新兵素质的高低将直接影响和决定军队现代化进程,从高等学校中征集部分思想好、素质高、身体健康的大学生充实到部队,是新形势下提高兵员质量,增强国防建设力量的重要举措。     

异质性产业集聚对城市创新发展能力的影响

城市创新圈是创新要素的高聚集、高密度的创新系统。本研究尝试将产业集聚和数字经济同时纳入城市创新发展能力的分析框架,基于中国2005—2020年262个地级市面板数据,通过理论分析与GMM模型实证检验相结合,讨论产业集聚对城市创新发展能力的影响。主要结论如下：产业集聚均对城市创新有着正向的促进作用,并且促进效果顺序是制造业集聚大于协同集聚,生产性服务业集聚排在最后。异质性检验表明,在产业集聚对城市创新的影响中,南方地区城市均表现显著的促进作用,北方地区城市则只有制造业集聚对城市创新存在显著的促进作用。数字经济只在制造业集聚对城市创新的促进作用中发挥正向调节作用,在生产性服务业集聚和协同集聚对城市创新的影响中均发挥出负向调节作用。     

An elastic-net penalized expectile regression with applications

To perform variable selection in expectile regression, we introduce the elastic-net penalty into expectile regression and propose an elastic-net penalized expectile regression (ER-EN) model. We then adopt the semismooth Newton coordinate descent (SNCD) algorithm to solve the proposed ER-EN model in high-dimensional settings. The advantages of ER-EN model are illustrated via extensive Monte Carlo simulations. The numerical results show that the ER-EN model outperforms the elastic-net penalized least squares regression (LSR-EN), the elastic-net penalized Huber regression (HR-EN), the elastic-net penalized quantile regression (QR-EN) and conventional expectile regression (ER) in terms of variable selection and predictive ability, especially for asymmetric distributions. We also apply the ER-EN model to two real-world applications: relative location of CT slices on the axial axis and metabolism of tacrolimus (Tac) drug. Empirical results also demonstrate the superiority of the ER-EN model.     

组织吸收能力研究:理论回顾与整合框架

吸收能力正在成为组织研究的新兴重要领域,已有的研究取得了很多共识,但在吸收能力的内涵、构念和测量上还存在诸多分歧,需要进一步从学习创新、知识能力和管理认知角度对吸收能力内涵的演化与发展,研究方法、测量和模型进行深入地研究,提出该领域研究中未来研究的视角和方向。     

2011年文艺学研究有关的几个问题

一个学科要想获得发展,必须处理好两个彼此相关的问题:其一是对当下社会文化重大问题的回应能力;其二是将这些问题的回应与本学科自身的关联梳理清楚。通过对2011年与文艺学研究有关的几个问题及其讨论(包括"艺术学升‘门’"、"文学经验"、"文学形式"、"视觉文化"等)的清理,可以发现文艺学研究必须要积极应对和处理与相邻学科的关系、本学科内部的研究范式以及在当代文化重要问题中推动学科的发展。     

文化认知中定向思维模式的建构与解构——以中国少数民族文化范式为研究视阈

定向思维模式的建构与解构实际上反映出认知结构的二重性特征,两者在文化认知活动中可互为挹注共存于对立统一关系里。因此,对中国少数民族文化范式的研究,不仅要重视建构之功能催生的符号化文化构成,还应关注解构之功能显现的非常见的文化元素。同时,只有弄清楚定向思维模式的建构与解构在文化认知中的意涵,才能明确定向思维模式的“趋向”和“专注”特点以及“惰化”和“孤立”倾向,从而为牵及民族文化事项的认知固化与迁移提供理论工具并用以指导多元文化实践。     

Coordination in a Single‐Supplier,Multi‐Retailer Distribution System: Supplier‐Facilitated Transshipments

We consider supplier‐facilitated transshipments for achieving supply chain coordination in a single supplier, multi‐retailer distribution system with non‐cooperative retailers. The previous transshipment literature has focused on coordination through retailer‐negotiated transshipments and thus does not consider the supplier's decision‐making. In contrast, in this study, we assume the supplier is an active participant in the system and we seek to understand how the supplier can facilitate the implementation of coordinating transshipments. We study a two‐period model with wholesale orders at the start of the first period and preventive transshipments performed at the start of the second period. Inspired by a supplier‐facilitated transshipment scheme observed in practice, we assume the supplier implements transshipments through a bi‐directional adjustment contract. Under this contract, each retailer can either buy additional inventory from, or sell back excess inventory to, the supplier. We show that coordination can be achieved through carefully designed contracts with state‐dependent adjustment prices and a wholesale price menu. We demonstrate that the supplier's role in facilitating coordinating transshipments is critical. In addition, we use our understanding of the coordinating contract form to derive some simpler and easier‐to‐implement heuristic contracts. We use a numerical study to demonstrate the value, to the supplier, of using the coordinating adjustment and wholesale prices, and to evaluate the heuristics’ performance.     

Control‐based imputation for sensitivity analyses in informative censoring for recurrent event data

In clinical trials, missing data commonly arise through nonadherence to the randomized treatment or to study procedure. For trials in which recurrent event endpoints are of interests, conventional analyses using the proportional intensity model or the count model assume that the data are missing at random, which cannot be tested using the observed data alone. Thus, sensitivity analyses are recommended. We implement the control‐based multiple imputation as sensitivity analyses for the recurrent event data. We model the recurrent event using a piecewise exponential proportional intensity model with frailty and sample the parameters from the posterior distribution. We impute the number of events after dropped out and correct the variance estimation using a bootstrap procedure. We apply the method to an application of sitagliptin study.

旅游景点公示语英译现状调查与分析——以镇江市6家公园为例

公示语是一种具有感召力的文本,意在促使读者按照文本预期意图做出反应;旅游景点公示语是景点管理机构与游客对话的重要手段和渠道。镇江是江苏省重点旅游城市之一,景点公共标识都会使用英语译文。选取镇江市6家公园的公示语英译为个案,通过实地采集大量语料对旅游景点公示语英译的现状进行调查,分析产生错误的原因并提出相应的改进建议。
