排球运动员的战术意识培养方法的研究

战术意识的重要性早已被排球界所重视.随着运动训练科学化水平的提高,队与队之间的竞技能力的不断接近,运动员良好的身体素质、技术训练水平只有在战术意识的指导下,通过战术配合表现出来,从而达到占据场上主动,夺取比赛胜利.因此排球运动员战术意识的培养和提高越来越受到重视.该文对如何提高排球运动员的战术意识提出几点建议与看法,为现代排球战术意识的形成和培养提供理论依据,以期提高排球运动的整体水平.     

ON THE HETEROGENEOUS EMPLOYMENT EFFECTS OF OFFSHORING: IDENTIFYING PRODUCTIVITY AND DOWNSIZING CHANNELS

This article examines the channels through which offshoring affects employment in a representative sample of German establishments, using a difference‐in‐differences matching approach. Offshoring is measured by an increase in the share of foreign to total intermediate inputs at the plant‐level. We identify a positive productivity effect and isolate a negative downsizing effect from offshoring on employment, by exploiting differences between offshoring plants that do and do not simultaneously restructure. Furthermore, we cannot find evidence of negative indirect employment effects on domestic suppliers or competitors. (JEL F16, J23, F23, C21)     

The Sliding Scale of Snitching: A Qualitative Examination of Snitching in Three Philadelphia Communities

We conducted an in‐depth interview study with 77 young men in three moderate to high‐crime neighborhoods in Philadelphia to hear their stories about community violence and relations with police. In this article, we have analyzed how Latino, African‐American, and white young men experience policing and how they discuss the guidelines around cooperation with the police and what they view as snitching. Contrary to popular perception, talking to the police is not always banned in poor or high‐crime neighborhoods. Instead, the respondents present a variety of personal rules that they use to assess when cooperation is called for. We argue that the policing they experience within disadvantaged neighborhoods shapes their frame of legal cynicism, which in turn makes decisions not to cooperate with the police more likely.     

A numerical study for comparing two response-adaptive designs for continuous treatment effects

We study two sequential, response-adaptive randomized designs for clinical trials; one has been proposed in Bandyopadhyay and Biswas (Biometrika 88: 409–419, 2001) and in Biswas and Basu (Sankhya Ser B 63:27–42, 2001), the other stems from the randomly reinforced urn introduced and studied in Muliere et al. (J Stat Plan Inference 136:1853–1874, 2006a). Both designs can be used in clinical trials where the response from each patient is a continuous variable. Comparison is conducted through numerical studies and along a new guideline for the evaluation of a response-adaptive design.

产品形态是工业设计专业重要的必修课程,在整个专业培养中起到承上启下的作用。本文结合课程的目标与设计现状的需求,提出在延续传统教学内容的基础上,要把产品语义学的造型思想与方法导入到产品形态课程当中。通过产品语义学把基础造型的方法与产品造型设计的方法贯通起来,从而使学生掌握产品创新造型的方法。
