浅谈英语教学的文化因素问题

英语教学应是以语言意识与文化意识相结合的语言教学,语言与文化因素间存在着相互依存、密不可分的依托关系,语言是文化的载体,文化以语言为依托,二者构成了一个民族交际工具的一个有机组成部分,脱离了自身的文化背景的语言是无意义的语言.     

反思与拓展:企业刑事合规中的本体价值分析

企业刑事合规是实体与程序结合的整体,刑事合规是在刑法这一初级规则之下的,针对企业犯罪的二次法规,为企业犯罪创设了从归责到预防的规则理念的转向。刑事合规从本质上看并不完全隶属于刑事法的范畴,其研究的起点应当以法秩序的整体为基础,实现法益的单一评价向多元法益和双边法益的评价,以比例原则为限度,明确企业刑事合规的本体价值,实现法秩序整体价值的最大化。     

A real option theoretic fuzzy evaluation model for enterprise resource planning investment

The high failure rate of ERP implementation is due to a common pitfall that ERP projects are often enacted as merely investment into installation of IT infrastructure, rather than systematic planning of operation changes, business process re-engineering and a paradigm shift for the operation and management. To manage ERP investment in a changing environment for high payoff, this paper adopts a real option theoretic method. Fuzzy payoff valuation is introduced to deal with uncertainties in order to minimize the risk of failure. The proposed ERP evaluation model is geared towards small and medium enterprises. A case study is presented to validate the proposed fuzzy real options. The results indicate the potential of modeling ERP investment as “Expand”, “Contain” and “Abandon” options in different scenarios. The fuzzy real option model bestows a novel ex-ante cost analysis for justifying ERP investment in the implementation cycle.

A Shared Presentation: Two Disabled Women on Video

In this paper we share our collaborative experience of making a video in which disabled women present their lives as they wish to portray them. We undertook what we hope will be perceived as emancipatory research, in which disabled and non-disabled women work together to create audio-visual teaching materials. We include a preliminary discussion about the representation of disability on British television broadcasts between October 1991 and March 1992. We look at negative imagery, charity fund raising, and positive images. The paper uses comments by disabled broadcasters and disabled academics, and reflects on their work.     

我国义务教育阶段中的性别不平等问题研究

义务教育阶段中的性别不平等问题是当前学术界关注的热点问题,笔者主要对我国义务教育阶段教育中性别不平等的两种表现即入学机会的不平等、教育内容上的不平等进行了阐述;对产生此问题的原因从社会层面、教育层面、个体层面三个层面进行了阐释,并提出了相应的对策.     

Infant‐Directed Speech Facilitates Word Segmentation

There are reasons to believe that infant‐directed (ID) speech may make language acquisition easier for infants. However, the effects of ID speech on infants' learning remain poorly understood. The experiments reported here assess whether ID speech facilitates word segmentation from fluent speech. One group of infants heard a set of nonsense sentences spoken with intonation contours characteristic of adult‐directed (AD) speech, and the other group heard the same sentences spoken with intonation contours characteristic of ID speech. In both cases, the only cue to word boundaries was the statistical structure of the speech. Infants were able to distinguish words from syllable sequences spanning word boundaries after exposure to ID speech but not after hearing AD speech. These results suggest that ID speech facilitates word segmentation and may be useful for other aspects of language acquisition as well. Issues of direction of preference in preferential listening paradigms are also considered.

习近平总书记在十九大报告中指出:文化是一个国家、一个民族的灵魂。文化兴国运兴,文化强民族强。要坚持中国特色社会主义文化发展道路,建设社会主义文化强国,就需要对文化、文化精神、文化自信的深刻意涵有明确的界定。只有真正做到“古为今用、推陈出新”,实现文化的自我认同、自我延续与自我更新,才是新时代文化建设的枢钥。     

连片特困区农村低保与扶贫开发衔接绩效影响因素分析——基于六盘山特困区两个县的数据

农村低保与扶贫开发衔接作为我国反贫困战略的重要组成部分,其减贫效果和政策优势逐步显现,但制约两项制度衔接绩效的影响因素仍未消除。 文章选取六盘山连片特困区具有典型贫困特征的定西市两个县作为研究样本,借助 NVivo11 分析软件,运用质性研究方法,对两项制度衔接绩效影响因素进行分析发现:贫困人口识别、政策评价监督、干部队伍建设、部门之间协作是核心影响因素,政策精准及政策执行系核心影响过程。 根据分析结果提出了优化两项制度衔接的相关对策,以期助推衔接过程更加合理运行。
