ResumenEste artículo presenta un estudio longitudinal del compromiso con el trabajo en relación con el status de empleo y el sexo de los individuos.La muestra estuvo compuesta por 355 jóvenes que en el tiempo 1 estaban estudiando Formación Profesional l.°-2.° curso, y un año después (tiempo 2) fueron divididos en cuatro grupos: empleados, desempleados, «desempleados encubiertos» (en la escuela pero con una clara propensión a abandonarla para ir a trabajar) y estudiantes comprometidos.Los resultados muestran que el compromiso con el trabajo incrementa significativamente del tiempo 1 al tiempo 2. Estos incrementos son más altos en las mujeres que en los varones. No se encontró un efecto predisposicional del compromiso con el trabajo sobre el status de empleo estudiado en el tiempo 2, no se encontraron cambios significativos del compromiso con el trabajo en función de las transiciones experimentadas por los jóvenes. Sin embargo, cuando se considera el sexo, los efectos de las transiciones son estadísticamente significativas. Estos resultados muestran la fuerte influencia del sexo en los cambios en compromiso con el trabajo durante las transiciones que tienen lugar después de terminar Formación Profesional 1, transiciones que pueden ser consideradas como un «período crítico» en la socialización laboral. 相似文献

Spain underwent two major labour reforms in 2010 and 2012 under the assumption that deregulating the labour market and decentralizing collective bargaining would automatically reduce unemployment (deregulation hypothesis). This article highlights the impact of demand and the sectoral structure of the economy to explain the behaviour of this variable (structural hypothesis). Analysing subnational panel data, the authors assess the capacity of these two hypotheses to explain unemployment trends. Their results cast doubt on the deregulation hypothesis and indicate the importance of cyclical and structural factors. 相似文献

We evaluate the efficiency of decision making units (DMUs) in a World Bank supported Social Risk Mitigation Project (SRMP) in Turkey through context-dependent and measure-specific data envelopment analysis (DEA) approaches. The results suggest that the efficiency evaluations with context-dependent and measure-specific DEA play various roles in an organization such as setting attainable targets to DMUs, setting long and short term targets to DMUs separately, grouping of DMUs, and improving internal competition between DMUs. Four main contributions of this study can be summarized as follows. Firstly, the study shows the applicability of context-dependent and measure-specific DEA methodologies in a World Bank supported large scale project to increase the effectiveness of the project. Secondly, it outlines some important managerial conclusions of context-dependent DEA clustering approach. Moreover, we propose an alternative approach for attractiveness scores computations in case of exogenous group formations. Using data for West Germany from the German Socio-Economic Panel, we analyse the impact of transitions from unemployment to
full-time employment on life satisfaction, with special focus on the influence of job quality. We apply various indicators
of job quality (self-reported job satisfaction, wages, type of contract, and indicators of the fit between the worker and
job requirements). We control for the influence of income changes and other factors affecting life satisfaction, using a conditional
logit estimator. Results suggest that job quality only matters to some extent, and often people in bad jobs are still better
off than those who remain unemployed. This effect is statistically significant for most indicators of job quality, except
for workers with low job satisfaction and for those whose new job is much worse than their pre-unemployment job. 相似文献

Forensic evaluation reports and judicial outcomes regarding older victims of suspected sexual offenses were retrospectively reviewed. During this period, a total of 14 cases were registered, corresponding to 0.3% of nonfatal crimes against elderly and 0.6% of the total of sexual crimes reported. All the victims were female. The majority lived alone and did not have limitations in communication, orientation, ambulation, or autonomy. The offenders were all male (17 to 81 years old); most were known to the victims and had history of previous disruptive behaviors. The majority of the sexual offenses occurred in the victims’ homes, and the offenders tended to use physical violence. Forensic evaluation was crucial for the identification of physical and biological evidence, and forensic conclusions were positively correlated with the judicial outcome of each case. High prosecution and conviction rates were also observed. 相似文献

Youth in out‐of‐home care have elevated risks for adverse events and detrimental circumstances possibly affecting their development. Responses from 311 students in out‐of‐home care (OHC) were compared with peers living in birth parent care (BPC) and in single birth parent care (sBPC) in a regional school survey, directed to students in compulsory school eighth year and upper secondary school second year. Results indicate OHC students to experience less satisfaction with friends, leisure time, and families. They state less trust in support from friends and families but a more similar level to teachers, counsellors or nurses. OHC students also express being more exposed to abusive experiences online and perceive less sense of security at home and in school. We conclude that welfare institutions need to recognize the components in building trust and safety for students in OHC and that school and other professional institutions have an important role in serve resilience and promote well‐being for children in OHC. 相似文献

This article explores the possibilities that a deeper engagement with the work of Gabriel Tarde opens for Actor-Network Theory (ANT). It argues that the combination of ANT’s methodological and analytical orientation and Tarde’s neo-monadology offers a useful framework for the study of new forms of political activism. Findings from an ethnographic project on the conflict surrounding the eviction and demolition of the Can Ricart factory in Barcelona are used to discuss: a) how ANT transforms the objects of inquiry into performative, relational entanglements (or monads); and b) how Tarde’s neo-monadology helps to re-imagine the political in ANT, moving away from the design of new parliamentary forms and towards a politics of invention. Three key moments of invention in the conflict of Can Ricart are examined: the assemblage of a new activist collective, the fabrication of the very factory the movement was trying to save, and the generation of a bifurcation in the conditions of possibility in which the conflict was taking place. 相似文献

ResumenEste estudio fue diseñado para poner a prueba la hipótesis de reactancia-indefensión de Wortman y Brehm (según la cual los efectos producidos por la incontrolabilidad están mediados por la duración del evento incontrolable) en relación al funcionamiento corporal. Para ello, se eligió como principal variable dependiente el control de la respuesta electromiográfica de la musculatura frontal. Se utilizó un diseño factorial 3 (expectativa de control alta, baja y nula) X 2 (entrenamiento en incontrolabilidad corto y largo). Asimismo, se incluyeron medidas sobre «locus de control», estilo atribucional, percepción y estrategias de control. AbstractWarmth and competence are universal dimensions of social perception that articulate the perception of other individuals and social groups. However, there are no scales that have systematically been used in psychosocial research. The purpose of this study is to construct two scales, one on warmth and another on competence, which could be used at the inter-group, interpersonal and individual levels. To accomplish this, we performed two studies. In Study I (N = 578 students and N = 540 general population), we tested the scales at the intergroup level (immigrant groups and Spaniards), the interpersonal level (people close to the participants) and the individual level (the participants themselves). In Study 2 (N = 184 students), the two scales were tested at an interpersonal level by evaluating 16 public figures. The results of both studies show that both the warmth scale (kind, pleasant, friendly, warm) and the competence scale (competent, effective, skilled, intelligent) achieved a high degree of reliability when reflecting the perception of groups, individuals and oneself. 相似文献
