers a comprehensive review of the practices that four manufacturing companies employ in their SC function to manage the structural and dynamic complexity of their product portfolio, internal SC, and supplier and customer bases. Moreover, leveraging the results of the inductive in-depth case studies, a classification of complexity management practices consisting of four clusters is advanced: variety reducing, confinement and decoupling, coordination and collaboration and decision support and knowledge generation. Each cluster’s distinctive logic and limitations are discussed and propositions on their managerial scope are introduced, therefore providing managers with relevant insights to design effective complexity management approaches in their organisations.     

Gender differences in caregiving: a case in Chinese Canadian caregivers

This study examines the gender differences in Chinese- Canadian family caregivers providing care to elderly Chinese care receivers. A random sample of 339 Chinese-Canadian caregivers for elderly care receivers completed a telephone survey. Most of the Chinese family caregivers were females. No major gender differences were reported in the amount and types of caregiving tasks. The level of caregiving burden and predictors were generally similar for both gender groups. Contrary to common belief that sons and daughters-in-law are the key family caregivers in the Chinese culture, the daughters played a more important role in family caregiving. In addition to providing support and services to Chinese female caregivers, strategies to enhance Chinese males' involvement in family caregiving are needed and discussed in the paper.     

广州历史建筑保护的制度性障碍

以制度为切入点,以历史建筑保护的工作框架为线索,从申报程序、管理分工、行为约束、激励机制、资金保障和活化利用等方面反思广州历史建筑保护中存在的问题,指出被动式保护的问题根源,并借鉴国内外先进经验,提出融入城市发展目标的保护制度完善建议。     

Decomposition of aggregate defective rate in batch production

In batch/short run production, changes in productmix (or inter-product demand) can have a significant impact on the overall process defective rate, but this effect neglected in process quality analysis. This paper describes the use of a decomposition technique to single out this effect and the effect associated with changes in real process performance. The technique allows both effects to be expressed in indices which conveniently summarize information in a more concise and is often usable form. The results of an application study using a set of batch/short-run production data are presented.     

民办高校大学生思想状况调查与分析

对大一年级新生的思想状况进行问卷调查及个别访谈,发现本校大学生的思想状况主流呈现出积极健康的态势,也存在许多不足与危机,表明民办高校的思想政治工作存在着较大的改善空间。
