经济系统的演化与政策作用

该文根据耗散结构的基本原理 ,将经济系统划分为平衡态、过渡态和自组织状态。并将政策因素看成是一种外部调控手段 ,分析了在经济系统的不同状态下 ,政策因素对改变系统的结构及变化趋势所起的不同作用     

Constrained allocation problems with single-peaked preferences: An axiomatic analysis

We introduce a new class of problems that contains two existing classes: allocation problems with single-peaked preferences and bankruptcy problems. On this class, we analyze the implications of well-known properties such as Pareto optimality, strategy-proofness, resource-monotonicity, no-envy, equal treatment of equals, and two new properties we introduce, hierarchical no-envy and independence of nonbinding constraints. Unlike earlier literature, we consider rules that allow free-disposability. We present characterizations of a rule we introduce on this domain. We relate this rule to well-known rules on the aforementioned subdomains. Based on this relation, we present a characterization of a well-known bankruptcy rule called the constrained equal awards rule. 本文结合鲁迅评价屈原的文章和相关言论，指出鲁迅运用阶级的、历史的观点评说屈原，达到了同时代文学史家所难达到的高度。鲁迅评价屈原，不仅看其“全人”，而且看其“全文”，避免了评价的狭隘性、单一性和片面性。     

从“宣传工作”到“宣传文化”——传播学视野中的宣传刍议

本文从宣传效果、宣传功能的角度分析我国宣传工作经历的四个阶段，指出党的十七大报告中提出的“建设社会主义核心价值体系，建设和谐文化”，“激发全民族文化创造活力，提高国家文化软实力”正将我国宣传工作引入新阶段，也是对我国宣传文化系统在国家软实力构建过程中应承担文化传播功能的全新工作要求。     

Some results on optimality in models with heteroscedastic errors from partial optimum designs

This paper studies optimum designs for linear models when the errors are heteroscedastic. Sufficient conditions are given in order to obtainD-, A- andE-optimum designs for a complete regression model from partial optimum designs for some sub-parameters. A result about optimality for a complete model from the optimality for the submodels is included. Supported by Junta de Andalucía, research group FQM244.     

《红楼梦》语篇体裁标记语的英译

近年来《红楼梦》英译研究发展迅速,许多学者都从不同领域对其进行研究。但将功能语篇分析理论应用到《红楼梦》及其英译文的对比研究,国内外尚不多见。本文将以韩礼德系统功能语言学作为理论基础,从语篇分析的角度,以《红楼梦》原著及其杨宪益夫妇的英译本为语料,重点讨论《红楼梦》作为章回小说,其语篇体裁标记语在英译文中如何处理的。     

论现阶段农村基层政治生活中的派系

派系是通过特定关系联结起来的 ,具有共同利益和现实功能的非正式组织。它具有独立性、利益性、自愿性、易变性等主要特点 ,是一种有别于宗族等传统农村组织的特殊功能组织。派系在当代中国农村社会生活中发挥了如下主要功能 :1 .利益的表达和保护 ;2 .公共参与的动员和组织 ;3.公共权力的监督和制约。派系组织在当今中国农村凸现是农村调控模式转换的产物 ,农村社会成员分化的表现 ,农村组织重构的结果。
