大学英语强化教学的可行性探讨

汕头大学于９２年９月至９３年６月在该校９２级计算机软件专业和电子技术专业的８０名学生中进行大学英语强化试点，旨在通过一学年的强化英语教学，完成两学年的教学内容，并基本上达到国家大学英语四级考试的水平。本文以现代教学论的最优化原理为主要理论依据，以该强化试点的实施过程和国家统考结果为实践证明，探讨了大学英语强化教学的可能性和可行性。     

Simplicial Pivoting Algorithms for a Tractable Class of Integer Programs

We present a tractable class of integer feasibility problems. This class of max-closed IP problems was studied in somewhat restricted form by Glover, Pnueli, Hochbaum and Chandrasekaran and has a logic counterpart known as the class of Horn formulas. First we modify the existing algorithms in order to avoid the related recognition problem. Then we show that in order to solve these max-closed IP problems, simplicial path following methods can be used. This is important because these methods are flexible with respect to starting conditions, which make them more suitable than the top-down truncation algorithms that have been suggested.

发展少数民族经济的政策是我党的一项重要民族政策.本文论述了新民主主义革命时期我党少数民族经济政策的形成和发展过程,论述了新中国建立以来,特别是改革开放以来党和政府民族经济政策的发展和完善过程.     

财务信息对上市公司高层变动的影响分析

上市公司高层变动受多种因素的影响,经营业绩是其中一个重要因素,能有效反映公司经营绩效的财务信息,对高层变动的影响也是不容忽视的。通过对深市样本公司的高层变动与会计信息的实证分析,进一步证明了不同会计信息对高层变动的影响程度及二者的关系,从而为投资者和管理者及其他财务数据使用者提供有效的参考依据。     

贸易与环境实证研究综述

在过去10年中,贸易与环境问题越来越成为学术界和大众关注的热点。贸易与环境问题的复杂性和可靠数据的缺乏限制了贸易与环境的实证研究。该文首先综述了贸易与环境实证研究的背景、主要方向和进展;然后总结了研究的主要方法和观点;最后简要表明作者的观点。该文围绕两个问题进行：①环境政策对国内产业和贸易的影响;②贸易与环境的联系, 贸易政策对环境的影响。     

Academic “Centres,” Epistemic Differences and Brain Circulation

This article investigates the factors that shape how migrant academics engage with fellow scholars within their countries of origin. We focus specifically on the mobility of Asian‐born faculty between Singapore, a fast‐developing education hub in Southeast Asia, and their “home” countries within the region. Based on qualitative interviews with 45 migrant academics, this article argues that while education hubs like Singapore increase the possibility of brain circulation within Asia, epistemic differences between migrant academics and home country counterparts make it difficult to establish long‐term collaboration for research. Singapore institutions also look to the West in determining how research work is assessed for tenure and promotion, encouraging Singapore‐based academics to focus on networking with colleagues and peers based in the US and Europe rather than those based in origin countries. Such conditions undermine the positive impact of academic mobility between Singapore and surrounding countries within the region.

〗激发学生学习英语的兴趣是小学阶段英语学习的主要任务。在小学英语课堂教学中融入游戏能激发学生学习英语的兴趣,能使学生在玩中学,学中玩,提高课堂教学效率。本文主要阐述了如何构建融入游戏的小学英语课堂教学模式以及实施过程中存在的问题及改进方法。     

现行社区居家养老服务的运行质量及提升路径——基于C市万份调查问卷的思考

提升社区居家养老服务质量是积极应对深度老龄化社会的重要举措.基于对C市12651位老人的数据调查及20余位社区工作人员的个案访谈,发现目前社区居家养老服务质量令人堪忧,表现为服务项目供需失衡、服务范围覆盖狭窄、责任主体混乱不清和专业服务人员队伍欠缺等.为了进一步提高社区居家养老服务质量,建立符合C市老年群体需求的辐射型社区养老服务模式,在植入市场化医养结合模式的同时推进双向互动机制,打造对象化、人性化、专业化的养老服务体系.
