论民族音乐文化在民族精神发展历史中的传承与创新

以习近平总书记在文艺座谈会上的谈话精神为契机,对民族精神具有的精神内涵,及其与民族音乐文化事业的互动关系进行了回顾,对民族精神发展历史中民族音乐文化的传承和变革进行了阐述,并从民族音乐文化发展历程中,民族精神的顶层设计与人文渗透两个方面探讨民族音乐文化教育的创新,提出在当前民族精神教育中应以教育创新为根本,以人文渗透为目标,以情感体验为核心,以民族音乐为途径,大力培养和发展民族音乐文化。

皖南河镇近十多年的农业规模经营发展历程表明,农业规模经营决策的自主性、农业规模经营主体的内生性、农业规模经营发展的回馈性构成了社区本位农业规模经营的主要特征。在社区本位农业规模经营的实现过程中,农村社区的驱动构成了基本动力,地方政府和外来资本则是重要的外因,其中,地方政府的作用尤为关键。在农业现代化进程中,地方政府一方面需要加强服务型政府建设,另一方面则需要激发农村社区内部力量和引导外来资本进入优势领域。     

Creating and Sustaining an Inter-Agency Training Pool

The following paper offers an account of the authors' experience of setting up an Inter-Agency Training Pool in Nottinghamshire. The purpose of this is to enable others in similar or parallel posts to learn from both the successes and mistakes of their venture, to avoid ‘re-inventing wheels’, and as a tool for discussion should they be considering using such a model in their work setting.     

Disenfranchised Grief After Incest The experience of victims/daughters,mothers/wives

In the literature on incest, the experience of grief and loss has been under-explored. In this article we identify the way in which recognition and resolution of grief after incest is frequently not socially sanctioned and may become ‘disenfranchised’. The concept of disenfranchised grief is used to understand the experiences of young women who have been victims of father-daughter incest, and their non-offending mothers. The nature of their grief is discussed, along with the complex and multiple relationships within their families. Finally we look at the clinical implications of the therapist recognising the complex and contradictory nature of their experiences and attending to their losses.     

Writing resistance together

This piece of writing is a joint initiative by the participants in the Gender, Work and Organization writing workshop organized in Helsinki, Finland, in June 2019. This is a particular form of writing differently. We engage in collective writing and embody what it means to write resistance to established academic practices and conventions together. This is a form of emancipatory initiative where we care for each other as writers and as human beings. There are many author voices and we aim to keep the text open and dialogical. As such, this piece of writing is about suppressed thoughts and feelings that our collective picket line allows us to express. In order to maintain the open‐ended nature of the text, and perhaps also to retain some ‘dirtiness’ that is essential to writing, the article has not been language checked throughout by a native speaker of English.     

欧洲一体化进程中的"反一体化"分析

随着欧洲一体化的演进,反对、抵制一体化的思想与行动一直此起彼伏,反一体化伴随着一体化进程的始终."反一体化"活动主要在国家、政党和民众三个层次上展开,遍及政治、经济、社会文化等领域.其动因主要在于一体化进程对利益的重新分配所引发的复杂利益冲突和传统主权观、民族主义思想与一体化现实之间产生的尖锐对立."反一体化"对一体化进程产生了重要的影响.一方面它是一体化前进的阻力,另一方面又对一体化的发展产生了建设性的影响,使一体化能够相对稳定地向前迈进.反一体化将长期存在,并在欧洲一体化的未来发展中继续发挥自身的作用.     

A primal dual active set with continuation algorithm for high-dimensional nonconvex SICA-penalized regression

The smooth integration of counting and absolute deviation (SICA) penalty has been demonstrated theoretically and practically to be effective in nonconvex penalization for variable selection and parameter estimation. However, solving the nonconvex optimization problem associated with SICA penalty in high-dimensional setting remains to be enriched, mainly due to the singularity at the origin and the nonconvexity of the SICA penalty function. In this paper, we develop a fast primal dual active set (PDAS) with continuation algorithm for solving the nonconvex SICA-penalized least squares in high dimensions. Upon introducing the dual variable, the PDAS algorithm iteratively identify and update the active set in the optimization using both the primal and dual information, and then solve a low-dimensional least square problem on the active set. When combined with a continuation strategy and a high-dimensional Bayesian information criterion (BIC) selector on the tuning parameters, the proposed algorithm is very efficient and accurate. Extensive simulation studies and analysis of a high-dimensional microarray gene expression data are presented to illustrate the performance of the proposed method.

从学习实践＂三个代表＂重要思想到科学发展观的学习教育活动,这是党员先进性教育一以贯之的重要体现,是党的建设常抓不懈的必然要求。努力探索使广大党员长期受教育、永葆先进性的长效机制,应该从以下几方面努力：一是党员先进性教育工作必须坚持＂重在建设＂,以立为本的方针;二是先进性教育与制度建设相结合,强化先进性教育的保障机制;三是坚持理论联系实际,把先进性教育与实践教育相结合、同推动当前工作结合起来。
