我院物业管理工作的现状及其对策

从我院物业管理的实际出发 ,分析了我院目前物业管理存在问题的同时 ,提出政企分开、筹集资金以及引入竞争机制等搞好物业管理的几种对策。     

论审计本质与国家审计定位

审计本质是指审计这一客观现象的内部联系 ,是审计关系中发挥主要功能、比较深刻和稳定的方面。审计本质与国家审计本质是有区别的 ;审计的本质是经济鉴证 ,国家审计的本质是经济监督。根据经济基础决定上层建筑的原理 ,审计环境的变化必须对国家审计机制进行调整 ,其中重要的是国家审计定位的调整     

Le depart des cerveaux de la cei en occident: Fuite ou mobilite? Enquetes en France

La fin du rideau de fer, l'effondrement du communisme et l'éclatement de l'URSS provoquent, depuis la fin des années 80, une nouvelle vague d'émigrations. Celle‐ci recouvre une fuite des cerveaux dont attestent tous les chiffres disponibles. Cet exode, qui prive les nouveaux Etats de la partie la plus créatrice de leur capital humain au moment où ils ont besoin pour leur reconstruction de toutes leurs forces vives, est à première vue très préoccupant. L'appréciation de ce phénomène doit cependant être nuancée. Il est en lui‐même plus complexe qu'il n'y paraît à première vue. Il a en outre des effets très differents selon les attitudes adoptées d'une part par les pays d'accueil et d'autre part par les migrants. Ce qui ressort d'enquêtes faites en France, c'est que l'ouverture des frontières et la fin de la guerre froide ont profondément changé la signification du départ. Analysé en termes de mobilité et non pas d'émigration, le phénomène actuel d'exode des cerveaux n'apparaît plus sous le même jour. La mobilité, synonyme de coopération entre l'Est et l'Ouest, peut, immédiatement ou à long terme, être très utile aux nouveaux Etats de la CEI. En ce sens, elle devrait, non pas être freinée, mais au contraire encouragée.     

WHAT DOES REPUTATION REALLY ASSURE? THE RELATIONSHIP OF TRADEMARKS TO EXPECTATIONS AND LEGAL REMEDIES

Theoretical and empirical considerations suggest that trademarks guarantee more than just quality: they assure specific performance, that is, fulfillment of the specific terms of the contract. The specific performance hypothesis implies that a firm's investment in trademark capital varies directly with the damages that its customers expect to bear from a breach and the legal difficulties of obtaining compensation. The hypothesis also helps to explain why competitors of firms whose products are recalled lose wealth, why some damages allowed by law intentionally provide less than full compensation, and why firms who sell only to other firms also invest in trademarks.

对我国公有制理论的实践与发展问题的思考

十一届三中全会以前,我国在社会主义建设过程中,对公有制理论进行了初步探索,但是这种探索是很不成功的.十一届三中全会以后,我国对公有制实现形式进行了多方面的再探索并取得了重大成就.党的十五大在总结历史经验的基础上,实现了公有制理论的重大突破,从而找到了一套与我国基本国情相适合的公有制理论.     

Cooking Practices in the Kitchen—Observed Versus Predicted Behavior

Cross-contamination and undercooking are major factors responsible for campylobacteriosis and as such should be incorporated in microbiological risk assessment. A previous paper by van Asselt et al. ^{( 1 )} quantified cross-contamination routes from chicken breast fillet via hand, cutting board, and knife ending up in a prepared chicken-curry salad in the domestic kitchen. The aim of the current article was to validate the obtained transfer rates with consumer data obtained by video observations and microbial analyses of a home prepared chicken-curry salad. Results showed a wide range of microbial contamination levels in the final salad, caused by various cross-contamination practices and heating times varying from 2'44" to 41'30". Model predictions indicated that cooking times should be at least 8 minutes and cutting boards need to be changed after cutting raw chicken in order to obtain safe bacterial levels in the final salad. The model predicted around 75% of the variance in cross-contamination behavior. Accuracy of the model can further be improved by including other cross-contamination routes besides hands, cutting boards, and knives. The model proved to be fail-safe, which implies it can be used as a worst-case estimate to assess the importance of cross-contamination in the home.     

Skuka and the Absurd in Gogol'’s Tale of the ‘Two Ivans’

The present article is devoted to an analysis of Gogol'’s last story from his Ukrainian cycle, “The Story of How Ivan Ivanovich Quarrelled with Ivan Nikiforovich”; it makes use of canonical as well as innovative approaches to Gogol'’s tale in order to explore the significance of the epilogue to an interpretation of the story as a whole. The examination will encompass ideas on the temporal aspects of the narration, the philosophical concept of ennui/skuka, and the possible significance of the camera obscura as the setting for one of the key moments in the story. Whereas the camera obscura is the setting of the quarrel between the two main characters, the story ends with a manifestation of skuka from the narrator: how do these two elements relate to each other, and what do they suggest in terms of the possibility of reaching an all-encompassing interpretation of the ‘Two Ivans’?     

Early Adolescents' Perceptions of Mothers' and Fathers' Parenting Styles and Problem Behavior

We investigated early adolescents' perceptions of parenting styles in mother–father–adolescent triads along with child self-reported problem behaviors (substance abuse and delinquency). We also examined the various combinations of mothers' and fathers' parenting styles by child gender in relation to problem behavior. Participants included 3,353 children (aged 12 to 14) from the National Longitudinal Survey of Youth—97. Results from our structural equation model indicated that mothers and fathers may use different parenting strategies and that permissive parenting may not be as detrimental as previously assumed. In addition, youth perceptions of each parent were equally important in explaining problem behavior among both daughters and sons, but the perception of an authoritarian mother showed stronger adverse effects on sons, even after controlling for poverty and peer influence.
