广东流通业转变发展方式:现状、难点与对策

广东经济正处于大转型的关键时期,转变发展方式是整个经济转型的战略选择。流通业作为国民经济的基础产业和先导性产业,将成为广东经济转变发展方式的突破口和重要支撑。那么,广东流通业在转变发展方式方面取得了哪些成效?有哪些难点?应该采取哪些对策措施?本文在对六大成效和一系列重点难点分析的基础上,从发展战略、渠道体系、产业政策等角度提出了相关对策建议。     

中国房地产市场与金融市场发展关系的研究

随着我国房地产业的发展,房地产市场与金融市场的关系越来越密切,但国内尚无有关房地产市场与金融市场关系的实证研究.本文在实证分析中国1997到2003年间房地产市场与金融市场的月度数据基础上,建立两者之间的误差修正模型(ECM模型).我们对ECM模型线性Cranger因果检验,并对模型的残差项进行非线性Granger因果检验,发现房地产市场的发展与金融市场的发展长期之间存在着双向线性因果关系,但没有发现两者间的非线性的Granger因果关系.     

Unsettling Standards: The Biological Age Controversy

One key debate within the sociology of aging and the life course over the past decade has been focused on understanding the extent to which there has been a shift from a reliance on chronological age to segment the life course and ascertain age‐specific norms, values, and expectations toward a destandardized life course in advanced economies. In this, little attention has been devoted to the infrastructural processes that would support such a transition: the technologies, standards, and conventions that would, in practice, equip a personalized, individualized management of the life course. This article focuses on one of such standards, “biological age” (BA), and the 40‐year controversy around the method and purpose of its measurement. Drawing on published research and archival and interview data collected in Europe and North America, the article suggests that the persistent uncertainty surrounding BA measurements is structured by differing interlocking relationships between normative ideals of the life course and methodological approaches to knowledge making to understand and manage the relationship among aging, health, and illness. Understanding this controversy and the configuration of normative and epistemic conventions that underpin its dynamic provides a unique lens on the complex interweaving relationship between expertise, scientific and technological standards, and social, normatively embedded age identities in contemporary societies.

制定行政强制执行法的几点思考

本章通过对行政强制执行的含义、执行的性质、现有的执行模式及其运行的优点和缺陷的分析,提出现阶段不宜扩大行政机关自行执行权的范围,制定统一的<行政强制执行法>,应当在对现有的模式加以完善的基础上,采取以申请人民法院执行为主的立法模式.     

Enhancing standard performance practices with DEA

Data envelopment analysis (DEA) can be interpreted as a natural generalization of elemental practices for efficiency and performance evaluation used in diverse areas, some of which have evolved independently of each other and of the traditional efficiency framework of Charnes et al. [Measuring the efficiency of decision making units. European Journal of Operational Research 1978;2(6):429–44]. The paper aims to show that some standard “real-world” procedures employed by practitioners in the fields of retailing, finance, and social science can be interpreted as unconscious applications of DEA, and that such analyses could be enhanced by the explicit use of DEA. A supplementary aim is to demonstrate that DEA can be derived from concrete examples and first principles. The choice of the examples covers the two typical returns to scale environments of constant returns to scale (CRS) and variable returns to scale (VRS). Motivating and deriving DEA as a generalization of established performance evaluation practices will help to explain and disseminate this methodology to practitioners and to those who find their methods familiar.

社会工作视野中的伦理

社会工作与伦理的关系经历了从自发到自觉,危机的产生,再到伦理对于社会工作的重新回归的发展阶段。社会工作中的伦理体系的构建既要借鉴西方发达国家已有的社会工作伦理价值体系,又要立足于中国的本土实际,既要充分挖掘我国传统文化资源,更要顺应中国当今社会主流的伦理文化的发展,适应中国社会主义市场经济的发展。现代社会工作视野中的伦理应该是由多层次的理论与实践体系所构成,包括对社会工作道德哲学层次的思考,社会工作道德原则和规范的构建,社会工作的实践机制以及社会工作伦理与相关学科的相互借鉴的研究。
