高校教师职业倦怠的主要成因与干预对策

中国高校教师的职业倦怠现象十分普遍,这种现象极大地影响了教师的健康和教学效果,也不利于高教事业的健康发展。以此通过研究高校教师职业倦怠的状况,分析高校教师职业倦怠的成因,并提出相应的干预对策,希望引起社会各方面对高校教师职业倦怠现象的关注。

一、中国房地产市场发展情况概述 以房地产为载体的居住服务是人们生存的基本需要.对任何一个国家或经济体而言,房地产都是关系到经济平稳和社会安定的重要行业.我国从1978年开始实行改革开放,逐渐由以计划经济为主要手段进行物资调配转变为依靠市场经济体系进行资源配置.在这一改革大潮中,房地产业的市场化改革起步相对较晚.     

不同线上销售模式的产品定价策略研究

现售和预售是线上销售的主要模式。考虑不同模式下消费者对产品估值的差异,分析现售、预售和混合销售（同时开展现售和预售）三种模式下消费者购买决策过程,构建Stackelberg博弈和Nash均衡模型,得到三种模式的产品均衡定价及需求,并探讨开展不同销售模式对应的消费者估值差异阈值以及不同主导结构对供应链企业绩效的影响。结果表明：任意主导结构下,销售模式只会影响现售产品价格,对预售产品定价没有影响;任意销售模式下,制造商主导结构的产品定价和批发价更高,但产品销售量较低;消费者延迟收货敏感度增强使预售模式的供应链成员企业的利润降低,但混合销售模式可以有效防止由此引起的损失,且制造商主导可以同时实现供应链成员企业的利益最大化。

Grandparenting and support from adult children: Does children’s international migration make a difference for Chinese older adults?

ABSTRACT

Guided by social exchange theory, this study investigates the association between grandparenting and support from adult children, and the role of children’s international migration in moderating such association. Data were derived from a 2012 survey of older adults in Beijing, China (478 adult children nested in 300 older parents). The results of independent cluster logistic and linear regressions showed that regardless of children’s migration status, grandparenting was significantly associated with a greater likelihood of receiving household help and personal care, but not with emotional or financial support from children. Children’s migration status moderated the associations between grandparenting and receiving support from children. Theoretical implications for research and practical implications for services and policies are discussed.

Patterns of governance structures in trade associations and unions

Most research on the governance of nonprofit organizations concentrates on welfare‐oriented organizations and disregards other types of nonprofits. This article examines the governance structures of trade associations and unions as a special type of nonprofit organization. Analysis is based on a qualitative case study survey of thirty Swiss trade associations. The results distinguish four categories of governance: satellite governance, delegate governance, executive governance, and inner‐circle governance.
