血亲网络对近代东北移民经济差异的影响:1845～1934年

文章利用20世纪30年代东北地区农村调查数据,讨论了作为移民网络重要组成部分的血亲网络对移民间经济福利水平差异及社会流动性的影响。通过构建计量模型进行分析,结果显示:血亲网络对移民提高自身经济福利水平具有显著的正向影响,是导致移民间经济福利水平差异的重要因素;移民在血亲网络的作用下可以实现自身的向上社会流动。文章不仅分析了血亲关系在近代东北移民活动中对提升移民经济福利所起到的重要作用,还揭示了血亲网络在移民群体中所体现的经济功能。     

滑动吸附式壁面清洁装置的设计与研究

为实现对高楼玻璃幕墙灵活、高效地清洁作业,设计了一种滑动吸附式壁面清洁装置,分析了清洁装置的转向运动学和动力学模型,阐述了清洁装置各组成部分的设计结构和工作原理.试验表明:该滑动吸附式壁面清洁装置可实现在玻璃幕墙的竖直方向全方位自由移动,控制灵活、操作简单,具有较高的经济性和实用性,有较好的市场应用前景.     

A Security Model and Legal Guarantee for Chinese Maritime Shipping: As Exemplified in the Response to Piracy along the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road

The Belt and Road Initiative is an important decision for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Maritime security has a significant place in this process. In recent years, there have been frequent violent terrorist incidents at sea, including piracy, armed hijackings and terrorist attacks, posing a dire threat to both international and Chinese maritime transport interests and seriously challenging the fulfillment of the maritime part of the “Belt and Road Initiative.” Five direct measures can be taken to protect ocean shipping from violence at sea. One example is the defensive measures taken against the Somali pirates. The employment of armed guards from professional security companies on board ship is an effective model for guaranteeing maritime security; it not only meets the standards of international law, but is also legally permitted in many developed countries and regions, and is thus strategically significant for overall Chinese maritime security. In the Chinese context, this model carries its own legal risks. We should embrace a new approach to national security law, strengthen legal guarantees and make concerted efforts to provide warship (military aircraft) escorts to jointly build an optimum model of Chinese maritime security in order to ensure the realization of core Chinese maritime interests.     

Intergenerational Mobility Modes and Changes in Social Class in Contemporary China

Using data from three China General Social Surveys, this paper analyzes changes in the basic situation of intergenerational mobility among social classes in China over the past 60 years. General social mobility was found to have increased, but social openness tended to show a wave-like pattern of change. Despite this, intergenerational inheritance was the main form of intergenerational mobility in every period. With the transformation of the socioeconomic system, the main mechanism of social exclusion changed from “systemic exclusion” to “market exclusion,” leading to changes in the structure of social opportunity. As a result, the form taken by intergenerational mobility varied significantly. This is chiefly evident in the gradual decline in the dominance of intergenerational inheritance among particular strata, with cross-class cyclical mobility becoming more difficult. On the one hand, changes in the social exclusion mechanism may increase social openness, making society more dynamic and strengthening social legitimacy. On the other hand, as the dominant class learns how to use market exclusion to achieve class reproduction, class solidification may still be possible in a future Chinese society.     

双线自闭区段客货列车速度比对扣除系数的影响分析

目前扣除系数的计算方法主要为分析法与模拟法，扣除系数的常见影响因素有客货列车速度比、区段均衡度、追踪间隔时分等。通过模拟法进行不同客货列车速度比下的运行图铺画，得出客货列车速度比对扣除系数的影响规律分析。实验表明：随着客货速度比的增加，扣除系数将逐渐变大，据此建议在相关双线客货混跑区段，选取合适的客货速度比，以减小对运行图通过能力的影响     

Construction of Fuzzy Control Charts Based on Weighted Possibilistic Mean

The problem of constructing control charts for fuzzy data has been considered in literature. The proposed transformation approaches and direct fuzzy approaches have their advantages and disadvantages. The representative values charts based on transformation methods are often recommended in practical application. For representing a fuzzy set by a crisp value, the weight of importance of the members assigned with some membership levels in a fuzzy set should be considered, and the possibility theory can be employed to deal with such problem. In this article, we propose to employ the weighted possibilistic mean (WPM), weighted interval valued possibilistic mean (WIVPM) of fuzzy number as a sort of representative values for the fuzzy attribute data, and establish new fuzzy control charts with WPM and WIVPM. The performance of the charts is compared to the existing fuzzy charts with a fuzzy c-chart example via newly defined average number of inspection for variation of control state.     

Resilience,Leadership and Work Engagement: The Mediating Role of Positive Affect

This study examines the influence of resilience and transformational leadership on work engagement, and it investigates the mediating effect of positive affect. A total of 422 employees at a large IT company participated the survey. Participants completed established measures of resilience, transformational leadership, positive affect, and work engagement. The results indicate that resilience and transformational leadership are positively related to work engagement. Structural equation modeling analysis shows that positive affect partially mediates the relationships between resilience, transformational leadership, and work engagement. Theoretical contributions, practical implications, and future research directions are discussed.

基于需要层次理论的保险代理人分类激励机制指标体系设计

针对保险代理人的具体情况和实际需求，将马斯洛的需要层次理论灵活地应用到实际当中，设计出一系列量化分类指标，运用数理统计方法，进行加权汇总后得出几个总值，对这几个总值的大小进行排序，根据排序的结果科学理性地将保险代理人分成若干类别，在对保险代理人管理过程中可以针对不同类别的代理人采取不同激励措施，进而有效而又低成本地解决保险业对代理人激励不力的问题。
