创意的缺失,既有市场大环境的原因,同时也有漫画创作者、漫画工作室自身创意能力低下的原因。本次调查走访的四川本土漫画工作室都无力(无实力或无动力)单独完成具有较强创意的漫画作品;其主要业务都可以称为"来样加工",由用户或上游公司提供创意理念和设计草图,继而加工完成整件作品,这种处于生产链条下游的加工外包生产模式也就注定了本土漫画工作室自身"高工作量、低收益"的现状。

赵翼是清代著名的历史学家、诗人。正是由于此,世上对其的关注往往只是其史学及诗文内容。事实上,作为一名生活在中西文化交流频繁的时代,拥有在中西文化交流地生活经历,又是比较有头脑的知识分子,赵翼在其诗文里也表露了他对西方文明的关注,体现了他是一位深具广阔的胸襟、多元开放的文化心态以及初具世界意识的儒家知识分子;同时更是透露出中外交流中的一些重要史料。     

人的尊严的宪法含义——从比较法视角解析

人的尊严作为人的内在价值,是人作为人本来所固有的,并且与个人自由相关联.这种独立个体存在的自我价值,其本身为了个体自我存在而存在着,人的尊严的自由性、平等性决定了人的尊严的普遍性和独特性,其不依赖于外在的价值判断.同时,人的尊严在宪法上的价值更作为其首要价值而存在,这种价值不仅视每个人为拥有内在价值的、有自决自主权利的理性个体,而且其在宪法实施过程中,为国家和他人提出尊重的要求.一个人的尊严的保护程度是衡量一个国家法治化水平的一个标志.

In and Out of the Ethnic Economy: A Longitudinal Analysis of Ethnic Networks and Pathways to Economic Success across Immigrant Categories1

The economic benefits to immigrants of taking jobs in ethnic workplaces, relative to the open economy, are heavily debated. We examine longitudinally differences across immigrant categories in how the choice of ethnic or non‐ethnic workplace influences the ethnic composition of social networks and how these factors impact immigrants’ economic success. Using the Longitudinal Survey of Immigrants to Canada, with data 6 months, 2 years, and 4 years after arrival, we find support for both sides of the ethnic economy debate when it is qualified by immigrant category. While economic immigrants benefit from non‐ethnic workplaces, family immigrants face economic penalties in the open economy and do better in ethnic workplaces. We argue that policies sorting immigrants into visa categories do much of the work of leading them into segmented paths of incorporation.     

A Risk Analysis Model in Concurrent Engineering Product Development

Concurrent engineering has been widely accepted as a viable strategy for companies to reduce time to market and achieve overall cost savings. This article analyzes various risks and challenges in product development under the concurrent engineering environment. A three‐dimensional early warning approach for product development risk management is proposed by integrating graphical evaluation and review technique (GERT) and failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA). Simulation models are created to solve our proposed concurrent engineering product development risk management model. Solutions lead to identification of key risk controlling points. This article demonstrates the value of our approach to risk analysis as a means to monitor various risks typical in the manufacturing sector. This article has three main contributions. First, we establish a conceptual framework to classify various risks in concurrent engineering (CE) product development (PD). Second, we propose use of existing quantitative approaches for PD risk analysis purposes: GERT, FMEA, and product database management (PDM). Based on quantitative tools, we create our approach for risk management of CE PD and discuss solutions of the models. Third, we demonstrate the value of applying our approach using data from a typical Chinese motor company.     

Exact confidence bounds for an exponential parameter under hybrid censoring

Consider a life testing experiment in which n units are put on test, successive failure times are recorded, and the observation is terminated either at a specified number r of failures or a specified time T whichever is reached first. This mixture of type I and type II censoring schemes, called hybrid censoring, is of wide use. Under this censoring scheme and the assumption of an exponential life distribution, the distribution of the maximum likelihood estimator of the mean life 6 is derived. It is then used to construct an exact lower confidence bound for θ.
