虚拟世界的发展与监管思路

大型网络游戏与社会在线网络促成了今日虚拟世界的诞生。虚拟世界与真实世界的联系日益紧密。我们可将虚拟世界大致分为教育、特定主题、社区、青少年、开放式五种类型。融入虚拟世界的企业经济活动带来交易者身份识别、税收等的复杂化以及社会的、道德的、法律的问题。关注虚拟货币的影响、全程全网、不完全的实名制是针对虚拟世界发展规律的监管思路。     

司法民意与法官的职业化思维

司法民意是一把双刃剑,它既可以成为一种于司法有益的支配力量,也可能损害司法公正。这种弊端产生的根本原因在于司法民意与法官职业思维的不同。在对案件裁决的过程中,法官的思维首先应当符合法律适用的一般思维模式,其中还应该包括对可能影响司法结果的民意保持警惕。     

加大财政政策力度刺激国内消费需求

针对目前国内有效需求不足的经济形势 ,从内需的重要性及内需不振的主要原因出发 ,分析了主要宏观调控政策的可行性 ,并认为大强度的扩张性财政政策是当前筹措社会保障基金 ,提高居民心理预期 ,刺激消费需求以带动投资需求进而启动经济的最佳手段 ,并对由此可能引发的国债问题进行了探讨 ,通过分析得出了大力度积极的财政政策的必要性和紧迫性 ,并对实施过程中应注意的问题作了分析     

Semiparametric transformation models for multivariate panel count data with dependent observation process

This article discusses regression analysis of multivariate panel count data in which the observation process may contain relevant information about or be related to the underlying recurrent event processes of interest. Such data occur if a recurrent event study involves several related types of recurrent events and the observation scheme or process may be subject-specific. For the problem, a class of semiparametric transformation models is presented, which provides a great flexibility for modelling the effects of covariates on the recurrent event processes. For estimation of regression parameters, an estimating equation-based inference procedure is developed and the asymptotic properties of the resulting estimates are established. Also the proposed approach is evaluated by simulation studies and applied to the data arising from a skin cancer chemoprevention trial.     

Joint impact of multiple observations on a subset of variables in multiple linear regression

In multiple linear regression analysis, each observation affects the fitted regression equation differently and has varying influences on the regression coefficients of the different variables. Chatterjee & Hadi (1988) have proposed some measures such as DSSE_ij (Impact on Residual Sum of Squares of simultaneously omitting the ith observation and the jth variable), F_j (Partial F-test for the jth variable) and F_j(i) (Partial F-test for the jth variable omitting the ith observation) to show the joint impact and the interrelationship that exists among a variable and an observation. In this paper we have proposed more extended form of those measures DSSE_IJ, F_J and F_J(I) to deal with the interrelationships that exist among the multiple observations and a subset of variables by monitoring the effects of the simultaneous omission of multiple variables and multiple observations.     

On calculating the fisher information in order statistics

This article gives a simple result for the expression of the Fisher information in order statistics. This result enables us to calculate easily the Fisher information in any set of order statistics whose details have been known to be messy and complicated. We consider here its application in the optimal spacing problem where the exact Fisher information in order statistics has been approximated with the asymptotic information or the reciprocal of the variance of a suitable estimator. 切花菊扦插繁殖技术研究

试验研究了枝条节位、介质及生长调节剂对切花菊插技生根的影响 .结果表明 ,梢段的生根能力高于基段 ,但生根率差异不明显 ;较优的扦插介质是河沙 :腐叶土 :园土 =2 :2 :1的混合介质 ;生根类生长调节剂处理可促进插枝生根 ,其中以 IBA或 IBA NAA效果最好
