The rapid response to the requirements of customers and markets promotes the concurrent engineering (CE) technique in product and process design. The decision making for process quality target, SPC method, sampling plan, and control chart parameter design can be done at the stage of process quality plan based on historical data and process knowledge database. Therefore, it is a reasonable trend to introduce the concepts and achievements on process quality evaluation and process capability analysis, CE, and SPC techniques into process plan and tolerance design. A new systematic method for concurrent design of process quality, statistical tolerance (ST), and control chart is presented based on a NSFC research program. A set of standardized process quality indices (PQIs) for variables is introduced for meeting the measurement and evaluation to process yield, process centering, and quality loss. This index system that has relatively strong compatibility and adaptability is based on raisonne grading by using the series of preferred numbers and arithmetical progression. The expected process quality based on this system can be assured by a standardized interface between PQIs and SPC, that is, quality-oriented statistical tolerance zone. A quality-oriented ST and SPC approach that quantitatively specifies what a desired process is and how to assure it will realize the optimal control for a process toward a predetermined quality target.  相似文献

This article is concerned with the problem of multicollinearity in a linear model with linear restrictions. After introducing a spheral restricted condition, a new restricted ridge estimation method is proposed by minimizing the sum of squared residuals. The property of the new estimator in its superiority over the ordinary restricted least squares estimation is then theoretically analyzed. Furthermore, a sufficient and necessary condition for selecting the ridge parameter k is obtained. To simplify the selection of the ridge parameter, a sufficient condition is also given. Finally, a numerical example demonstrates the merit of the new method in the aspect of solving the multicollinearity over the ordinary restricted least squares estimation.  相似文献

This paper describes procedure for constructing a vector of regression weights. Under the regression superpopulation model, the ridge regression estimator that has minimum model mean squared error is derived. Through a simulation study, we compare the ridge regression weights, regression weights, quadratic programming weights, and raking ratio weights. 制造业的发展关系到第二产业乃至整个国民经济的发展,制造业的增长是中国工业经济增长的主导力量。本文运用数据包络分析法,测度了制造业各行业及中国各省制造业效率情况,然后利用中国省级制造业效率指标以及专利申请、地区经济发展水平等制造业效率影响因素的外延数据构成面板数据(Panel Data)建立模型。通过实证分析得出:地区经济的发展有利于制造业效率的提升。专利申请与制造业效率呈负相关。  相似文献

This paper is mainly concerned with minimax estimation in the general linear regression model y=Xβ+εy=Xβ+ε under ellipsoidal restrictions on the parameter space and quadratic loss function. We confine ourselves to estimators that are linear in the response vector y  . The minimax estimators of the regression coefficient ββ are derived under homogeneous condition and heterogeneous condition, respectively. Furthermore, these obtained estimators are the ridge-type estimators and mean dispersion error (MDE) superior to the best linear unbiased estimator b=(XW-1X)-1XW-1yb=(XW-1X)-1XW-1y under some conditions.  相似文献
