城市更新背景下的文化旅游发展研究——以广州为例

文化旅游的兴起是当今旅游业发展的一大趋势。城市更新是城市发展的一种重要途径。随着文化消费时代的来临、文化经济的快速发展,文化旅游在城市更新发展中扮演着日益重要的角色。本文主要以广州为例,探讨了城市更新背景下文化旅游发展的意义、面临的问题和挑战以及进一步的思考。     

十一世纪太湖地区的水利与水学

从10世纪到11世纪,太湖以东地区农业开发加快,交通拓展,水环境迅速变化。由于宋廷以漕运和围垦利益为要,综合治水工程难以实施。水利学说在官方治水事业推动下得到发展。一部分有识官员和水利学家托古改制,塑造并推崇吴越国高低兼治的塘浦大圩农田水利格局,试图走出困境。11世纪中叶,圩田开发开始关乎地方官员的考成,水利学说再次兴起。     

敦煌石窟中回鹘天公主服饰研究

由于五代曹氏归义军祖孙三世与回鹘联姻,在曹氏归义军时期所营建的敦煌洞窟中出现了大量穿回鹘服饰的天公主供养画像。这些回鹘天公主供养像给我们留下了研究唐五代时期回鹘贵族妇女服饰的珍贵资料,而回汉混合装也成了敦煌五代时期上层贵族妇女的时尚服饰。     

文化建设的四重路向与中华民族凝聚力

文化建设既要坚持民族立场,又要有全球视野;既要加强主流文化的建构,又要注重大众文明的建设;既要传承传统社会的道德精神,又要注重法理社会契约精神的培育;既要提高公民的基本素养,还要培养公民的现代意识。中华民族凝聚力在文化建设四重路向的影响下,具有合理的开放性、不同的凝聚层次以及适应时代发展的价值取向与新型主体。     

基于一种半开式滑槽球副的3-PSP并联平台设计

提出在并联机构中应用一种1移动3转动半开式滑槽球副结构,该运动副将1个移动副和1个球副集成为一个复合的运动副,可以缩短并联机构中支链的尺寸链,有助于提高并联机构精度。基于半开式滑槽球副设计了一种3自由度(3-DOF)PSP三轴并联平台,通过对此机构进行的运动分析和支链的精度分析,导出各个支链的逆解方程,同时根据影响支链运动精度的各个因素给出支链系统误差的线性补偿方程,证明此并联机构具有易于控制、运动精度高的优势。     

Empirical Likelihood for the Additive Hazards Model with Current Status Data

We investigate empirical likelihood for the additive hazards model with current status data. An empirical log-likelihood ratio for a vector or subvector of regression parameters is defined and its limiting distribution is shown to be a standard chi-squared distribution. The proposed inference procedure enables us to make empirical likelihood-based inference for the regression parameters. Finite sample performance of the proposed method is assessed in simulation studies to compare with that of a normal approximation method, it shows that the empirical likelihood method provides more accurate inference than the normal approximation method. A real data example is used for illustration.     

我国农业生态环境恶化的制度成因探析

本文认为,当前我国日益严峻的农业生态环境与现行的农地制度息息相关。通过分析现行农地制度存在的主要问题,及它对农业生态环境可持续利用的不利影响,指出现行农地制度是造成我国农业生态环境日益恶化的主要制度成因。就此,得出应对现行农地制度进行适度调整,建立有利于农业可持续发展的农地产权制度安排;稳定土地承包经营权,规范农地流转制度;实行有利于生态环境的农业补贴方式。     

物权立法的历史学思考

在人类立法史上,物权立法可谓经历了艰难曲折的过程,无论是《德国民法典》还是《法国民法典》中的物权制度,都经历了一段不平凡的过程,都是经过许多人的长期努力,在艰难曲折中才制定出来的。我国的物权立法经历了从无到有的曲折过程,它需要丰富的理论基础,适应经济运行环境,注重立法技术。现行物权法是在经历了长期的酝酿,并满足这些条件之后,才得以顺利通过的。

China has experienced rapid economic growth since its reform and opening up 40 years ago. The prime mover and key driver of these amazing achievements originated in China’s transformation from a planned economy to a socialist market economy, and from a closed economy to an open economy. The optimal allocation of the various factors of production and the interaction of economic growth and structural upgrading also played a significant part. China’s economic growth over the 40 years has applied, and proven effective, the general principles of development economics, and more importantly, based on the realities of China, it has contributed to theoretical innovation and institutional innovation, leading China along the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Entering the new era, China is committed to building a modern economic system and promoting high-quality development under the guidance of the new development concepts of innovation, coordination, green development, opening up and sharing.
