区域投资环境竞争力评价——基于七省（市）的实证分析

经济全球化的推动,区际经济交流日渐频繁.以资本流动为主要形式之一的生产要素区际流动必然促进投资活动的深入.招商引资者能否有效吸引投资,关键在于引资区域能否塑造良好的投资环境,与其他区域相比是否具有较强的投资环境竞争力.在构建区域投资环境竞争力概念框架和指标体系基础上,运用层次分析模型和yaahp 0.4.1 AHP分析软件对7个街(市)投资环境竞争力进行评价,据此提出优化区域投资环境、提高区域投资环境竞争力的对策建议.     

民族院校中文专业古代汉语教学现状及教材选用的思考——以内蒙古民族大学为例

结合自身教学实践,以内蒙古民族大学为例对中文专业古代汉语教学现状进行了分析,新时期在民族院校古代汉语教学应注重从人文素质教育的角度出发,解决目前古代汉语教学困境的方法之一是要注重教材选用,教材建设是提高教学质量的重要环节.文章选取了不同版本的古代汉语教材进行了比较分析,认为编写一部权威、实用、鲜活适合当前教改的新型古汉语教材迫在眉睫,古代汉语教材对新语料的吸收不容忽视,古代汉语教材编写不应当忽略与中学语文教材的衔接.     

无溶剂固相一步合成四苯基卟啉

以吡咯和苯甲醛为原料,酸性Al2O3作为催化剂和载体,无溶剂固相一步合成了四苯基卟啉（TPP）,研究了研磨、光照、微波、传统加热4种方式对反应的影响。结果表明：收率都较低,但这种合成方法省时省力而且不再使用有机溶剂,满足了绿色化学的要求。

A Reparameterisation Of A Bivariate Gamma Extension

Becker and Roux (1981) invebiiyated a bivariate gamma extension based on a piausible physica! model. This paper introduces a useful reparameterisation of this bivariate gamma extension. Based on he suggested reparameterisation, a procedure that may be utilised to test for bivariate independence is discussed for a special case of the gamma extension     

Multilevel Determinants of Colleges/Universities Enrolment in Vietnam: Evidences from the 15% Sample Data of Population Census 2009

In an increasingly knowledge-based globalized world, higher education, advanced training and skill development are critical priorities for Vietnam. This paper aims to estimate the participation in higher education and its regional distribution in Vietnam, and to identify its determinants at the individual and contextual levels. Data used were from Vietnam Population and Housing Census 2009 linked with Vietnam living standard survey 2009. The participation rate overall in the colleges/universities among 19–22 year olds in Vietnam was 16.3%, but this rate varied significantly across the provinces. Household socioeconomic status, gender, ethnic group, migrant status, and urban/rural residence were significant individual level predictors of participation while indicator of fertility stabilization, income distribution, and average education level were significant predictors at the contextual (provincial) level. The results show that individual, social and regional inequalities are important impediments to higher education participation among the Vietnam youth. The government needs to pay more attention to promoting higher education and training in order to position Vietnam in the global economy.

对先秦诸子的称呼,一般是姓氏后面加“子”,如孔子、庄子等。而《史记》说老子姓李名耳,于是关于李耳为什么有违惯例地被称为“老子”,便成为历代学者聚讼纷纭的一个难题。我们认为,老子既姓李,同时也姓老,因为先秦的贵族可以同时具有几个姓氏。

作为数学建模领域内的国际性权威赛事,美国大学生数学建模竞赛受到了全世界各大高校的高度关注和重视,这项活动对于推动高校教育改革,尤其是对数学教育的改革有着重要意义。围绕开展美国大学生数学建模竞赛这一主题,简要阐述了该活动对于推动高校数学教育的地位和作用,同时对我国高校数学教学如何积极有效地培养学生创新精神和合作意识,把数学建模的思想融入到数学教学当中进行了思考。
