从科学路径深入解读马克思主义的科学本质

对马克思主义科学本质的正确理解,是马克思主义理性信仰形成的条件,但目前教材与文献对此的解读不够充分。不能科学解读马克思主义的科学本质,已是马克思主义信仰教育的瓶颈。需要用科学哲学、科学知识社会学等理论揭示马克思主义的科学本质,并阐释其科学地位的社会形成。     

关于我国科技投入的研究

在我国的社会管理体系中,科学技术日益受到重视。科学技术的发展需要依靠众多的科技人才和巨额的经费支持,需要有明确的任务、目标。但是,在现代社会里,只可能将有限的资源投入到科技发展中去,从而需要在政策上确定合理的投入量、合理的任务目标和合理的投入结构,这就需要对科学技术的投入进行统计研究。     

Are There Gender-based Effects for an Educational Program for Parents of Adolescents With Risk Behaviors?

The goals of this study were to evaluate the gender-based effectiveness of the parental intervention of the Suspertu (“recovery” in English) prevention program for adolescents with risk behaviors in Spain. The sample included 229 parents (105 fathers and 124 mothers). One open-label trial with repeated measures was used. Parents received a family therapy and a group education. The intervention improved parents’ authoritative parenting style, decreasing the degree of parental stress and reducing parent’s psychopathological symptoms and maladjustment. Improvement in both groups (fathers and mothers) was mainly observed from pre- to post-intervention assessment. According to the results, prevention programs for adolescents with risk behaviors may be a suitable context both to teach parents to deal appropriately with their children’s risk behaviors, and to improve parent’s psychological state.     

“延龙图”区域人口发展战略研究

结合延边州及"延龙图"区域的自然、经济、社会发展情况,制定了"延龙图"区域未来20年的人口发展战略目标及主要任务,并提出促进"延龙图"区域人口增长的对策建议。通过动员社会资源的共同努力,促进人口资源的优化配置,来实现"延龙图"区域经济社会的全面协调可持续发展,将"延龙图"区域打造成吉林省东部地区的中心城市,确立它在东北亚图们江地区开发中的战略地位、在长白山旅游发展中的枢纽地位、在自治州体制改革中的示范地位、在东北地区具有民族地域个性的特色地位。     

均衡城镇化:大都市与中小城市协调共进

城镇化是扩大内需实现中国经济可持续发展的大战略。文章分析了当前中国城镇化发展的战略背景,研究了城镇化发展面临的战略机遇和存在的失衡状况,提出稳步推进城镇化的关键是实施均衡城镇化战略,走大都市与中小城市协调发展的道路。未来不仅要发挥大都市圈的集聚效应和规模效应,也要重视在都市圈以外地区发展中小城市和县城,积极推进农村城镇化。同时要引导劳动力和产业向中西部的回归与转移,促进区域协调发展。     

2007年中国全面建设小康社会进程统计监测报告

 本文根据全面建设小康社会统计监测指标体系对中国2000~2007年全面建设小康社会进程进行了监测。监测结果表明：2007年,中国全面建设小康社会实现程度达到72.9%,比2000年的59.3%提高13.6个百分点,其中,东部、东北、中部和西部地区分别达到81.3%、74.8%、70.3%和64.6%。但是,从指标体系的六大方面来看,经济、社会、环境等方面的发展并不均衡;从23项监测指标的实现程度看,难易程度存在较大差异;从全国四大区域来看,区域之间的差距逐年加大。本文也分析了现阶段全面建设小康社会进程中出现的问题,并提出了相应建议。     

Expanding “Irish Family” Repertoires: Exploring Gay Men's Experiences as Parents in the Republic of Ireland

ABSTRACT

This article explores gay men's parenting experiences and practices in order to seek insight into how gay men accept or challenge heterosexual family norms and how “family” is understood in the Irish context. It is based on small-scale qualitative research (interviews) with seven gay fathers. Despite the limited routes to parenthood for gay men in Ireland, the research findings indicate that the participants enjoy parenting and that they are motivated in their parenting practices. The gay fathers in this study are participative parents who have made significant decisions in their lives in order to prioritize their children's welfare. The diversity of family constellations and care arrangements that surround gay fathering in Ireland can expand family and care repertoires beyond the traditional biparent heterosexual norm. Gay fathers in Ireland appear to enjoy some security at the private familial level and in the responses from their families and communities, but they are keenly aware that nontraditional families are given less status in Irish society. Unlike other jurisdictions, gay parenting is not articulated by the gay fathers in this research as a rights-based argument. Instead, these Irish gay fathers are de facto activists who seek to “humanize” gay parenting.
