简论近代泰国日本两国的改革

近代泰国和日本的改革是基于相似的历史进程和动因的 ,但两国改革后却沿着不同的道路 ,以不同的速度向前发展 ,以致今日的泰国和日本的现代化进程如此大相径庭。本文将从两国在改革前的社会基础、领导者及指导思想和改革后的具体措施成效等方面入手 ,对泰国和日本的改革进行分析和比较 ,以探求导致两国改革的这种不同成效的原因。     

魏晋南北朝时期的山东移民与文化变迁

魏晋南北朝时期的山东地区成为当时移民大潮最主要的发源地之一。山东地区人口的大规模迁出和迁入,不仅对山东区域的政治、经济和军事形势产生了重大影响,而且引发了当地文化风貌的重大变迁。其中最显著的影响表现在儒、释、道三教的发展流变及其地位的升降变迁上。主要表现在三个方面:(一)山东地区文化世家的外迁和佛教的冲击引发儒学传统的衰落。(二)山东地区文化世家的外迁和北方人口(尤其是少数民族人口)的迁入及少数民族政权的统治促进了佛教在山东地区的蓬勃发展。(三)山东地区文化世家的外迁和佛教的兴起,使道教的发展较之佛教的发展相形见绌。     

A Comparative Study on the Cultures of the Dungan and the Hui Peoples

The Dungan people derive from China's Hui people, and now live mainly in Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. Their population is over 110,000. This people has now developed a separate ethnicity outside China, yet they have close relations with the Hui people in culture, ethnic characteristics and ethnic identity. This paper aims to compare the cultures of the two peoples in terms of ethnic identity, religion and lifestyle so as to show the influence of region, political context and ethnic background on the two peoples.     

中国高耗能行业能源消费的贝叶斯非对称影响效应研究

构建双机制的非线性FAVAR模型,从贝叶斯角度出发,研究中国高耗能行业能源消费对宏观经济以及环境污染因素的影响效应。利用中国高耗能行业的能源消费以及废气排放数据,结合贝叶斯方法进行非线性FAVAR模型的参数估计,结果发现中国高耗能行业的能源消费增加和减少对国内生产总值、外商直接投资等宏观经济因素以及主要环境污染因素都具有非对称影响效应。但是,高耗能能源消费增加或减少的冲击一般都是短期效应,不具有长期影响效应。     

Linking perceived organizational support with employee work outcomes in a Chinese context: Organizational identification as a mediator

Perceived organizational support (POS) is viewed as an important explanatory framework for understanding the relationship between employees and the workplace, and is regarded by some researchers as central in understanding job-related attitudes and behaviors of employees. However, less research has taken into account the role of organizational identification, which reflects how individuals define the self with respect to their organization, as a potential influence on such relationships. Drawing on a cross-organizational sample of 238 subordinate-supervisor dyads from the People’s Republic of China, we examined whether organizational identification mediates the effect of perceived organizational support (POS) on work outcomes including turnover intentions, work performance, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Results from the current study showed that organizational identification fully mediates the relation of POS to OCB-directed to individuals, and partially mediates relations between POS and other work outcomes (turnover intention, work performance, OCB-directed to organization). Implications for management theory and practice are discussed.

法律证据语言准确性的再思考

准确是证据语言的最高境界。在司法实践中,证据语言不准确常常会导致冤假错案。从语用学的角度对证据语言的准确性进行深层次的思考,是法律界人士和语言工作者义不容辞的责任。因此,解决证据语言的修辞原则和修辞手段问题,是语言应用研究的一个重要课题。     

J市工业经济增长的定量分析

本文从系统整体性出发,分析了J市工业系统的结构和功能。采用Cobb-Douglas生产函数模型,计算和评价了1980—1986年工业经济增长中的技术进步作用和结构因素作用,并根据资源优化配置原理建立了全市工业投资决策模型。所得结论可供有关部门参考。
