新形势下对“以人为本”思想的再思考

党的十八大将科学发展观的核心部分“以人为本”确立为全党的行动指南和指导思想。新形势下,习近平同志赋予了“以人为本”新的科学内涵,将“发展成果由人民共享”作为“以人为本”之“本”写入党章;并在传统文化的基础上,对“以人为本”思想的理论来源去粗取精,总结出治国理政的新经验。党的十八大丰富了“以人为本”思想,为实现中国梦奠定了坚实的基础。     

试论高校“思想政治理论课”教师教育教学能力提升

高校＂思想政治理论课＂教学具有鲜明的时代性特征,新形势下多元化的价值取向对教师的教育教学能力提出了新要求,而当前高校＂思想政治理论课＂教师教育教学能力呈现出知识结构亟待更新、教学模式单一、忽视现代网络技术、教学效果不佳等问题。可以通过政府加大经费支持力度、高校组织教学观摩展评、教师积极参加培训和交流加强集体备课的措施,提升＂思想政治理论课＂教师教育教学能力,促进教师的身心健康及专业发展,改善教学效果。     

旅游企业网络营销的盈利路径分析

分析了主流网络营销路径的优势,指出存在应用层次低,过度依赖分销、产品同质化严重、专业知识和人才不足、缺乏互动和交流几方面的不足,结合不同类型旅游企业的特点和发展阶段,提出可通过第三方代理平台、自建直销平台、淘宝网店直营、旅游团购、微博和社区营销五种盈利路径的选择和重视程度予以区分。     

孤竹文化疑议

主要从语言文字的角度,考证了孤竹文化的四个标记：首阳山、孤竹器皿、孤竹、孤竹语言。＂首阳＂意思是东山,不是专名。孤竹器皿中的＂亚＂只是个方框,＂微＂应是＂微子＂。＂孤竹＂指＂天子＂,古代君王自称＂孤＂也来源于此。综合而言,孤竹国的民族语言应是匈奴语。     

"以孝治天下":晋汉承继损益研究

汉“以孝治天下”,以儒家思想作为统治指导思想,将家庭家族伦理道德作为入仕的基本条件,将维系血缘关系延续的尊卑贵贱之礼改造为巩固统治政权稳定的等级秩序。司马氏父子完成魏晋更替,并因袭汉帝国的社会控制方式,“以孝治天下”。历史再次证明：汉代选择并加以改造的儒家思想,是封建专制主义中央集权建立和巩固的有效的政治指导思想。儒家思想随着时代的变化,不断充实成长,其理论性和实践性与现实政治更加紧密结合。     

医学研究生心理资本、社会支持与学习倦怠的关系研究

探讨医学研究生心理资本、社会支持与学习倦怠的关系。采用心理资本问卷、社会支持问卷和学习倦怠问卷对249名医学研究生进行调查。结果发现,医学研究生学习倦怠得分为（2.49±1.04）分,其中13.6%的学生为高度学习倦怠;学习倦怠及其三个维度与心理资本、社会支持均呈显著负相关（P＜0.05）;多元线性回归分析显示乐观和对支持的利用度是学习倦怠的有效预测变量,能够解释医学研究生学习倦怠35.3%的变异。相关教育部门应加强医学研究生积极心理资本的培养以预防和降低学习倦怠的发生。     

王国维“通人之学”与“专人之学”的尺短寸长

This article considers extending the likelihood methods to deal with cases where both X and Z may be continuous. We propose modeling the covariate distribution g(x | z) using a piece-wise nonparametric model, then a maximum likelihood estimate (MLE) of β can be computed following the maximum likelihood estimating procedure of Chen (2004 Chen , H. The resulting estimation method is easy to implement and the asymptotic properties of the MLE follow under certain conditions. Extensive simulation studies for different models indicate that the proposed method is acceptable for practical implementation. A real data example is used to illustrate the method.     

Exact Tests in Panel Data Using Generalized p-Values

In this article, we consider exact tests in panel data regression model with one-way and two-way error component for which no exact tests are available. Exact inferences using generalized p-values are obtained. When there are several groups of panel data, test for equal coefficients under one-way and two-way error component are derived.     

Inverse Regression in Binary Response LDV Model

Sliced inverse regression, a link-free and distribution-free method, is applied to binary response limited dependent variable models. An inverse regression property of binary response LDV model is found. Based on this property, if the distributions of X _j (j = 1, 2,…, p) satisfy the linearity condition, then β can be estimated up to a positive multiplicative scalar without any assumptions on the distribution of error ε. Moreover, the estimator can be proved to be asymptotically normal based on which testing hypotheses are considered. Simulations results are reported.
