西方企业经营管理的变革和生产能力的增强是社会经济发展的必然结果。在这场变革中,发展中国家处于不利地位。发展中国家应该认清这场变革的关键和实质,善于利用经济全球化带来的便利条件,抓住机遇改变自己在国际市场上的地位。     

Bootstrap estimation of actual significance levels for tests based on estimated nuisance parameters

Often for a non-regular parametric hypothesis, a tractable test statistic involves a nuisance parameter. A common practice is to replace the unknown nuisance parameter by its estimator. The validality of such a replacement can only be justified for an infinite sample in the sense that under appropriate conditions the asymptotic distribution of the statistic under the null hypothesis is unchanged when the nuisance parameter is replaced by its estimator (Crowder M.J. 1990. Biometrika 77: 499–506). We propose a bootstrap method to calibrate the error incurred in the significance level, for finite samples, due to the replacement. Further, we have proved that the bootstrap method provides a more accurate estimator for the unknown actual significance level than the nominal level. Simulations demonstrate the proposed methodology.

政策执行与权力关系重构以S市2003年市级居委会直选政策的制订过程为个案

本文运用政策执行研究“自下而上模式”的一些有价值的观点与方法,以及组织决策分析的概念工具,根据个案调查取得的经验材料与文献资料,对S市2003年居委会直选政策的制订过程加以考察,得出如下结论：政策执行过程,既是一个连续不断的互动过程、一个行动者的决策过程,同时也是一个权力关系重构的过程;与科层组织中依职能分工和职位分层而产生的静态的、单向的权力关系完全不同,在政策执行过程中,行动者通过策略性互动重构的权力关系是动态的、多向的;居委会直选之所以能够在体制冲突的背景下得以实施,是政策执行过程中权力关系重构的结果。     

The ergonomics approach for thin film transistor-liquid crystal display manufacturing process

The thin film transistor-liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) has been used all over the world. Although the manufacture process of TFT-LCD was highly automated, employees are hired to do manual job in module assembly process. The operators may have high risk of musculoskeletal disorders because of the long work hours and the repetitive activities in an unfitted work station. The tools of this study were questionnaire, checklist and to evaluate the work place design. The result shows that the participants reported high musculoskeletal disorder symptoms in shoulder (59.8%), neck (49.5%), wrist (39.5%), and upper back (30.6%). And, to reduce the ergonomic risk factors, revising the height of the work benches, chairs and redesigning the truck to decrease the chance of unsuitable positions were recommended and to reduce other ergonomics hazards and seta good human machine interface and appropriate job design.     

Correlates of Credit Card Adoption in Urban China

Analysis of data from the 2008 Survey of Chinese Consumer Finance and Investor Education indicated that 30.0?% of the sample households held at least one credit card. Significant factors associated with the probability that an urban Chinese individual would hold a credit card included income, age, education, occupation, and awareness of credit card risks, default consequences, the credit system, and that late payments increase interest.

《涉江》中“伍子”为子胥考

学者多认为伍子胥是楚国"国贼",有人并据此否定《楚辞》王逸注有关《涉江》中"伍子"为伍子胥的说法。考诸传世文献和出土文献可知,春秋时期的"父"、"君"观念与后世有很大差别。《郭店楚简.六德》将其概括为"为父绝君,不为君绝父",《国语.楚语》也反映了类似观念。子胥出楚境,为吴臣,"楚国贼"说系后人的误解,伍子胥对吴国的忠诚是屈原对其加以咏叹的原因,《楚辞章句》相关内容不误。明乎此,方可进一步讨论《九章》中《惜往日》与《悲回风》两篇的作者问题。
