中国煤炭产业产能过剩的影响因素

近年来,在经济增速减缓和能源低碳高效利用的双重约束下,煤炭市场需求下降,中国煤炭产业产能过剩问题日益突出。运用向量自回归模型选取固定资产投资、煤炭产业集中度、煤炭出口率、煤炭消费以及政策影响等指标,对中国煤炭产业产能过剩的影响因素进行定性和定量分析。研究认为,煤炭产能利用率和上述量化指标存在一种长期的均衡关系。进一步通过脉冲响应和方差分解分析上述指标对煤炭产能利用率的影响,认为必须改革政府的监管体制,严格控制煤炭行业准入机制,并通过加强煤炭企业的自主创新,完善产业发展的多元化道路。

The influence of learning culture on perceived knowledge conversion: an empirical approach using structural equation modelling

This paper explores the possibilities and potential surrounding inclusive talent management in contrast to conventional normative treatments. By closely examining the meaning of ‘inclusive’ in relation to talent, the paper moves towards a definition of inclusive talent management which is contextualised in a four-part typology of talent management strategies which offers greater conceptual clarity to researchers working in this field. Our conceptualisation of inclusive talent management is further located in the traditions of positive psychology and the Capability Approach. The practical implications of introducing inclusive talent management strategies are considered.     

A missing link: psychological ownership as a mediator between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behaviour

Interest in psychological ownership (PO) has increased due to its influence on employees’ attitudes and behaviours. This study focuses on PO as a mediator between transformational leadership (TL) and organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) in the Korean public sector, which does not have employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs). With a total of 214 cases from the Korean public sector, structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis was conducted, and chi-square difference-based model comparison was performed to examine the mediating effect. Results indicated statistically significant relationships between TL and employees’ PO and between employees’ PO and their OCB. A statistically significant full mediating role of PO between TL and OCB in the Korean public sector context was found.     

不同环境下的供应链运作柔性的绩效相同吗？

在对供应链柔性相关的文献综述基础上,区分了物流分销柔性和需求管理柔性两个维度。通过所收集的有关制造商柔性和绩效的212份有效问卷,首先验证了需求管理柔性在物流分销柔性和关系满意度之间的中介作用,然后利用调节回归分析(MRA)和有条件的非线性回归模型(CNLR)为基础的调节路径分析(MPA),深入和全面的探讨了环境不确定性在这一中介关系中的调节作用。结果显示,在不确定的环境中,物流分销柔性对关系满意度的直接作用更强;而在稳定的环境中,需求管理柔性对关系满意度的直接作用更强。此外,物流分销柔性对关系满意度的总作用不受外部环境影响。因此,同时提高两种柔性显然会提高关系满意度,但是单独调整其中任意一个都需要首先考虑外部环境。

论白地摩崖作者为木高之证据不足

白地摩崖诗刻(五百年前一行僧)的题诗者一向被认定为是明代丽江土司木高。笔者通过对碑文的署名、书写格式以及摩崖的制作工艺的分析,认为此诗的作者并非木高。
