康德论人类行为之“合法性”与“道德性”价值

康德关于行为之道德价值的理论为精确区分行为的道德价值层次与定位人类道德形象提供了恰当的理论框架;合法性概念为人类出自感性动机的行为开辟了巨大的自由空间,无论是对于道德法则的尊严还是人类的自由而言,均是非常有利的契机;康德严格定义了出于对道德律的敬重而行动的纯粹道德性,以作为反思标准与道德理想,对于扩展与提升人类道德生活的价值空间具有重要意义。     

Information dependency: Strong consistency of Darbellay–Vajda partition estimators

The Darbellay–Vajda partition scheme is a well known method to estimate the information dependency. This estimator belongs to a class of data-dependent partition estimators. We would like to prove that with some simple conditions, the Darbellay–Vajda partition estimator is a strong consistency for the information dependency estimation of a bivariate random vector. This result is an extension of 20 and 21 work which gives some simple conditions to confirm that the Gessaman's partition estimator and the tree-quantization partition estimator, other estimators in the class of data-dependent partition estimators, are strongly consistent.     

Subjective Bayesian Analysis of the Elliptical Model

For the multivariate elliptical model subjective Bayesian estimators of the location vector and some functions of the characteristic matrix with the normal-inverse Wishart and the normal-Wishart as prior, respectively, are derived. Fang and Li (1999 Fang, K.T., Li, R.Z. (1999). Bayesian statistical inference on elliptical matrix distributions. J. Multivariate Anal. 70: 66–85.[Crossref], [Web of Science ®] , [Google Scholar]) considered the elliptical model for Bayesian analysis for an objective prior structure. In addition, the newly developed results are applied to the multivariate normal- and t-distribution. A performance study is done to evaluate the normal-gamma and normal-inverse gamma distributions as suitable priors. A practical application for the posterior distributions of the multivariate t-distribution is included by means of Gibbs sampling and a Metropolis-Hastings algorithm.     

城中村居民政治参与问题探析

随着城市化的加速,城市扩张所形成的"城中村"现象也愈来愈受到广泛的关注.由于受地理位置特殊性等因素的制约,相对于城市居民而言,城中村居民的民主政治权利还得不到有效的保障,尤其是城中村居民的政治参与受到很大程度的限制.通过对政治参与途径、方式以及主体所面临的问题进行分析探讨,在此基础上总结出城中村内部体制过分集权以及国家的城乡二元制等一些深层的原因,并提出了意见和建议.     

论认知语境动态建构中的隐喻和转喻思维模式

从认知角度研究语境已经成为当今语境研究主流.对于认知语境的定义、构成、范畴及其应用,学者们已经进行了大量的研究并取得了丰硕的成果,但对于认知语境的动态构建过程和机制还亟待研究.文章考察了认知语境的动态建构性并探讨了认知语境的静态和动态的辩证关系,认为认知语境的建构即大脑相关图式和知识激活过程中对于共有的知识部分是一种转喻思维模式,对于新的图式和知识则体现了一种隐喻思维模式.

Ethics in Operations Research and Management Sciences: A never-ending effort to combine rigor and passion

From practice to theory, we introduce a state-of-the-art stream of papers that promotes an inclusive and complementary consideration of both analytical methods and ethical values in Operations Research and Management Sciences (OR/MS). We suggest a perspective according to which the consideration of ethics in OR/MS constitutes an enrichment of our discipline as well as a contribution to a more sustainable future in general.     

HHGA-RBFNN在DGS设计中的应用

将递阶遗传算法和最小二乘法相结合, 构成一种混合递阶遗传算法,用于优化径向基函数神经网络的结构和参数,通过MATLAB仿真实现该算法,并将该神经网络运用于微带缺陷接地结构的神经网络建模之中,实现对微带缺陷接地结构传输系数的仿真.实验结果表明,应用混合递阶遗传算法优化的径向基函数神经网络,具有很高的拟合精度和很好的泛化能力,可以与时域有限差分分析方法结合,辅助微带缺陷接地结构的设计.     

卖空制度、流动性与信息不对称问题研究———香港市场的个案

应用香港市场的案例, 研究了引入卖空制度后个股的交易活跃程度、流动性、波动性与信息不对称的变化, 提出了噪声交易者假说, 即引入卖空制度后重要的变化是噪声交易者会出于对更高亏损可能的担心而退出交易或变得谨慎.实证结果发现:引入卖空制度会带来交易活跃程度下降、流动性下降以及信息不对称水平升高.同时, 通过对知情交易概率(PIN)的分析发现, 在引入卖空制度后, PIN值确实呈现出显著升高的趋势, 而使其升高的因素就是噪声交易者参与程度降低.噪声交易者假说较好地解释了上述现象.     

从当代科学批评看科技创新的纵深发展

科技文化和人文文化的深刻分裂,公共领域中的科学技术遭遇到的巨大困扰,妨碍着科学技术的变革和社会功能的发挥,亦成为现代性危机的一个重要侧面。本文在现代科学批评的语境下,从两种文化的分裂谈起,指出知识生产和技术决策的民主化,是科技创新纵深发展的重要方向。而在可持续发展的理念指导下的实践,是这种深层创新的具体化的重要形式,是科技自身以及全社会可持续发展的重要保障。
