专业重构理论视角下辅导员专业成长的思考

高校辅导员的专业性对开展大学生思想政治教育工作有重要的意义，辅导员的专业成长是高校工作的重点。在专业重构理论的视角下，将优化创新科研和充盈强化培训作为提升辅导员专业性，助推专业成长的两大途径，并做好优化顶层设计、完善体制机制、激化内在动力等工作为辅导员的专业成长保驾护航。     

THE IMPORTANCE OF LEGAL FORM OF ORGANIZATION ON SMALL CORPORATION EXTERNAL FINANCING

This article quantitatively evaluates the impact of legal form of organization (LFO) choices, C versus S corporation, on small business external financing. A treatment effect model is formulated and estimated to examine the relationship between corporate types and chances of obtaining external financing. The estimation takes into account self‐selection bias associated with LFO choices. This article finds that LFO choices mainly affect small corporations' access to external equity capital, but have no significant impact on loan financing. Specifically, when a small corporation selects the C corporate legal form, the probability of obtaining new external equity is eight times higher compared to when it selects the S corporate legal form. Furthermore, the results suggest that better access to external equity investments, loosening business capital constraints, leads to better growth prospects for small C corporations. These empirical results have important macro‐economic implications on corporate financial and fiscal policies. (JEL G32, G38)     

基于在线评论数据的产品需求趋势挖掘

随着经济水平的提高和物质生活的丰富，消费者的需求变化也越来越快。能否迎合市场需求的变化是企业产品成功的关键。随着社交媒体的发展，消费者为了分享购物体验发表了许多在线评论信息，其中蕴含着消费者的需求变化。本文在产品特征提取和属性情感分析的基础上，构建了垃圾评论识别模型。然后，利用时间序列分析模型预测下阶段的产品属性关注度和情感计算。最后结合历史数据的变化趋势，分析产品属性的重要性和市场满意情况。利用汽车论坛上的汽车评论数据对本文提出的研究模型进行了验证。研究结果可以为企业制定营销策略以及产品改进与创新提供决策支持。

从教师专业实践能力发展反观高校与幼儿园的双向融合

当前，打通高校教师理论研究与基层一线教师专业发展瓶颈是总体提升我国教育质量的高效之举，教育的实践性本质也决定了高校教师的理论研究与一线教师的教育实践必须坚持双向融合的道路。实现校园双向融合既要积极构建教师发展共同体，还要积极探索有深度和广度的教研机制，并搭建开放、多元、创新的资源平台。     

全域旅游视角下的天府旅游名县竞争力研究——以四川省县域城市为例

天府旅游名县创建是按照全域旅游发展理念开展的，以建设世界重要旅游目的地为目标的建设工程。文章在系统整理旅游目的地竞争力主要研究成果基础上，建立15个天府旅游名县竞争力评价指标，基于可量化数据，采用主成分和聚类分析方法，对进入天府旅游名县的40个县(市、区）进行实证研究。结果显示，旅游核心竞争力、旅游发展规模、旅游综合实力、非优势资源品牌创建能力等因素是构成天府旅游名县评判的主要因子；从空间结构上看，呈现成都平原最强，川西、川北居中，川南最弱的局面；从创建动力上看，不应仅关注创建结果，而应通过创建工作，促进县域经济综合发展水平和城市发展潜力提升。     

National Language Capacity in Global Competition

The term national language capacity refers to the sum total of a nation’s ability to grasp linguistic resources, provide language services, deal with linguistic issues, develop the language, and related tasks. Key capacities include the possession of linguistic resources, utilization of language and language services, development and use of linguistic resources, the language of the members of the nation, reserves of linguistic talent, language management, development of language enterprises and linguistic influence. The development of informatization has made national language capacity an important part of national strength. It is hard power as well as soft power, playing a very important role in social progress and cultural inheritance, in promoting economic development and technological innovation, and in protecting a country’s national security and international development.     

汽车产业链演化机理及影响因素研究

汽车产业链是汽车产业重要组织模式,其演化与整合升级对汽车产业发展具有重要意义。本文从汽车产业链演化动因出发,重点分析汽车产业链演化过程,分析归纳影响汽车产业链演化影响因素。在此基础上,以东北地区汽车产业为例,运用主成分回归分析方法对汽车产业链演化影响因素进行实证检验,结果表明各影响因素与东北地区汽车产业链演化发展水平存在不同方向和程度的相关关系。     

师范生养成教育与职业道德培养一体化管理模式探究 ——基于对福建幼儿师范高等专科学校的调查与分析

以师范生养成教育为切入点，对福建幼儿师范高等专科学校应届毕业生、毕业5年以上在职教师、幼儿园园长开展问卷调查。调查表明，通过日常行为管理促进师范生养成教育,对日后成为一名合格教师具有积极的意义，并得到园长、在职教师的认可。但在校生认同度不高，促使我们反思当前学生管理工作，不断改进、完善。继而进一步探索研究师范生养成教育与职业道德培养一体化管理。
